      Be careful falling for this Online Divorce. It's definately a Scam and they will charge monthly for services you have not accepted.

      This company is a scam! Do not give your money to this company! I paid $299 for the "premium package" and received nothing in return for it. Once I finally did get some assistance, I sent the paperwork back and they advised me that I would have to send them an additional $400 in change to file with my county. I did that with a money order. I contacted the clerk of the court here in Highlands county ******* and they have no record of me ever filing for this divorce! Their phone number has been disconnected when I call the new phone number it asks if I am an existing customer or a new customer and when I try either number I sit on hold for an extended period of time and end up hanging up. I will file a complaint with the BBB in addition to this complaint. Again, I reiterate, do not give this company any money!!

      Since my review I have been contacted by the company. My money order has been sitting on someone's desk since October! And the reason I was given is "your spouse never signed the forms". After the conversation ensued back and forth I advised them that we needed the money returned ASAP because of a death in the family and a necessary trip to ********. As of this date I'm still awaiting the tracking number that I was told I would be given as soon as this envelope was sent to me. An update will follow for sure!

      Today after never getting a callback, I did receive my original **** money order dated October 18, 2021. I'm also supposed to get back the "Primium" fee I paid, since I didn't get the "premium" treatment. Haven't seen that yet, but I will follow up one way or another.

      I think this company is a scam. I paid $159 and then was prompted to pay $299 for the premium package. Every time I call I get the run around and storms still not processed. Do not give your money to this company. I was being lazy but shouldve went to the courthouse myself.

      Excellent service from start to finish. I didn't want to hire a lawyer, so I'm happy I found out about OnlineDivorce.com. It is much more convenient to use their questionnaire to complete all the forms than to do it all on your own, especially since it costs just $159.
