      So I paid the initial $159 to start then paid $317 to upgrade the package so they would do all the work except the signing of forms, so I was charged the $317 TWICE, ALSO THE $301 MONEY ORDER TO FILE WITH THE COURTS, NOW THEY WANT ANOTHER $79 TO "CHANGE ANSWERS WHICH I DIDNT CHANGE ANY ANSWERS, ALSO THEY SENT ME THE ***** TO PRINT OUT THE PAPERS AND WHEN THEY DID IT WAS WITH THE WRONG COUNTY AND THEN WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY SAID IT WOULD BE ANOTHER $79 TO CHANGE ANSWERS!! HOW? THE ORIGINAL FORMS SAID THE RIGHT COUNTY BUT I MISSED A SIGNATURE ON ONE SO I HAD TO DO IT AGAIN! I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY ARE REFUSING YET IT SAYS "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" EITHER REFUND ME OR IM GONNA ****

      We have tried to contact this customer multiple times, and they are not responding to our calls or emails.

      The customer signed up for two of our ******************************** and Platinum. They were only charged once for the Divorce Service and once for the ***************** The customer is responsible for paying the court filing fee, which we do not keep. It is mailed to the court to open the case. The only forms we have ever sent the customer include the County they signed up to file in. We have been trying to work with the customer regarding errors in the forms they mailed us. These were not errors made by our company.

      We are happy to work with this customer, but we need them to respond to our calls or emails so we can better assist them.

      This company is the most deceptive and predatory company I have ever dealt with in my life. We paid for the ***************** this is advertised as a hassle free, all encompassing service with fast and accurate responses and guaranteed to be filing ready. In the end all that was provided were the same forms we could have gotten from the court site for free, incorrectly filled out, as the questionnaire they provide does not align with the forms properly. Multiple questions had all boxes checked and I spent an hour in the clerks office correcting and revamping the forms I called with questions regarding conflicting information, only to be told after by their case worker that I should not have taken the information from their own customer service.The name change kit is the same, it only provides the forms available for free with no assistance in filing unless you pay an additional fee and did not include about half of the establishments needed and incomplete form letter for me to fill out which isnt accepted at most of the places I am needing to update.Throughout this process I was given misinformation, then offered a solution to fix it at an additional cost. I have requested a refund for about half the services and given a run around yet again. All said and done this $299 everything included service has cost around $700, not including the $250 I paid directly to the court for filing fees. The only reason our divorce was finalized was because we cut this company out of the loop due to frustration and sat with a court clerk, crossing out what this company had incorrectly filled in and correcting and initialing each page corrected. I am requesting assistance in recouping these fees and hope that reviews will help stop others from being preyed upon by this company deceptively taking money from people who are already under the significant stress of divorce with their false promises of relief.

      This customer initially signed up for our services in 2021. At that time, their Divorce packet was available for them to use. In 2023, they came back to resume services. We informed them they needed to have their form reprocessed because the 2021 forms were outdated.
      We have been in contact with this customer, and we believe we have resolved this matter. We completed both the Divorce and Platinum Services. We invite them to reach out to us directly if they have any other questions or concerns.

      Complete Case . Com online services Disregard my request for immediate cancellation and they still went ahead and charged me for a service not rendered in any way. Their violation of my rights had caused my bank account to be disabled. On the merchant website it stated money back 100% guaranteed. They have been given me the many run arounds every since Help!

      This customer signed up for and paid for our services online, and we have not charged them for anything they did not authorize. They completed part of our post-purchase questionnaire.

      Our refund policy states, "We provide significant services beyond the generation of your divorce forms. Answers to common questions, filing instructions, and customer care provided during the process of using our site are just some of the valuable services we provide. For this reason, we unfortunately cannot ***** a refund in cases where a customer has accessed our post-purchase services, including our post-purchase questionnaires, forms, instructions, and customer care center, unless theres a flaw in our underlying documents."

      My wife and I split 300 and was told that are papers would be in the mail in 2 weeks. We filed a month ago maybe more and I havent received any papers and I cannot access the account my wife created. I need to know what is going on with this process being that I paid my money and why these papers are taking so long to come.

      I requested a refund from them and they refused to look over after my soon to be ex husband filed with a different divorce site

      I started an online divorce on 4-28-23 with online divorce.com. starting price of $159. then it led to numerous e-mails on there filing process. It was deceiving , offering services that I have not received. All I have received is paperwork that I filled out on line . All they did was put my answers on the forms and sent them to me to file. I paid extra for ******** Services Up Grade. $379 for services that was promised to file all paper work to the courts and my spouse. False advertisement , after purchase I received ******** packet which was same paper work I received for $159 in the beginning, only difference is they highlighted forms that needed my signature and requested more money. I understand court cost, but they also ask for more money for their services. I have not received any services, and platinum upgrade promised to file papers to court and spouse. But instructions read for me to take papers to court house and i had to also give them to my spouse. False advertisement. I have requested a refund for the ******** Upgrade and they denied my request. I feel the original Fee $159 **** covered what I received. Im asking for refund of ******** upgrade Fee $379. please thank you *********************************

      Theres 2 transactions that i requested a refund for that were made 06/05/2023 the first one transaction of ****** and the second transaction was ****** and that was unauthorized. Im just making sure i get my refund because it looks like theyve dishonestly overcharged their customers just like they overcharged me

      This is a scam!! The website says 100% money back guarantee!! I was charge $189 when the site says $159. I only started to fill out a questionnaire and didnt finish. I emailed to cancel. They said I had to call. so I called and they said they would cancel it and refund my money in 1-3 day. Two weeks by and still no refund. I called to complain and they hung up on me. Every time I call they hang up!

      After having an issue with my case I noticed a few things after paying over $600 for the premium "we do all the work for you" package 1. I sent the documents and check for the district clerk ($350) to you using the provided envelope that I was giving with the address that it needed to be sent to. Checked the receipts and it was delivered a few days after being mailed out.2. Been over 2 months and no progress had been made on my account but they keep charging me a monthly membership fee of $39.99 for them to do absolutely nothing 3. Called several times and all representatives mentioned that they needed the signed paperwork with district clerk check, even though its already been mailed and delivered. 4. Did some in depth research and noticed this company isn't accredited by the BBB and has many complaints similar to mine 5. Before any further issues come by or any legal action taken from my end I would very much appreciate a full refund for lack of service and time wasted.

      Send them money via zelle in order to fee for filling divorce papers, never heard from them or anything. Would like my money back!!!! A shame how they target a vulnerable population in time of need to just charge and keep the money. Not only do their fees change but you never know what your getting!
