    What I really appreciate is that the plan doesnt just cover mechanical issues,it also includes accidental damage like drops and spills. Youll just have to be patient with the customer service its gonna take a while.

    Phenomenal service! To file the claim took 10 minutes at the very most and the *** was very kind and helpful. I got my ***lacement within 24 hours. Everything was explained to me and provided so that I could return the broken device. Easiest thing I've ever done. I will also add this is not my first time using this service and the simplicity is why i continue to use them. Highly recommend!

    Filed a claim and In less than 24 hours had a replacement sent to me. They included a shipping label for the defective phone return. The process of the claim was explained clearly on their website and overall was a great experience with Servify.

    I have been a loyal customer for 4 years, paying $10 per month on 2 phones. I had charging port issues on my s21 ulta. I filed a claim, recieved my replacement phone and promptly reset and shipped my damaged phone back. Apparently the s21 had a crackes back and it required a $99 deductible, but instead of a courtesy call, text or email, THEY LOCKED MY PHONE, LEAVING ME HELPLESS.VERY rude and unsafe of your company to disable my device without notice. I am 500 miles from home on business and you locking my device like that put me in danger personally and professionally.I will write to ******* about this. I could have been on the phone with my boss, or in danger or distress. Very unprofessional by Servify. Buyer beware

    You answered ZERO of my complaints. Why lock my phone without a courtesy email, text or phone call and MORE IMPORTANTLY, HOW CAN YOU ACCESS AND LOCK MY PHONE REMOTELY? You spy on customers also?
