1 starTrash f*** Amazon they will work with sellers to rip off your money set the return date in a way that your item breaks AFTER the fact it has happen to more than 50-60% of ALL items I have bought its more than just coincidence I mean just check and see if you can get replacement parts at all or any help or instructions. There is nothing more worse than tricking your customers and treating them like cattle. DisgustingReview fromChristine N

1 starIm a customer whom has placed orders put my delivery instructions as in put in the Amazon hub. To find orders saying they were delivered and I never received. I called Amazon 9 times been told yes your instructions are correct. So I dont understand if its the Amazon delivery driver or what. Was also told today. If delivery is overnight then your package wont be in the hub. Please let customers know that so that option isnt checked. As if today Im waiting on a package I placed an order on the ******** being told the Amazon hub is down in my apartment complex..please Amazon contact me to address these issuesReview fromDeborah L

1 starOrdered a gaming chair that cost 170, chair arrived 3 days later opened the box put it all together and it was a birthday gift for my son he was so excited went to plug it in and only half of the RGB lights worked so researched the issue and seen there were many more complaints about the same issue. I contacted Amazon to get a refund they told me to contact the manufacturer, I contacted the manufacturer they told to contact Amazon where it was purchased kept going back and forth and neither one would send a replacement the only solution they offered was to give me a partial refund of 30.00 or for me to send it back for a refund so I was not setting for a refund of 30.00 to keep a defective chair so I had to take it all apart and send it back now Amazon is telling me I have to wait 30 days to get a refund and now my son has to wait to get a new chair. The representatives I talked to at Amazon were rude, clueless and very quick to get you off the phone. I will no longer be doing business with Amazon I am sending everything I bought from them that is still within the return period back for a refund. I will be taking my business to Walmart market place as they know how customer service is supposed to be and sticks to there return and replacement guarantee. Amazons A-Z guarantee is a joke.Review fromSumaya K

1 starI am writing to file a complaint about a recent issue with my Amazon order. On June 2 I went to pick up my order from an Amazon Locker. When I opened the locker, there was a different package that was not mine. I did not take it. Instead, I called Amazon support, and they told me to take a photo and send a report, which I did.Despite following instructions, Amazon marked the item as delivered and received by me, even though I never got my actual order.Later, when I called customer service again, they hung up on me and said I should have opened the package, even though it was clearly not mine and doing so would be illegal. This is unfair and unprofessional.I am requesting:A full investigation of this case A refund or replacement of my original order A proper apology for how I was treated by customer service I have proof (photos and timestamps) and am prepared to escalate this further if necessary.Review fromKevin Y

1 starDear Better Business Bureau,We are a small business trying to launch just ONE product on Amazon. For over a month, weve been caught in endless loops, errors, and wrong guidance. Example: despite receiving brand approval three times, the system still does not accept our brand!Weve opened 17 support cases, spoken to 15+ different ***resentatives, the last one a lead named ****, who, like the rest, ***lied once and never followed up, never solved the issue, and never even checked if resolved!Weve given ***eated feedback with No, our problem was not resolved, but no one has reached out. Every time, a new *** shows up, offering conflicting or incorrect advice, then marks the case answered without fixing anything or following up. There is no accountability, no ownership. This is basic support failure from one of the largest companies in the world! Its embarrassing! We are hoping this BBB complaint reaches a top manager who can finally take action and help not just us, but other small businesses going through the same chaos. We need one dedicated, knowledgeable ***resentative to take ownership and guide us from start to finish, just to get ONE product listed!Weve spent countless hours dealing with:Broken forms/system Repetitive document uploads Re-entering the same data Brand name mismatches Auto-rejections Being bounced between ***s with no results Summary of issues: Brand approved 3x, still blocked 17 cases opened, none resolved 15+ ***s gave different/incomplete advice No follow-through, no accountability Cases marked answered with no solution Hours of uploads, form errors, brand name and other issues Still cant list ONE product after one month System full of dead ends and confusion ZERO continuity in support Absolutely unacceptableReview fromElizabeth M

1 starI am a self-published author who attempted to verify my identity through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) in good faith. Despite repeated attempts to upload a valid government-issued photo ID, the system continued to reject my submissions. I reached out to *** Support multiple times for assistance, but I was met with either generic replies or complete dismissal. After being told they would no longer assist me, I received a message stating that my book was being published followed shortly by another stating that my *** account would be terminated. This sequence is extremely confusing, contradictory, and unfair. *** invested time, effort, and creativity into publishing my work, and I am now being penalized without clear justification. No opportunity for a real appeal was provided, and I have not violated any terms to my knowledge.I am asking that Amazon KDP:Re-review my account with actual human oversight Provide a working method for ID verification Clarify why a publishing confirmation was followed by a termination warning This process has been frustrating and disheartening for a first-time author. I am seeking a resolution so I can either continue publishing or at least receive a clear explanation and access to remove my content if KDP will no longer allow me to publish.Review fromPamela M

1 starI purchased a table Dec2023 return it back to Amazon 1/2024 instead of Amazon return my refund to my original payment they put it on a Amazon card without my knowledge. After waiting several weeks for my refund on my card I contacted my bank. The bank gave me a credit for the amount. I later found out what Amazon did and and I ask there customer service team to send me the money back to the card because I now owe the bank that amount for the credit they issued me. Well after waiting for months for the check from Amazon the bank closed out my account and sent it to collections. I just recently found out that that the account had went to collections through the *************. I have several Emails from Amazon promising to send me my refund from last year up to 6/2025 they have made create new Email stating they could put the money in my current checking account or I can wait 10 wks for the check. I have call Amazon over 40 times and I'm still getting the run around with disrespect and even being called an liar. I have all emails and receipts. Could Someone please help me I just want my money back so I can pay thr collection agency.Review fromjudith k

1 starThe website for my account has been made to deter customers from handling problems.Just the arduous task of putting up with a bad AI answering process, is horrid to start with, then having to jump through all the varifications, then consistently having to talk to customer service people from foreign countries whom cannot be understood trying to get Help is NOT WORTH DEALING WITH AMAZON LESS AND LESS.
