I think this company is a scam. I paid $159 and then was prompted to pay $299 for the premium package. Every time I call I get the run around and storms still not processed. Do not give your money to this company. I was being lazy but shouldve went to the courthouse myself.OnlineDivorce.com

Excellent service from start to finish. I didn't want to hire a lawyer, so I'm happy I found out about OnlineDivorce.com. It is much more convenient to use their questionnaire to complete all the forms than to do it all on your own, especially since it costs just $159.OnlineDivorce.com

If I could give them 0 starts I would! This website is a SCAM! Do not give these people your money as they do not do what they say. I was told I could not even have a copy of my divorce papers that I paid almost $200 to have just a waste of money all around and they refuse to give it back. Total Scam. Do not use.OnlineDivorce.com

If you are lazy to print papers yourself, pay $200 just for the printing and postal expenses, i think it is not worse it...Unfortunately this website does not explain this properly, they say they help with divorce papers, but they do not point, that no divorce certificates will be sent to you, you have to do it all yourself...And when you just entered your information on their website , they charge you for this, they explained to me i should to pay for using their website!!! This is ridiculous, never heard this before...I filled up information, paid $225 ******** dollars and decided to read reviews, i know i was stupid and should read this in the beginning, but anyway i cancelled services right away, but they do not want to give my money back now, they offered 50% only, for what i have to pay i do not understand????!!! for the filling my information on their website ? Thats it! They did nothing for me at all but want me to pay $110 ******** dollars for nothing!!! i have my rights to cancell any cervices in 24 hours with full refund!!! Please be careful before dealing with scammers like this!!!OnlineDivorce.com

5 starsFirst let me begin by stating that I first retained the services of this company back in January of this year to help me with this processes as me and my wife both had already come to the agreement on how we were going to split our assets. As previously agreeing to how we would terminate the marriage and not wanting to spend a small fortune doing so I decided to retain the services of this company to help ensure that we did everything correctly as to not prolong and cause delays. So I selected their Platinum package back in January along with multiple options that were suppose to help expedite the process. That was back in January of 2022, here we are almost through June of 2022 and are still not any closer to finishing this process. This company has dropped the ball on multiple occasions. They take forever to process simple forms and verify that you signed in the correct place, absolutely horrendous communication on the status of you cases progress. They held my executed forms for a month and a half prior to reviewing a signature! An there excuse was that they moved locations so the one working on it had not yet had a chance to review. Had I not called them I have no doubt that it would still be sitting there not reviewed. When it came time to receive my spouses paperwork, which mind you they review prior to sending they shipped us someone else's paperwork. Upon emailing us the correct paperwork we had it immediately signed and returned. It has been in their office for over 17 days awaiting review. This has caused and enormous amount of unnecessary stress and mental anguish. I would leave a negative review if there was an option to. I would not recommend the services of this company to anyone as this entire experience has been a nightmare. Every time you call customer service there is always an excuse about a police and the allowed time frame the have to respond. At every turn they have failed to deliver what service they promised. This company is very unprofessional !! Lacks integrity and is terrible with updates. This company started out good with communication. Signed on with them in mid April to get the process moving. Paid for the Platinum Package so I wouldn't have to go back and forth to the courts. This is completely uncontested and we're both completely onboard. I immediately completed the parenting class and made time to answer any questions they had via email. That part was smooth sailing. Now the filing part... I was told the process can be drawn out only if I wait to return the documents. So once I received the documents I returned them a week later May 14th to be exact. Documents were received per **** tracking on 5/16. 1st Red flag. What company uses snail mail in matters like this with the degree of personal information you have to disclose to the courts ?? So I checked the website for status updates. No updates so I make some calls. I was advised by a few reps my documents would be filed in **** days and to check the website for further status changes. Checked the website and still no updates. Sent some emails and received a response that seemed automated stating we're reviewing your documents. Asked to speak to the processor and was told they only communicate through email. Asked to escalate this matter and was told I couldnt do that. I paid the monthly subscription fee but will be cancelling that shortly. My ex keeps asking me for the paperwork but I have nothing to show for all the time and money I've spent $858.99 and no dates as to when my paperwork will be filed. I feel like I've been had. At this point, I'll take a refund. This makes no sense why this company cant communicate with the consumer who is paying their money for a service to be done. Going thru a divorce is stressful as it is without having to worry about being scammed out of your hard earned money. I thought I was the only one but reviews say otherwise. Online divorce did not deliver what they promised!They were to file the paperwork for me to the court. At each step I had to call them because they were not filling the paperwork in a timely manner. I eventually contacted the courts myself to find out that my divorce should have been completed and that the wrong paperwork was filed.Ive since filed the correct paperwork myself with the help of the county clerks office.As of today I am yet to have online divorce honor our agreement.Each time I call they tell me they are expediting my case!OnlineDivorce.com
