I am attempting to use their service to file an uncontested divorce with my ex-spouse who lives in another state. The transaction has now taken 8 months and is still not resolved. I currently am waiting for completed documents to simply be filed with the court. This is now waiting on 8 weeks. When I call their service line they state that the situation is escalated and a supervisor will reach out to me. None of this has occurred to date. My last call occurred July 7th and I was told I was being transferred to a supervisor handling my case directly, which is odd because I was told yesterday that the only issue was in their shipping department, which was ordered to ship my documents to the court. I need help. Both my ex spouse and I are in new relationships and there delay is directly affecting issues in each others life. Please help resolve this issue.Business Response

Better Business Bureau:While I did receive a package via overnight mail, there was zero communication from the company to me. I appreciate your assistance as I believe this matter would not have been resolved without your intervention.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I paid for "premium" service to file my divorce where the business guaranteed shipping forms to me within **** business days. At 17 business days, I wrote to them and asked for a full refund for failure to provide said guaranteed service. The company ignored this request and continues to not to action on my case, delaying my paperwork filings and putting me at additional risk the longer my divorce is not filed legally in the court system.OnlineDivorce.com has not provided services for me and instead continues to hold on to:1. My $400 fee for "premium" service, and has now charged me an additional $40/month for their delays in processing my case.2. My court paperwork and money order for another $400 made payable to the court and sent to Online Divorce on June 14 via 2 day **** mail delivery.3. My paperwork on assets for ********** legal requirements, which should have been delivered to my spouse per their "premium" service offer. Please help me get this company to do what they claimed they would do for me OR return all fees and paperwork to me, including the $400 money order to the court I paid for. Thank you for your help!!!I have attached the emails showing it actually took them 18 business days to ship my forms and an email where Online Divorce wrote to me they guarantee shipment within **** business days. I have no idea why they still have not filed with the court thus exposing me to further legal and financial risks.Business Response

On 1/9/2022 I paid Online Divorce.com $ ****** to start my case then was told for an additional $ ******, I could receive their VIP service which they would file all documents with the court and be available to assist any concerns I might have. I paid the additional fee for VIP services which I haven't received anything in return for. I have sent all documents and court filing fees to them and they told me that everything was received and all documents were checked and in order and just waiting for their shipping department to send to the court to be filed. The documents were received on 5/26/2022, I was told it would be **** business days to prepare a shipping label and mail the forms to the court. I have also been charged for the last two months a fee of $34.99 for because the case is still ongoing, what a scam.Business Response
