      Upon review of your claims that we are unwilling to honor your warranty, it appears that our agents have asked for supplementing documentation that is relevant to a battery replacement order. We have been unable to locate the (4) previous emails in which you stated this documentation has been sent to our team. This may be due to an internal error with our email system. 


      To make this process a little easier on you, please go to the 'Sent' messages folder in your email inbox, select the messages in which you've sent this documentation to our team, and forward them to *********************************** referencing case number 470184973393. 


       Without this information on file, regrettably, we will not be able to proceed with a warranty replacement. This is not due to our unwillingness to honor your warranty, but rather, to ensure that all troubleshooting has been completed and that we are accurately diagnosing the issues with the affected component. We will need a video showing the fuse replacement you've completed and that the battery is not charging AFTER the fuses have been replaced, as well as a photo showing the battery's serial number.


      Furthermore, our phone support line has been reinstated. If you have any questions, please give us a call at ************** and one of our agents will be more than happy to explain what we need from you to get a battery replacement arranged and how you can transmit these files to our team using the Dropbox links we've sent over to you in the past. 


      Again, once we have the requested documentation on file (showing the fuse replacement you've completed and that the battery is not charging after the fuses have been replaced) we will be happy to request a battery replacement on your behalf. This is in line with our standard warranty process.

      They discriminate against disabled persons by sending harmful and broken bikes. Will not hold up to warranty when they know a disabled person has been sent a defective bike.ADA will be contacted and lawsuit will be brought up.

      Firstly, we would like to address the issue with the defective bike. We understand how frustrating it can be to receive a faulty product, and for that, we sincerely apologize. Please know that it was never our intention to send you a broken bike, and we are actively working to improve our quality control processes to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Given that there are approximately 100 miles on your bike at this time, this is not a returns-eligible case. 


      Regarding your warranty claim, we want to clarify that we have followed our standard warranty process as we would for any customer. We have issued a replacement part and warranty labor reimbursement via email to the ************, who was contacting us on ******'s behalf. Our goal is to resolve this matter promptly and to your satisfaction.


      Please let us know once your shop has installed your new fork so we can ensure your bike is back to proper riding condition and can reimburse you for this charge.

      If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service...Can't speak to anyone on the phone, they are behind on emails so they can't respond. Sat at home all day waiting on a delivery of a new battery to replace the one that was only 2 years old and died. After reading these reviews, I see they place the delivery blame on ****** It seems to be a common problem so maybe that should use another company for shipping. Now being told they can't tell me when it will be delivered but it has to be signed for. So frustrating.

      The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. We misplaced our keys during a move and went to the website to reorder. The confirmation email said they would ship in 2 days. ******************************************************************************* is that they have only one location cutting keys and ours aren't done yet. I sent maybe 5 emails to their customer service and got no response. On chat, they can't provide any estimate. Due to this, it's been 30 days I cannot use my bike. This is totally unacceptable.

      So heres the deal rad bikes are nice and well made HOWEVER, the batteries are horrible and rad customer service is far from easy, quick or pleasing!! Buyers beware if your bike battery has to be replaced because of malfunction, please know that warranty replacement battery is no longer covered if one is sent to you which is just plain wrong!! No negligence or care played a part. The battery simply stopped charging less than a year later. Rad bikes told me that if I wanted another battery then Id have to purchase it for $600. Wow!!!! Its disappointing that they dont stand by their pricy products! Should be a big red flag for anyone considering to buy. Velotric bike brand has not given us one single problem and rad bikes has given us problems from the very beginning which is why we have a replacement battery. Sure wish things were different but because they are not unfortunately Im having to express my distaste with rad bikes on public platforms. Wish I would have known different. DO NOT BUY RAD BIKES!!!

      Customer support after the sale is poor. First, my brand new bike needed about $75 worth of adjustments at my local bike shop out of the box. Second, 3 of the 4 bike shops listed as shops that would support repairs said they no longer do. Third, I ordered a rear view mirror for my bike and did not like it but when I went to return they said it was not eligible for return. This is very unfortunate because I do like the bike but support after the sale is really bad. I would recommend people look at other options before buying this bike.

      Absolute horrible customer service! We have purchased 3 ********************** from them - I even convinced my parents to get a bike. My battery died. I get it, despite the reviews on the poor batteries I was ok purchasing a new one since my bike was 3 years old. Their replacement battery was $600 - again I paid it, no complaints. Then I get a shipping notification that it is a signature required delivery, I called Fed Ex to let them know I needed a signature waiver as I wouldn't be in a position to sit at my house for the 4 hour window I was given, Fed Ex said I would need to reach out to Rad to ask them to waive the signature. The "wonderful" customer service chat agent (you have to use chat because they don't have an operating customer service line (odd) told me they do not waive the signature because of their expensive products, I explained its a battery. Still no waiver. So I take off work to sit at my house only to be told, over half way through the window of time given, that it would be delayed until tomorrow at which point they gave me another 4 hr window. I reached out to *** and their "wonderful" customer service agent said and I quote "it sounds like your frustration is with Fed ex not us. Long story short I was given no alternative options, no way to waive the signature just to wait and that when it is shipped backed to them undeliverable they will start the refund process....... Its a joke and quite frankly nothing consumers can do about their service. Update: I sat home waiting for the package on the second day 4 hours only for it never to show and judging by the replies to the reviews here reaching out to Rad for a solution or anything would be pointless. Shop elsewhere, preferably somewhere local where you will be treated half decent.

      Dont buy from RAD! Bought 2 - Rad Power 6s in June or July of 2022, by May one of the batteries was dead. Come to find out this is a common problem for Rad but since we were within the 1 year warranty they did replace it after multiple emails back and forth to provide numerous videos and photos of it not charging etc. Within 3 months of receiving the new battery I am once again left with a dead battery but since Im 1 month out of my initial one year warranty they are stating the cost to replace the battery would be $600. This is a known problem for RAD and they are unwilling to stand by their product. They even changed the design on the battery to prevent consumers from changing the blown fuse themselves and I now have a $600 pound paperweight as a reminder of how crappy this company is.

      I purchased a bike in June and requested to return it within 10 days of receipt. I never took the bike out of the box. After three months of dodging me by not responding to emails, they finally sent me return shipping information and receiving the bike, They are not refunding my money. I am out over $2,100,00 and have no bike. Avoid this company. I do not know what has happened to them but they have cheated me out of my money.

We sent our response on August 18th, 2023.

      We recognize your decision to exercise the option to file a chargeback or dispute your transaction, but we would like to emphasize that it often results in prolonging the resolution process.

      Per our records, we have accepted the chargeback initiated by your bank. This means that your bank will be responsible for reversing the charge on your behalf. Unfortunately, due to the nature of chargebacks and the procedures involved, the timeline for funds to be returned can range from 60 to 120 days. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause you, but please understand that this timeline is beyond our control.

      We want to assure you that our commitment to our customers remains unwavering. Our team is always eager to address any concerns and find the best possible solution. Unfortunately, in this particular case, the external involvement of the bank has led to the extended timeline for resolution.

      Firstly, Emailed them to cancel the order which was ignored. Then bike arrived with a error 21 code which renders the electronics useless. I EMAILED THEM AND TRIED ALL THEIR FIXES TO NO AVAIL. I'M NOW TRYING TO RETURN THE **** I TRIED TO CANCEL. BUYER BEWARE!!!! AVOID RAD POWER BIKES.
