      Ordered dresses from Amazon. Too large. Been trying to return for over a week. Amazon sends messages to seller who tries to convince you to keep the dresses that are way too large. Call Amazon 3 times and told different stories on how they will help. Was told that if no resolution after a week that Amazon would send prepaid labels to return dresses, and credit customer their money as ********************** is responsible. Today that is not the case. Now they want to enter a dispute and I have to wait another week to seek if dispute is accepted or not and then wait longer to get my refunds. 3 ring circus and NO help. They get your money and then you are screwed. Seller even sends false return labels. Still no help from Amazon.

      In the past 4 weeks, about 1/3 of all shipments have been delayed. (That's 4 out of 12 orders.) One order was expected the same day. I made sure I purchased enough product to get same-day delivery. At the end of the day, it had been delayed. By the end of the next day, it said it had been delayed but was still on its way. The following day, I canceled the order and replaced it, and had the order that evening. My next order, a next-day delivery, was delayed by two days, and I missed the event because I didn't have the product I needed. Yesterday I broke a product I absolutely love. I really needed it for tomorrow, too. I immediately placed a next-day delivery order. Arriving today between 3:00 and 9:00 PM. At 3:00 PM, I get notified that it's been delayed and will not arrive until tomorrow. AGAIN!!! There was a time when this would happen once or twice a year. Now they s**** up their shipping practically weekly! There should be penalties for companies when they can't meet their stated goals. At one point in time, I would have tried ordering from another company, but most of them ship through Amazon, or take weeks to ship their product. Amazon is so big that they have reduced the ability to shop at brick-and-mortar stores for many products. They should be held to a higher standard.

      I was having some issues purchasing with a banking card. Next I received several emails and text asking to verify my payment account on my phone. Did that, then it asked me to do it again and it did not work. After all of my orders were cancelled. I called customer service, got impatient, and then my account is now deleted. My account was deleted from Amazon end not mine. I am an Amazon Associate, who has links up on my account. I say to the person who deleted my account without my knowledge or permission. Shame on you for letting a disgruntled customer get to you. ***, got my account deleted. Not me. So sad too. I believe without a doubt it was done with callouses intentions. I was in my account today while on the phone with a *** and my account got deleted while on the phone with them. Listen to the recording. I want someone to call me too. So wrong, so so wrong. Thanks for not being able to do your job.

      Amazon promotes same day and overnight deliveries as part of being a Prime member but 9 out 10 time they don't deliver. This is the 4th time in 6 months that same day delivery has been pushed back to 2 days. While customer service only option is to wait or cancel, but then I have to wait for the refund so I can find all that I need other places. As a small time business, this is horrible.

      My refund was supposed to go on my amazon credit card. I requested that it did. It did not and now I am getting interest rate charges on my credit card account. This is probably one of the last times I order from amazon. I will order from ******* from now on. **************** refused to even give me a gift card to refund my interest rate charges. Let alone the fact that I have to pay around ****** on my credit card now. ****** I do not have. I don't need my money refunded to a amazon gift card I wont be using. I need my money refunded.

      Amazon is going down hill fast. I rarely receive an order on time if at all, and they obliviously don't hold their satellite warehouses accountable or check up on them. On one order it's status showed be in *********, which is 30 miles from me, delayed in transit. It held that status for 5 days before a cancelled it. I reordered the item only to have the same thing happening again. They have lost several packages of ours... Definitely will refrain from using again. At this rate they'll be out of business in no time.

      I ordered an item in silver finished and it was shipped in gold. Ordered a replacement for silver and received in gold again. Returned both shipments and get a note to contact ******** service because my refund could not be processed. Chat with a customer service agent asked me questions and put me on hold and got disconnected due inactivity. A second took over and asked me the same questions and put me on hold. Said she will transfer me to a third one, who started the same thing. At the end he said to contact them back. Did not give a reason, or what happened, no feedback, anything. This is the worst ******** service ever.

      TERRIBLE! YOU SPEND ALL THIS MONEY AND THEY CONSTANTLY DELIVER YOUR ITEMS TI WEONG ADDRESSES, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE *****, THE DELIVERY *****, THEY MAKE YOU WAIT TO GET A REFUND WHEN THEYRE CLEARLY IN THE WRONG. THEY ARE EXTREMELY TERRIBLE NOW! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD.

      I pay for prime delivery in Amazon and I never get it, the next day delivery. The service in Amazon has dropped dramatically. We are talking about 8 days for delivery when they have 2 warehouse here in the area and do not even know what is in the warehouse. They need to lower the price dramatically since they cannot stand up or deliver what they say.
