4 starsWe had a good experience with Boundless to get our immigration process started. It took a while to gather all the information needed, but we knew it was part of the process. The only thing I would change would be to have a quicker response from them, not 4-5 business days. Overall, the customer service was great, clear, and professional. The team was committed to answer our questions and give us feedback. Also, they’ve been communicating about how our case is going, and the steps ahead. Two years of wasted time We have been trying to get my daughter-in-law's green card for over 2 years. Boundless requests the same information over and over. More than a year ago they claimed they sent the application to *****, but they kept asking for the same information again and again. 9 months later we found out that they never sent the application! And the whole time they were sending emails about how we should be getting the work authorization soon and how the govt was backed up and we should be patient. Update: We talked to a supervisor who agreed they made a "clerical error". We agreed together that some of the documentation requested was not relevant now and would not be provided, and we agreed to update proof of employnent one more time and a few other documents. Their response was to ask AGAIN for items that had already been sent (they didn't look), ask for items that we already agreed aren't relevant after 2 yrs of Boundless delay (he doesn't work there any longer), and take objection to the state of Florida's birth certificate format. The only thing boundless is the delays.

Just like many of the reviews here, we have had a terrible experience with Boundless. From the bad customer service to the intentional delays and slowing down the process by asking for pieces of information at a time and then taking 4-5 business days to respond that they need more information, to filing the application on an outdated form, to refiling the application with the wrong name in the petitioner's section and not including all of the documents and information they requested. This company should be reported for it's incompetence and taking people's money and not providing the quality service they claim to provide. We would've been better off doing this on our on. At least we would've already been 2 months into the wait and having the piece of mind that we provided all the documents we have. ***. If you are considering this company, please read through all of the reviews first. I made the mistake of not doing my research first. Please don't make that mistake. Giving this company a dime is like paying someone to slow down and sabbatoge your process. If you feel you need an attorney, this is not the way to go. You don't even get any real time speaking with an attorney if you do decide to upgrade to that package. Our meeting with the attorney lasted about 5 minutes. They only tell you to come prepared with questions. No real legal advice what so ever. I wish I could give this place zero stars because I absolutely would. I would also like to point out the way the "owner" responds to the bad reviews, is how customer service responds as well... Just a bunch of empty promises. I was on the phone with them for 2 1/2 hours yesterday just for them to actually do any real work on correcting THEIR mistake. And they still messed it up again. This company honestly should be investigated. Ruining people's lives and making a profit doing it is disgusting.Boundless Immigration, Inc.

A few months ago I started the green card process with Boundless. They were terrible. They didnt know the answers to any questions asked and they gave us incorrect information about what birth certificate to submit. They said that the sponsor birth certificate was required when actually the beneficiary birth certificate was required. They did not catch any mistakes I made. I actually caught my own mistakes but then could not fix them because they locked my entire questionnaire so that I had no access to the info I submitted. Their first quality check of the questionnaire was a joke since they didnt catch my mistakes and gave me the wrong information or their comments were unclear. They tried to redeem themselves with a second review and the quality of work was just as bad. Dont use them! After all the mistakes I caught from them they would not refund me. When I finally went on the ***** website for the I 130 application, I realized they just copied that website almost exactly and then they are charging people. Do it yourself or if you have immigration issues get an actual lawyer.Boundless Immigration, Inc.

What a great decision to go with Boundless!We are in the middle of our CR 1 - Consular Processing, and Boundless is helping us with their basic service option.People at Boundless are most definitely highly professional, responsible, and trusthworthy. Sometimes, stressful situations with paperwork and documents might occur, due to a nature of this process, but thanks to Support Team and Expert Team at Boundless, all issues are resolved promptly. Communication and responses from the Team members is 10 out of 10. We definitelly made the best decision with choosing Boundless, and would sincerely recommend them! Efficient, great support and customer service. Well worth the time and money to get this done correctly and have valuable feedback about our particular situation. This process would have been much more stressful without them and although it took longer than we expected some of that was our own fault for not having the correct documents ready and thank god they helped us track down the documents we needed so that our application was accurate. Hope this will keep just one person from going through what i had to go through with this company. I paid for Boundless Immigrations "premium service", which promised comprehensive oversight of my immigration case, access to a licensed attorney for questions, and a thorough legal review. What I received instead was a chaotic, disorganized mess that dragged my case out for months and left me worse off than when I ********** case, despite being quite straight forward and not complicated, turned into a nightmare and was shuffled between multiple paralegals for monthsnone of whom seemed to communicate with each other. Each time I had to re-explain the same details, and critical mistakes were repeatedly made in my paperwork. There was no continuity, no accountability, and no genuine legal oversight despite what they advertised.Worse still, when I tried to use the lawyer access I paid for, I was sent generic links to schedule additional appointmentsfor extra fees. These links only led to empty calendars with no availability. It became clear that the promise of legal support was just smoke and mirrors.Despite this clear breach of their own terms and the damage caused to my case, Boundless has outright refused to issue a refund for the fees i paid them. I am now out thousands of dollars, my immigration case has been delayed for 6+ months and I have to spend many thousands more to hire a real immigration attorney who can help fix the mess they created. Bottom line: Boundless is not a law firm. It is a glorified form-filling service with lip-service customer support and zero accountability. You get what you pay ****** in this case, not even that. I highly recommend you avoid Boundless Immigration and invest in a qualified immigration attorney from the start. It will save you time, money, and a massive headache.Boundless Immigration, Inc.

I have unfortunately had a very bad experience with Boundless. The least of which is the website is glitchy and at times hard to navigate.The biggest problem is that I was given incorrect immigration advice by a live chat agent. The advice put my family and our future at risk. When I called customer service, I was not allowed to speak to: a supervisor, someone about my refund request, the people working on my application nor my "application guide". You are not allowed to call for help even if it is urgent.Additionally, when you submit items for your application, there are issues: firstly, they require 4 days to review and respond. This seems reasonable until the reviewers do shoddy work, not listening or reviewing your requests and leading to a seemingly endless round of new requests to "fix" issues. Turning it into a weeks long process even when urgent. I also uploaded documents in one scan, and was told to break out the pages individually. Something any administrator should be able to do now costs me yet another 4 days. Also, often I would be asked for documents I had already provided, costing even more time.When I asked for a refund due to these issues, so I could submit the applications expeditiously on my own, I was told it was our of the 14 day refund ********* applications and money are still in limbo. I am waiting for help. I asked for a supervisor to call me 2 days ago. Today I was told that request never went through. Stay away from boundlessBoundless Immigration, Inc.

This is the slowest moving company ever! The experience was not good and I recommend if you plan on using any service its worth paying for an attorney directly versus getting involved with boundless. After three (3) months of of dealing with them I ended up canceling and filing with the ***** on my own. If you expect to have your spouse in the ** by 12 months do not use this service.
