I signed up for their service in July 2024, its April 7th,2025. They sent me an email telling me my account will be closed in 90 days. They have been delaying my account since July 2024. They are absolutely the worst at this immigration process. I asked this application guide guy name ******** ******* if he is the only one there and he said yes. They delay your application for the slightest things and charge you $350 for an RFE which they dont know if youre going to get. They keep delaying my application because of simple things they can let you know from the get go. I recommend they shut down this service. They take so long you cant even get a refund for their unacceptable service. Stay away from Boundless immigration, it states they are not a law firm so please everyone lets file a civil lawsuit against them. I have paid over $3000 so far in expenses because of boundless. They forced me to fixed my wifes taxes FOUR MONTHS into the paperwork which we had to wait 90 days for the amended taxes. It seems like something wrong is new every submit we make. Their customer service is horrific. Their refund policy is horrible and needs to be change because they will not send out your application within 14 days. You also cannot have direct contact with no one pertaining to your application.Business Response

Dear Romario,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustrations you've experienced. We understand how disappointing delays can be, and we want to address your concerns.
Regarding the expiration email you received, please note that it is simply a reminder. In the event we are unable to submit your application to USCIS by the specified date, we can request an extension.
As for the additional RFE fee, this only applies if the assigned Independent Immigration Attorney issues a warning about an RFE following their legal review. If you choose to proceed with the application as is, we will inform you of the possibility of an RFE, but please understand that this is beyond our control. Based on our experience, an RFE may occur, and we aim to set proper expectations for you.
We deeply apologize for the delays youve encountered. A supervisor is currently working on your case and is prioritizing it to ensure your application is submitted to ***** as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience as we work to get this resolved.
Thank you again for your understanding, and please dont hesitate to reach out if you have further concerns or questions.Sincerely,
The Boundless Immigration Team

I am filing a complaint against Boundless Immigration due to an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience with their services. Before committing to their platform, I was bombarded with endless calls from their sales team, pressuring me to sign the contract. After I finally agreed, the service quality quickly deteriorated. Despite submitting all required documents, Boundless repeatedly asked for more paperwork, with each new request causing a delay of 4-5 days, even for a single piece of information. This ongoing back-and-forth has caused significant frustration and delays.I clearly communicated to Boundless that I had an impending deadline, yet I received only generic, automated responses. Eventually, my account specialist stopped responding to my inquiries altogether. This lack of communication and failure to meet deadlines has put me at a significant disadvantage, both financially and *********** of now, Ive been stuck in this cycle for nearly two weeks, with no resolution in sight. Despite having paid both the service and filing fees, I have not received the necessary assistance or timely responses. Given these ongoing issues, I am requesting the following:- A partial refund of the service fee.- The return of all documents I have submitted thus far.- A clear resolution, either finalizing the process or providing a clear path forward, by Friday, 4/11.If these issues are not addressed by that date, I will be forced to explore further action.Business Response

I paid $1410 in total for my wife's AOS in a 9-month plan since April 2024. We've already finished paying cost of it but they haven't even sent our application. On top of that, I don't think they actually have lawyers that review the applications because everything in our I130 and I485 are all wrong. Work history is wrong, names are wrong, date of entry is wrong. It's BS!! Never ever use Boundless because they only care about the money, not the livelihood of the people. THEY DO NOT CARE! 100% ANGRY because now my wife is about to lose her job because it's taking them so long to file our documents. AND THEY WONT refund even if all the paperwork is messed up!!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
We were emailed about their refund policy blah blah but they take like 14 days to even respond when we started with boundless so how would we know that boundless is good if you guys didnt even respond quickly?! We demand a refund may it be partial or full refund! If we had gone through Boundless, my wifes case wouldnt be sent out still after 9 f****** months!! We were going back and forth for 9 f****** months and its still not sent out yet. Their application guides are not useful at all because they got all of our information wrong on the i130 and i485. If we proceeded with boundless, my wifes case would definitely be denied!

I originally looked at this company as I am an immigrant, but I read reviews and looked up the man I was put in contact with and couldn't see that he has anything to do with immigration at all. I became suspicious, so I canceled my tentative appointment. Since then, he has repeatedly emailed me and called me to the point where I blocked his number. He has gone around my boundaries by calling me on a completely different number. At this point, it's just harassment.Business Response

I created an account with ********************** over a year ago and I paid over $1400 because I paid their fee plus the ***** application fee atthe same time because I thought they were gonna do their job. At first they sent me information request and I sent them all the information requested. Then they requested additional information and I added 100% the exact additional information they asked for and even replied to their message saying it was complete and that has been around a year ago, and theres been no activity whatsoever from them on the application. I just got off the phone with them for asking for a refund and theyre saying they will not refund their service fee, but theywill refund the application fee to ******This is crazy because theyre telling me theyre not gonna refund me for a service. I paid over $746 for that they did not do.Months ago, I even replied to them, asking them if they were going to do their job and still nothing! It seems like a scam to me and I want my money back!Business Response

They are working on our adjustment of status for a K1 ***** We have numerous questions that have been asked 4-5 times and they are refusing to answer these important questions. They have provided what they propose as a final copy of the I485 and associated documents that contain inaccuracies and incorrect information and despite asking 4 times in 2 days for corrections to be made, they are still refusing to correct the errors, which include the wrong name of the city my wife went to school in (2x), refusal to include all the pictures that we submitted that they told us were required for processing by *****. We had a scheduled phone call with them on February 10 where we were assured that these things would be taken care of. There are other things like them fraudulently understating my income on the application. They are causing unreasonable delays in the processing of our paperwork. We are signed up for a payment plan which includes most government fees, except for the ones we were told had to be paid separately, and yet they keep trying to double bill us for inflated government fees separately which are included in our payment plan. They also billed us for 5 payments totaling approximately $1250.00 in the course of 3 days. They also failed to disclose as required by the payment processor, any information regarding automatic recurring payments. We are not asking for those fees to be returned, however, their payment solutions department is silent when we ask for explanations about the government fees. They have been paid for their services in full and our next payment is not due until ********** 2025. All we want is the documents to be corrected to reflect the required information for our final review for processing. I gave Boundless until 6:00pm CT today, 2 days ago, to address the outstanding issues and they refuse to do so. We are asking for them to correct the documents for our final review properly and as instructed 4-5 times now.Business Response

I contacted Boundless years ago regarding potentially using their services and then made an account. I have unsubscribed from their emails countless times but am still receiving emails daily, and they call me all the time. I have sent emails to them asking that communications with me stop. I have blocked them, but I still get calls! They leave extensive voicemails, and it's getting very annoying. I no longer need their services and am sick and tired of them calling me. I'd like them to cease contacting me altogether.Business Response

On Nov 6, 2014 I hired Boundless Immigration to help process my wife's Change of Status application. By January 14, the process was complete and the application was ready to be sent to *****. As of today, February 18, Boundless has continuously delayed sending in the application, even though no changes have been required. They just continuously delay completing the service for no reason. I have made multiple contacts with their customer service team who continue to tell me they will resolve the situation, but then nothing ever happens. On February 11, I was able to speak to a supervisor who assured me that everything would be finalized within 1 to 3 business days, however, I am still waiting for my case to be finalized as of today, 2/18.Business Response

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the handling of my refund request for the total amount of $3,739 paid to your company. Despite my attempts to resolve this matter amicably, I have been informed that a refund will not be issued, which I find both disappointing and unjustified. On December 22nd 2024, I engaged your services and paid the aforementioned fees in good faith, expecting professional assistance as promised in your service agreement. Unfortunately, your lengthy process made me to filled out all the forms by myself since you fail to do so on a timely manner, my main goal was to get everything done before Jan 20th 2025, every document requested was uploaded as soon as we got the *************** light of this, I believe I am entitled to a full refund based on your policy since we are not satisfied with the service provided your policy mentioned a 100% refund, To date, my refund request has been denied due to my case was checked and completed by an attorney which is a lie because since Jan 8th 2025 my application stocked on ''legal review stage".I kindly request the following: A check for the total amount paid, since i stated in several email sent to your refund team that i do not longer have the credit card used to paid for the services, so i do not longer have a relationship with that bank, that being said we can only get a check for the amount of USCIS fees and boundless fee. If this matter cannot be resolved promptly and fairly, I may be compelled to escalate my complaint to the appropriate consumer protection authorities or explore legal options to recover my funds. However, I trust that we can resolve this issue amicably without further escalation.I expect a response to this letter within 7 days from the date of receipt. I purchased K-1 fiance' **** through boundless for a total of $2,060. However after speaking to a attorney they advised me to go with the CR-1 **** application instead and had to create a different email address and account. The CR-1 is currently advertised as $1,340 on their website and they have not adjusted the money owed. I have been having issues with their chat system on the website. I call customer service to speak with a Supervisor and I am left on long holds. I never had interview prep call with the attorney as well.Business Response

Dear *****,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand your concerns and would like to take this opportunity to clarify the details of your payment and the services we provide.
When you initially purchased the K-1 **** package, we were fully transparent about the breakdown of fees, which were outlined in the agreement you accepted. Specifically, we noted that the only government fee we assist with is the ***** filing fee.
During your recent conversation with our supervisor, you also acknowledged the explanation given to you regarding our package fees as well as about our new pricing, which was implemented several months after your purchase. At the time of your purchase, both K-1 and CR-1 **** services were priced the same under our legacy pricing. Our current pricing now offers two tiers, with the lower-cost option excluding attorney assistance. The plan you purchased aligns with our premium package, which includes an attorney review and the interview prep call.
Regarding a supervisor's availability, we kindly ask for your patience, as our supervisors often manage multiple matters and may not be able to answer all calls immediately. However, they prioritize returning calls when requested or needed, as one of them did in your case. And during your conversation, she addressed your concerns and provided guidance on the best time to schedule an interview prep call with an independent immigration attorney. She also explained the government fees required on the ************************************** (CEAC) website and sent you a detailed payment breakdown via email for your reference.
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please dont hesitate to reach out.
Sincerely,The Boundless Immigration Team
