5 starsBefore deciding to sign up and pay for Boundless, we went on their website and had the chance to chat with a representative and have them answer some questions about our green card application. Their quick and thorough responses gave us confidence to use them to help us prepare our AOS application. We paid the full amount up front instead of paying monthly. They were always very quick to answer questions using the chat feature on their website and gave clear instructions on what needed to be done for our application. After we answered all the questions they had and provided documents, they checked what we provided and gave us suggestions to help make our application package stronger. They also had an independent attorney review the package and we had the chance to ask them questions. At the end, they sent us a binder in the mail that contained all the forms (already filled out and prepared) along with copies of printed documents and clear instructions on where we need to sign, attach passport photos, and attach health documents. This service gave us peace of mind during the green card application process. Could we have filled out the application ourselves? Yes, but it would have taken a lot more time, research, and uncertainty on our part, so we believe that the cost was reasonable.Review fromJohn S

0 stars boundless is not honoring a refund as they stated i paid in full one payment then the person i was going to sponsor backed out we did not even FILL out all the paper work boundless wanted and the only thing they did was exchange a few emails and they won't even refund a third of what i sent absolutely ridiculous DO NOT USE THEM

I regret even starting this process with boundless. I wish I had put in the application with the immigration immediately at the uscis website myself. The only reason i hired them was because i work 2 jpbs and thought they will do a follow up . After send ling the petition. But i was wrong.. these people don't care. All the want is your monthly payment.At first I thought that whatever i filled out as an original petition. They will send it to uscis meanwhile we're working on the rest of the documents to be in line. Then request the rest of the documents while we're waiting for the consular. But they won't send anything but will be asking for they're monthly payments and there's alway a push back on something. Ohhhh this document needs translation . When you correct it. And send everything there's always another push back. Ohhh this one too needs translation. They won't notified you a documents all at once. I wish I had known better and I'm in tears to see these people have not send even an original petition while i gave them every information to start the process. Firstly, were sorry there was confusion over the Boundless process. We dont file directly with USCIS. Instead, we put together the application package that we then send to our customers. That way they can review the application and sign it before they ship it to the government. It sounds like this wasnt made clear to you so well review how to better communicate this in the future.
Secondly, youre right we did send you multiple translation requests. USCIS requires that all documents in a foreign language be translated into English. But we did ask for this requirement one-by-one after you submitted each document at different times. In retrospect, it would have made more sense to send you the translation request right from the start or after we collected all the documents.

I am an ******* citizen who, by mistake, applied for a B1B2. When I wrote to Boundless they refused to give my money back even if I explained I don't need their service in order to receive a ***** I checked the web and didn't find any Refund Policy neither and they simply deny my request! They took my money (they simply said that my refund request was refused form higher management)Boundless Immigration, Inc.

We appreciate your feedback and acknowledge immigration as a whole can be frustrating. We looked into your concerns and wanted to share a response here.
First, Boundless is committed to providing eligible refunds timely. Our public policy on **1/**2 refunds is found online: **************************************************************. Our records indicate that your refund request was made far outside of our eligibility window. Out of fairness to our other customers and the work our teams performed on your request, we couldnt offer a refund.
Second, we built our product to alert Italian citizens (and others in similar situations) that the **** Waiver program could work for them as an alternative to the **1/**2 ***** This information is provided if the customer selects an applicable passport country in the pre-pay online questionnaire. A large message would have communicated this information during the process before payment. We show this functionality is working well for customers. Additionally, a link to the **** program is included in that information in case a customer wants to pursue that path instead.
Lastly, even though the **** Waiver program exists, a **1/**2 **** could still be sought by an ******* citizen. We are here to support many different immigration needs, so we accept customers that *** be eligible for alternative programs. While **** Waiver *** be helpful for you, others in your situation *** need or want a **1/**2 **** instead for various reasons. We provide the **** Waiver information, but we wont reject a **** Waiver country applicant from continuing to pursue a **1/**2 **** since that is a legitimate request.

Do not use boundless, if any hiccup happens where you have to quit or postpone your services with them they will keep all previous payments regardless of if you got any services from them at all. They stole 620 dollars from me, I had to stop my service before even using it because I got pregnant and now I'm moving to ********* instead and they refused a refund as well as refused to let me put that money already spent towards a future purchase with them. 1 starThis is definitely a scam. I feel really stupid falling for this. I don't know how they are allowed to stay in business. They don't do business. They take your money every month. They have your personal information. They don't return Emails that have any substance. They keep stringing you along. Some guy named ************************************** actually called me and my fiancee as if he was going to provide services. Its been 3 months and I am out almost $1000.00!! I am filing a BBB complaint not sure if they will do anything. If they did this company would not still be operating. So much for the BBB. I am calling the ** B. I. since this involves immigration. This company is definitely a scam! I decided to make the monthly payment of $165.33 per month to start my case process. After Boundless received my credit card payment they told me to complete my Online profile application, After completing about 90% they frozen my account & said they can't help me & that they were processing my refund which I still haven't gotten. I only gave a 1 star because I have to in order to write a review!. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM FAKE COMPANY WHO TAKES PEOPLE HARD EARNED MONEY. SHAME ON THEM.Boundless Immigration, Inc.

We spent months working on submitting everything to Boundless. After all the time, the lawyer reviewed and it was all signed and submitted. They filed that we are a household of 5 instead of a household of 2. This is a huge mistake and oversight. The difference in income requirement is vastly different. They claimed it was because my back tax forms from my previous marriage several years ago had my 3 children (who dont live with me). This is such a stress on us and caused so much waiting. They want $300 to fix this and didnt seem to care that they made the mistake in the first place. I will be requesting a refund and telling everyone I know to stay away and get a local lawyer.
