I am filing this complaint regarding my extremely disappointing and harmful experience with Boundless Immigration. I hired Boundless to assist with my immigration application, expecting professionalism and accuracy. Instead, I encountered serious negligence, false assurances, and a complete lack of accountability.First, my application was submitted without my consent, despite a known issue with my name that had not been resolved. I was falsely told that the application had been put on hold at their ********* office, but I later discovered that it had in fact been submitted and subsequently rejected by ******Adding to the issue, ***** clearly stated that we must include the original rejection letter in any resubmission. However, Boundless assured me that including the letter was unnecessary and filed the application again without it, against official guidance. Now, I am left in a stressful and uncertain situation, once again waiting to hear back from *****, fearing another rejection due to Boundless's mismanagement.Throughout this process, Boundless has shown negligence, miscommunication, and disregard for the impact their actions have had on my case and life. I am requesting a full refund, a formal acknowledgment of their mishandling, and accountability for the unnecessary delay and emotional distress they have caused.

I hired Boundless Immigration for assistance with a K-1 fianc **** and paid via their Splitit installment system. Due to personal circumstances, I canceled my service and received written confirmation from Boundless that my refund was initiated and in process.A few days later, I received another email stating a refund of $1,035 had been issued. However, when I reviewed the transaction, no money was actually returned to my card. Instead, they simply canceled future installment charges and misleadingly labeled this as a ********* application was never finalized or submitted. I provided screenshots showing my case was still in the early stages of document check, with unresolved requests for:Re-uploaded passport documents Certified translation Sworn statements A corrected Brazilian birth certificate Despite this, Boundless has refused to issue an actual refund, keeping the $1,035 I already paid, even though they delivered no completed service. Their communications were deceptive and gave the false impression that I would receive funds back.I am requesting a full refund of $1,035, as no legal preparation, government filing, or final service was completed

      Dear Jasmine,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Were sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.

We understand you chose not to continue with the K-1 ************ due to personal reasons, and we respect that decision. Your case was in the early Document Check stage, and while several key items were still pending, we remained available to support you through the process.

Regarding your refund concern: At the time of purchase on October 30, 2024, our 14-day refund policy was in effect and agreed to during sign-up. As your cancellation occurred outside that window, a full refund could not be issued under our policy.

However, recognizing your decision not to proceed, we canceled all remaining installment payments to ensure no further charges were incurred. We understand that the message you received from our payment processor may have been confusing it referred to a cancellation of future payments as a refund, which understandably created an impression that funds were returned to your original payment method. Were sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

We value your feedback and are always working to improve both our communication and customer experience. If you have further concerns or believe there is new information we should review, please dont hesitate to reach out to our team directly. Were here to help.

      Sincerely,

      The Boundless Immigration Team

I signed up with Boundless Immigration to help with my wifes adjustment of status process. I was charged monthly (around $192$198 for several months), totaling over $1,000. The company was supposed to assist with preparing and submitting immigration forms such as the I-485 and I-765, but they never submitted anything on my ********* fact, I received incorrect guidance from them, including being told that I had to wait for the I-130 to be approved before submitting the I-485, which delayed my case by over 8 months. I was also told my wife needed to overstay her **** before applyingwhich is false and potentially harmful advice. After months of delays and no progress, I ended up submitting all the forms myself and handling the entire process independently.Despite repeated calls, emails, and messages to their support team, I received no meaningful help. My wife now has her work permit, Social Security number, and green card interviewall completed without Boundless involvement.I requested a full refund because services were not rendered, but they denied it by citing their 14-day refund policyignoring the fact that the service was never provided. This is a case of non-performance, not a simple cancellation.I am seeking a full refund of the Boundless service fee.

      Dear ****,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it caused during an already complex process.

After reviewing your case history, we acknowledge there was a misunderstanding about the timing and scope of the services we were to provide. We regret any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your feedback.

To make things right, weve issued a full refund for your case. This includes $700 refunded to your card and an additional $140 refunded to your ****** account, totaling $840.

We hope this resolves the matter and wish you and your wife continued success with the rest of your immigration process. If you have any further concerns, please dont hesitate to reach out to our team.

On October 19, 2024, I contacted Boundless Immigration to explore fianc **** services. Without my clear consent, I was enrolled in their Premium Plan. I was never informed of a less expensive option, which costs roughly $700.00 less. I did not request or agree to premium services. On November 19, 2024, I called to dispute this. I spent 28 minutes on the phone with a representative who said she would consult her supervisor about a refund. I explained that I hadnt agreed to the Premium Plan and hadnt been informed of the cheaper plan. I also referenced a prior call with a representative named **********, who assured me I could cancel and receive a refund if I chose not to proceed with the application. When I mentioned this, the company denied making that promise and told me what they meant was that refunds were not available unless the completed application was denied. I stated that I wanted to either downgrade to the cheaper plan or cancel altogether. I was told downgrading wasnt possible. I asked to cancel and start over but was again told that someone would contact meno one did. I requested follow-up by email, but never received one. This company has not demonstrated transparency or integrity. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, Ive received no support. Ive paid approx. $860 of the $1,290 total under a 12-month payment plan. I am requesting a full refund of the amount paid to date and cancellation of the remaining balance.Resolution Requested:Refund of $860 already paid and termination of future charges. I also urge the company to improve transparency and clearly present all service options during initial consultations.

      Business Response

      Dear ******,

We've thoroughly reviewed our internal records, including the call recording from October 19, 2024.

We acknowledge your concern that only our Premium Plan was discussed during your initial consultation, and that a less expensive option was not presented. We understand how this misinformation would lead to your frustration. We strive for transparency and clear communication regarding our services and policies.

Based on our findings, we agree to issue a full refund of the $860 you have already paid and to cancel all remaining charges.

We value your feedback and are taking steps to review and improve our sales consultation process to ensure all service options are clearly presented and accurate information is consistently provided.

We used Boundless for my K1 **** and had a great experience so we decided to use them again for the *** process. This experience has left much to be desired. We engaged with B'less in June ************************************************* September 2024. I was required to get an updated medical for my *** so rather than wait for an RFE by *****, we decided to get an appointment and get it done before submitting the ***. We got this and then engaged with B'less, submitting our questionnaire in November 2024. We were then requested to upload documents which we did in mid December. More documents were requested which we submitted on 06 Jan. ******* the 6 Jan and 20th March, more stuff was requested from us each time, with replies from B'less averaging a week, delaying us longer. I was regularly following up myself for updates. ** ******************************************************** which I completed and confirmed with B'less that I was exempt for a few answers due to responses. I submitted this on the 27 Jan. ** the 4 Feb, I was told that I still had to answer the questions I was exempt from, in the same email chain. At the legal review, we were again asked to provide more information which took time. I was asked to review the draft application which I noted had multiple errors. The package was finally printed 22 March. The application was rejected due to bank errors totally on our fault. When I contacted B'less on next steps on 29 April, I was told to email updated documents to them, with my questions not being answered at all. After more back and forth, we sent our returned application along with the requested documents and cheques for ***** to B'less, delivered 8 May. I also provided the additional docs via email. After no updates, I emailed today and was again requested to send updated docs (the same ones I sent last week and which were included in the post) so that the acting CPS can refile.

      Dear *****,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the delays, repeated requests, and the lack of clarity you've encountered throughout your Adjustment of Status process.

We completely understand your frustration, especially after having had a positive experience with us during your K-1 **** application. Your trust means a lot to us, and were sorry that this process has not met your expectations.

Our team has received the returned application, updated documents, and USCIS checks you sent, and we are actively working on finalizing the application for resubmission. Were also reviewing the file carefully to ensure no further issues arise during this next submission. You can expect to hear from us shortly with confirmation and next steps.

We appreciate your patience and persistence, and we're committed to getting your application back on track as quickly as possible. Please feel free to reach out directly if you have any immediate questions in the meantime.

I am rejecting this response because:

While Boundless has notified us that the package has been sent to ***** and the tracking has confirmed that ***** have received it, we are rejecting this response from Boundless until the application has been accepted by ***** and our contract with Boundless is finally fulfilled.

Boundless completed the e-notification form with a Boundless generated email and despite us advising that we did not want to use that, but one of our own, Boundless advised it was their process so they're also aware when the application is accepted. The Boundless generated email that was used during our K1 **** application did not work as it did not forward us any notifications and instead delayed my correspondence with the ********** in ********* by over a month before I was able to get in contact with them. Because of this experience with the email address as well as our communication experience with Boundless this process, we are not confident that we will find out that ***** has accepted our application.

      Dear *****,

Thank you for your follow-up and for sharing your continued concernswe fully understand your hesitation given the challenges you've experienced, and were very sorry that the process has caused stress and frustration, especially after a previously positive experience with us.

We want to confirm that your Adjustment of Status (AOS) application has been received by *****. If you havent yet received a physical notice or text message from *****, please let us knowwed be happy to provide you with the receipt number directly so you can monitor your case status.

We also recommend creating a USCIS online account (if you havent already). With your receipt number, you can add your case to your USCIS account and track updates directly from them, regardless of the email address submitted on the G-1145 e-notification form.

We recognize that the use of a Boundless-generated email for the G-1145 form has caused concern, particularly based on your K-1 experience. While this process helps ensure we can track submission confirmations, we understand and respect your preference to receive notifications personally. Going forward, any ***** updates that arrive to our system will be reviewed and passed along to you promptly.

Please dont hesitate to reach out if you'd like us to share your receipt number or if you have questions about setting up your USCIS accountwere here to help and want to ensure you feel fully informed at every step.

april 2024 myself and my partner sought advice from boundless immigration, at that point we only wanted advice, we arranged a call with boundless and spoke to someone, when my now wife tried to say to the person that we couldn't make a decision right then on if we wanted to use their service or what process we wanted to take, the person we spoke to managed to encourage us to make a payment to them to allow them to help us with my wife's immigration journey, we paid $124, this was part of a payment plan they advised we should use, the total cost would be $1400 for their ********** may 2024 my wife had a meeting with one of their attorneys to clarify process's.we never paid anything from april ** did start to upload immigration documents in october but were told until we pay the rest they would not do anything, my personal information stayed on their system and we made our first payment on 23rd january.2nd payment was made jan 30th of $117.50 3rd and 4th payment (they took out 2 payments without my permission) of $117.50 each on feb 12th.Then on 20th Feb they took out 4 payments of $117.50 without my permission my wife called them up very upset and asked if they could return the 3 payments she was told no but they would refer it to their payments team and we should hear back within the 5 working days (we heard nothing back from them)27th march we made a payment of $117.50 and we made 2 payments on 19th march of $********* wife completed adding her documents to their portal these took 3/4 days to check to which they came back with we needed more information they then added in further costs we needed to pay but FAILED to mention like USCIS fee's, medical check fee's, work and travel **** fee's we thought what we paid was for all of that, we completely lost trust in them they are supposed to guide us, we asked for a refund they have refused, i dont feel the service they have provided if worth $1400 and we have gone else where which we are having to pay again.

      Dear ******,

Thank you for sharing your experience. Were very sorry to hear that you and your wife felt confused and disappointed during this process.

We understand how frustrating this must have been. We always try to clearly explain what our service fee covers, and that costs like USCIS fees, medical exams, and optional forms (such as work or travel permits) are separate government fees. We're sorry if this wasn't clear at the start.

Our records show that our team began work on your case shortly after your payments and that your wife had a consultation with an attorney. Because of this, we are not able to offer a refund, as services were provided.

That said, we truly appreciate the trust you placed in us. To show goodwill, **** added a $300 credit to your account. If you ever choose to use Boundless again in the future, this amount can go toward any service.

If you have any more questions or concerns, we're here to help.

I am rejecting this response because:

      - I have no intention on ever using boundless for immigration purposes again, on top of that there will never be a need for myself or anyone i know that will ever need to use this service so the $300 would be pointless and quite frankly and insult considering we have paid you $1400 already.

      - the lack of trust i have in boundless has caused me concern so much so that i have found an attorney to help me with my journey which means we are having to spend more money to start this very long process all over again.

      - the assistance we have received has been very poor.

      - the fact money was taken out of my account without permission on several occasions which then left me in financial difficulty despite them being aware of my situation.

      - they are also ignoring my emails now.

      - I have made an acceptable offer on what i would be willing to accept to close this of $1100 and this is what i expect back.

I contacted boundless immigration in March ********************************************************************** the beginning, the associate called every single day 4 to 5 times a day until he got me to sign up. After I signed up and made my initial payment, the communication stopped. I set up a payment plan for nine months and I was told after four months worth of payments they would file the paperwork, is been a year and they have not filed and they are paid in full. I completed all the paperwork and patiently waited for my fourth payment to come out nothing happened. I contacted balance immigration, and was repeatedly told they needed moreinformation, they needed more information, they needed more information. They kept rejecting my application and sending it back exciting they need more information with a four-day business weight between this became very frustrating. I called in the Obamas immigration approximately 12 times in a month I kept asking for supervisors. I was told that things wouldbe fixed and that there was no reason for any delays and that it was gonna go to processing within the next 24 hours which neverhappened. Typical weight is for business days for paperwork to be approved and to be sent to quality assurance. I am now on a 20, business day this is beyond frustrating. Ive asked for a refund and they told me Im outside of their 14 day window for a refund however, I wastold that my satisfaction was guaranteed, I am not satisfied. I would like either a refund or for them to file my paperwork.

I am rejecting this response because: Once again they have found a reason to reject my application. Now this business is telling me that I didn't make enough money last year to sponsor the green card application. This is unacceptable. Why didn't you screen me before the process started instead of waiting a whole year and taking every document pertinent to my life to tell me a year later that I'm ineligible. That to me is a scam. You have $3350 that you charge me for this process to tell me that I'm not qualified. That is insane and not acceptable by any stretch of the imagination.

      Dear *******,

Thank you for sharing your concerns we truly understand how frustrating and disappointing this must feel, and we sincerely regret any distress this has caused.

To clarify, the evaluation of your financial eligibility is based on the most recent tax return youve provided in this case, your 2024 tax return, which was only recently submitted. ***** determines whether the sponsor meets the current minimum income requirement using the most up-to-date financial information available, which includes both your current annual income and your most recent tax return.

Its important to note that the minimum income thresholds set by ***** can change from year to year. While your 2023 income may have met last years requirement, your *************************************************************** your household size. These changes are outside of our control, and our goal is always to provide accurate guidance based on the latest USCIS standards.

That said, we want to work with you to explore any possible options, such as adding a joint sponsor if needed. Were here to support you through this process and help you find a path forward.

Please let us know how you'd like to proceed.

      Sincerely,

      The Boundless Immigration Team

      Dear *******,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. We understand how frustrating this situation has been for you, and were sorry to hear that you felt pressured during the initial stages of the process.

To clarify, your account has already been canceled, and as such, we are limited in the support we can provide at this stageespecially regarding alternative application types that fall outside the scope of our services and refund policy.

Looking back at your account history, you initially contacted us in November 2024 to request a refund. You mentioned that you were unaware of the auto-payment feature, had not yet secured a joint sponsor, and needed to pause your application. At that time, our Customer Support Representative informed you of our 14-day refund policy.

Following that conversation, our Payment Solutions Team canceled your installment plan and confirmed this via email. However, since your refund request was submitted beyond the 14-day window stated in our policy, we were unable to issue a refund.

More recently, on April 7, 2025, you reached out asking if we could assist with a VAWA application. Unfortunately, this type of case is outside the scope of services Boundless offers, as we only support marriage-based immigration applications and not self-petitioned filings.

We hope this clarifies. If you have any further questions, were here to help as best we can within the limits of our policies.

      Sincerely,

      The Boundless Immigration Team

My spouse and I are filing a complaint against Boundless Immigration due to ongoing concerns about the quality, efficiency, and transparency of the services they provide. We hired Boundless to assist with my spouses immigration application, expecting a streamlined and professional process. Unfortunately, our experience has been marked by confusion, delays, and poor communication.Despite submitting all requested documents, we continue to receive repetitive and seemingly unnecessary document requests, with no clear explanation or indication that the case is moving forward. Weve been told repeatedly that the documents are being reviewed, yet after more than three weeks, we are now being told that the case is entering a separate internal review process, including quality assurance and legal review. This lack of progress and transparency has been extremely ************** spouse is particularly concerned, as the delays have prevented them from obtaining a Social Security number, which is necessary for seeking employment. They now believe that hiring an immigration attorney, though more expensive, would have yielded measurable results by now.We have paid Boundless well over $1,000 for their services, including six separate payments of $253 each not including the immigration filing fees. If the application is not submitted to ***** by the end of this month, we would like to formally request a full or partial refund. We are deeply dissatisfied with the experience thus far, and we are seeking either a resolution in the form of submission to ***** or a refund reflecting the lack of progress and service provided.

I started working with Boundless on February 17th 2025. They were going to help me file my wife's immigration forms. I paid them $749 to start the process. A month later I paid them $3155 for immigration fees. After working with them for a few weeks, on March 19th I submitted some paperwork for review. After that I never heard back from them. I called their tech support line 5 times over the next two weeks. Different customer service **** said some one would reach out the next day with an update to my application. I never got a call back, or an email update to the status of my application. As they are ignoring all of my requests I can only reason that they have abandoned my application. I am seeking help with a refund as I cannot get any one at boundless to give me an update, or return my calls.
