      We have our packages delivered to our business address to avoid theft when we are not home. Nordstrom has started using OnTrac for deliveries. OnTrac leaves packages on the sidewalk (yes-out on a public sidewalk), outside of posted business hours. Nordstrom refuses to take responsibility for the deliveries disappearing due to a negligent delivery service. It is very stressful to deal with this. Nordstrom continues to avoid issuing a refund.If they simply used a reputable service *********** FED EX), this would not have happened. So disgusted. Nordstrom has sunk so low.

      I am very disheartened by this company (Nordstrom Rack). This review pertains to them. I have been a long time customer of ********************** for countless years and have never felt so unwanted as a customer by a company.************** this out in the hopes that it may help someone in a similar situation. There are so many other companies that are reputable that are willing to bend over backwards for their customers, go there and don't buy from Nordstrom Rack. I reached out 2 weeks ago to their **************** ********************** because I used Afterpay to check out on NR and the first order did not go through (never even received an order confirmation). I placed the order again and the 2nd time it did go through. Nordstrom Rack blames Afterpay's system, but the issue is really theirs (it happens on both Nordstrom's website and NR's, fyi). They never take accountability for that but I digress. So on Afterpay's end, it showed both orders going through! So, I spoke with CS at Nordstrom Rack and explained the situation. They seemed like they wanted to help me, even spoke with a Supervisor in their *********** department who seemed empathetic. I realize now they are all the same and no one is really willing to help me.Afterpay said they would remove the charge if NR could provide them with a statement saying that 1st order did not go through. After speaking with the Supervisor in LA, she assured me their finance team would be able to supply this within 24 hours.I waited, anticipating that finally I was going to be able to get this resolved. Today, I received an email from them saying that I should reach out to Afterpay! Basically, they are unwilling to help me with a simple statement saying the 1st order did not go through so that I can show Afterapy so I'm not liable for paying BOTH orders when I only received ONE (and only ONE went through!).Save your money for worthwhile companies who actually care about their customers.

      I was looking forward to getting my 5 pair of shoes. I received my first pair from ********** & 4 out of 5 shoes were used & damaged. I contacted customer ************** told me they can send me another pair. But first I need to return them, I just ordered another pair because they gave me a timeline to return the shoes which I could not meet because I lead a busy life. This time I reordered one pair & when I received my second pair it was WORST than the first. This pair had dog hair on the shoes & AGAIN USED! I called customer *************** was nothing they were willing to do about it. Apparently these shoes are not coming from the factory but actual stores. I returned the shoes to two different Racks at two different times & noticed that these employees are just scanning the box & returning THEM! Not bothering to check if they are used or not. Nordstrom claimed to have good customer service, this is no longer the case since the pandemic. I spoke to one of the supervisors ****** in customer service about receiving compensation for the ****************** said we dont do that here. We believe in delivering until its done right. AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE RIGHT?! As someone who has shopped there for over a decade, I will not be supporting this company & will tell EVERYONE about this experience.

      I have ordered items receive ******************* was empty and now they are refusing to give me a refund I will never shop with their department stores ever again online or in person they want you to pay for something that you did not receive they are nothing but thieves

      WOW! The sales associate, ***************** , from the jewelry department at the ******** Nordstrom!!.. Ive been a customer of ********************* for over 3 decades. But, today i received the most exceptional and professional customer service from *****. It felt so good to work with her and reminded me of why i shop at Nordstrom. I dont know how long shes been working there or what her position is besides jewelry sales .. but that location is ***** to have her and she needs to be a manager or something if she isnt already. She literally exudes everything that Nordstrom stands for when it comes to how to treat the customer. Its been a long time since Ive experienced that type of customer service. And i am very familiar in shopping with multiple high end luxury stores where you generally expect that. Shes incredible and it was comforting to be reassured by this experience as to why its just worth it to try and deal straight with Nordstroms on any items that you can find there instead of elsewhere. For example, i was planning on making a purchase at Chanel for a Christmas present but after today Im going to see if Nordstrom Carries it. Today was amazing and Im grateful for the help i got. **********

      Im not even a Nordstrom customer and they still screwed me out of $800 I noticed a fraudulent Nordstrum account was set up in my name and address. Then an order placed with my PayPal account for $800. then a notification that my shipping address was changed to **************. I called Nordstrom within 90 minutes of this and days before any shipping. They said nothing they could do and will make a note of it. Despite 8 more calls to customer service over a 3 day period. They charged paypal and my bank account 2 days later and shipped fraudulently purchased items to the criminal. I am upset at the fraud but more so Nordstroms unwillingness to do anything to stop it. Nordstrom admitted it was most likely an unauthorized transaction but would not stop the transaction. 3 days later im out $800 that i am trying to get reimbursement for. Worst part the order partial shipped so next week they will charge me again!!!!!! How can I stop this. Pathetic customer service.

      Horrible!! As you can see my all of the similar claims of them being thieves is true! I ordered a cologne set on 8/26/2022. I received and email on 8/31 saying that my item had shipped I checked the tracking and it claimed that my item had been delivered the same day that it shipped! How would that be possible?! I work from home and was there all day NOTHING was delivered. I spoke with customer service and was assured that there would be no issue receiving a refund. The next day I receive an email stating that an investigation was done and I wouldnt get a refund. The response is literally a copy and paste response not answering any questions and providing no proof! They use ontrac to ship and if you do a quick ****** search its flooded with people talking about how their packages were stolen by ontrac and Nordstrom still treats their own customers like criminals! This was my first time shopping with this horrible company and it will be my last! This should be illegal the way they are allowed to take peoples hard earned money! I wont stop blasting you online until you do whats right! I am truly disgusted.

      I visited Nordstrom on Monday August 22, 2022 to search for a dress. After being in the store for almost 3 hours trying on dresses. I selected 3 dresses and went to check out. An associate I was not familiar with volunteered to check me out, I did not ask her to do so. She begin asking me for my information. I told her my email and telephone number should pull up my information because I wanted my points (rewards). She tried entering both and was not able to locate a profile for me. I requested a manager due to me not earning credit for previous purchases. I had spoke with a manager months earlier who told me she had resolved the problem. Another associate who was not working with me begin to roll her eyes saying this is not Nordstrom problem we don't need to call a manager". I responded I'm not speaking to you. I ask the associate who was helping me to call a manager again, I requested a manager 3 times. She never called a manager so I ****** my dress that was hanging and walk toward customer service. Some racist manager begin following me saying I'm being aggressive and she's going to call the cops. I had never seen this person before. She begin to follow me to customer service saying I had harassed her associates. Calling me aggressive. I asked her to stop following me and told her I wanted a manager. She continued to make false allegations about me stating she was a manager. This lady was harassing me and farther escalating the situation. This is not the first incident of harassment and racial profiling at Nordstrom Cherry Creek. A Asian alterations person made me show her my receipt 3 times after I purchased a $400 pair of jeans in 2021. She did not ask the two white women for a receipt after she helped me. The asian alteration lady then asked how I could afford to pay so much money for a pair of jeans.

      I bought a pair of shoes in good faith, received an alert that it was delivered. Attempted to pick up my merchandise only to find a tattered box that the shoes was mailed in & my shoes missing. I called & spoke to a a rep named ****** he informed me a refund would be issued. Later that day I received an email stating I couldn't receive an refund because the shoes were marked delivered. I emailed back, informed them that was NOT what was told to me & just because something states delivered doesn't mean everything is in the box, items could be missing and /or damaged. So what are you saying. Fast forward to now, I've been emailed by 2 different reps saying the same thing reading off the same script. This is flat-out ridiculous. I get there are some dishonest, criminal minded, crooks in this world we all live in, but to spend the amount of money we do at Nordstrom's & be treated like trash, UNACCEPTABLE! I will NOT shop here or the rack stores either ever again in life. I plan on informing my local authorities. I don't like this business practice because you may think you're saving money & solving one problem, however you're creating several other issues! Terrible ********************************* to me are very well as much thieves as the ***** or ****** who stole my package because they refuse to make it right. I literally hate Nordstrom's and I mean that!

      I went to Nordstrom today asked the sales associate about a shoe called Saint ******* ******, she did not even go to check to see if they have the shoe, she just looked at me as if I couldnt afford the shoe told me to go look online. Which online stated short hills location have the shoe. Because of her bad customer service I went to Neiman ****** to get the shoe which I purchased. Never judge a book by its cover. I will never shop at Nordstrom again. Your own black people can judge you like a **** book.
