      We purchased items from Amazon regular but we received return damage items which is listed new and we having problems getting refund

      On 1/21/23 I purchased over $1000 worth of products from the Amazon website. One week later I needed to return 4 items for various reasons. I purchased these items using a prepaid ***** ******** Card which after I made my Amazon purchase the card had to be replaced due to fraudulent activity. Amazons policy is that any return gets credited back to the original form of payment. Unfortunately since the card number changed ***** *** would not forward the credit to my new card number. The total of my return is $246.94, which is now floating around the system at Amazon and I'm told no one can do anything. I've been involved in over 70 back and forth e-mails, over 30 calls to customer service and at least 20 chats on line with Amazon. The last week I've been promised 3 times by 3 different chat people that my case would be directed to the proper department to correct the problem. I was told I would be contacted within ***** hours. 3 phone calls, 7 days later, nothing. I was promised by 2 customer service reps that the $246.94 would be applied to an Amazon gift card, this was promised on 2 separate e mails. Still nothing. I'm absolutely disgusted with this company. All I want is my Money. ***************************** ************************************************.

      If you do not mind being set up with a Prime Membership automatically Amazon is ok. But they have this ploy of the Only way to have an item shipped is by becoming a Prime Member. Then you have to cancel. The problem is when you cancel the membership and they keep charging your card.

      Amazon deletes negative reviews in the interest of their profits, whenever a seller complains of you leaving a negative product review. Many of their products are either overpriced or simply medical scams that don't deliver anything that they claim - you can report those to *** one by one! When you point that out in a review, Amazon will delete all your reviews claiming that "there is an unusual reviewing activity" on your account. The first time they deleted all my 200 reviews that I have written in the course of 10 years, now they deleted all 50 reviews that I wrote in the recent years. I have never wrote a single review for profit, just wanted to protect other people from buying useless, fraudulent, or overpriced products. At the same time Amazon is full of fake reviews praising a supplement that have nothing to do with reality. Amazon themselves started that review scam trend with their Vine program, of course to boost THEIR profits.I will not renew my Amazon Prime EVER AGAIN and will use Amazon only as a search engine for products, which I will buy directly from other sites with better prices. The Amazon "originals" video content is just as unworthy as their "policies" so I won't miss anything.It is sad that the once great Amazon, symbol of freedom of trade and speech, has become just another example of greedy capitalistic corruption and review censorship for obvious financial interest.

      Amazon can't solve any problem it causes. I purchased a turbo tax promotion bundle with a gift card. Ridiculously, they charged my credit card on the gift card but failed to charge the turbo tax (I entered my credit card info once because it was a bundle order). And now I need to do my tax return and can't find the actual software I bought. You can't find any good promotion at this moment on the market. I requested to replace the order and have the price match, and they declined. Amazon is a liar, attempting to purchase the gift card using the turbo tax promotion, but you can't get the software at all.

      Terrible customer service, everytime I placed an order I never receive my order on the guaranteed delivery date. I've had multiple orders arrive a week late or not at all. Amazon always has some lie or excuse to not give a refund. There representatives are always rude or foreign. They always says we can't do anything or we promise you will receive your order when it's promised. I'm done with Amazon always scamming me.

      Amazon refused to give my refund even though the POLICEreport! I called them many times and I always had the same problem they won't give me my refund. I spent an entire paycheck to buy the gaming stuff I wanted and then when I came home package wasn't there. I called them immediately and they said they will check it. 2 days later they said they can't provide a refund and the only option for them to consider is filing a police report. Which I did happily. I have the police report proofs and everything but they always made excuses and didn't give me my refund. It's been going on like this for a long time and my only option is to go to court. I hope we can solve it in court.

      Amazon scamming people for personal information. Bought three items off amazon that were to be delivered within five minutes to as a gift to another person email. All items went through but person who they were sent to did not receive them in a timely manner. I checked on 3 items sent and it stated they were in processing and did not send. I could not cancel at this point because they were in the processing phase. I received email from amazon nearly three hours later see below. We believe that an unauthorized party may have accessed your account. To protect your information, we have:-- Disabled the password to your account.-- Reversed any modifications made by this party.-- Canceled any pending orders. You can ignore any confirmation emails that you received for these orders.-- If Two-Step Verification has been enabled during the unauthorized access, we have disabled it. Please reset and enable two-step verification on Amazon and enable if appropriate.Allow 2 hours for these actions to take effect.After 2 hours, you will be able to reset your password and regain access to your account. On the Amazon sign-in page, select "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions. If you do not have a phone number in your account, we recommend adding it by clicking "Account Settings" on our Help page:********************************** My account was locked. I called Amazon customer service. They asked for very personal information that included credit card info, purchases I made, all of my personal identification questions. I supplied the info but it was very uncomfortable providing that much info to unlock the account. After passing the verification they said they could not open my account and a manager was not allowed to as well. . I feel I was scammed and my account remains locked and compromised. I tried to change my pw and it would not allow me to do so. I tried to open a new account but my email was already being used. Amazon using personal info and lock account

      Horrible! Used to be good but delivery and customer service the worst now! I ordered items needed this week because I am home after medical procedure. Driver delivered package damaged with the detergent running out everywhere and had ruined my other items. Called Amazon telling them what happened, that he was just driving away, and they should contact him to come get the package which we heard him drop so we know he damaged it. Was told after lengthy holds they couldn't contact him, could not put me through to a supervisor and despite me just having a procedure they couldn't send anyone to get the damaged box off my porch. I had to clean all this up and bag everything to go in the trash. The first customer service rep hung up on me when I demanded a supervisor. After years of being a loyal customer spending lots of money I could have spent elsewhere I felt they could have provided a better solution so I canceled my membership and will never shop there again. The overall vibe when I called in was like "Oh, well."

      6 calls to get verified and was hung up on by a customer service employee and a supervisor. Item said it shipped, item was out for delivery and then they said it was **** days late, in other words it was on back order and it hadnt shipped or about to be delivered! I was lied to twice and was refused an English speaking attendant after multiple requests!
