The website was easy to navigate and claim input was simple and easy. The service was fast and efficient. It was super helpful to have the updates emailed as well. Everything I needed, including envelope and shipping label were provided with clear instructions. Definitely recommend.Servify (US), Inc.

My request was promptly responded to by ******* and I was sent to a provider. HOWEVER, the provider did not fix ANY of my issues. My phone supposedly had a new battery put in it. It still runs down by midafternoon with me barely using it. It takes almost six or seven hours to fully charge back up, which is ridiculous. It gets extremly HOT to the touch when I plug it into a charger in the vehicle. The apps are slow to open. None of my issues have been fixed.Servify (US), Inc.

Phone broke under warranty with ************** Fold 4 inner screen broken at the crease. Sent me a replacement within three days, loaded my new phone, wiped my old phone, Sent the broken phone back to them, and the claim was resolved within a week. My only complaint is I had to front the entire cost of the phone, on my card, but they refunded it quite rapidly, even before the claim was fully closed, which provided some financial relief. Overall, couldn't be happier with their system as a consumer who was still under warranty; the manufacturer's warranty. If the process is the same for claims that would be through them, Servify, as opposed to ******* being directly involved with the manufacturer's warranty, such as in an accidental damage claim, I believe, then this is amazing. My phone is important, and to have to wait for repairs is a lot. Being able to be sent a new phone and let them repair and deal with my old phone as a refurbish needs to be the staple for tech repairs/replacements, in my opinion. This process removed the stress of being without my phone. So, Thank you so much, Servify. I am very pleased with this experience. <3Servify (US), Inc.
