  This company called me and deceptively sold me a package that was not what they described it to be. Then i spent a month, one day a week for a few minutes going over a call with someone that barely speaks english, to set the system up. I explained from the beginning that I did not have time for extra work and i was assured the system runs itself. I was then told to upload all of my Clients into what mimics a CRM, i explained i did not use a CRM and have one but i do things the old school ways that do not intruded on my Clients by sending them spam text or emails and yet that is exactly what they sold me. Then when i explained that this was not the system i was signing up for and i wasnt happy with their deception and that i wanted to cancel the emails started coming in. ****** would CC his teammates and reply how he was trying to work with me and being very agrresive that i was not responding to his emails and then sending me private emails on how to deactivate the account. I asked that the communication cease and i cancled my bank account so that they could no longer take money for something i feel that they lied to get me to sign up for.! I recommend running from this company Oggvo so you do not get wrapped up in the lies they try to sell you.

  I signed up with them in April, employee assigned to me, we would paly phone tag for a 1-2 months and she left the company, i never heard from anyone so i requested to cancel, nothing was ever done on my behalf, nothing tangible as far as marketing and or any kind of delivery of a service or a product. they tried to apologize throw me a free month, i stated no thank you,. now they have sent me to collections as a business debt. calling my family as character references and or shaming me to say i owe a debt. they want the whole 6 month ************* ************* fees paid for nothing, no work at all. Stay away, never sign a contract with them. the collection company they hired is even worse.

  They tried to get me to sign it I won your contract but I would not do it because these kinds of people usually don't produce any results. My sign is six month contract they have not done anything though promise they would do they knew my situation before I went into it. I've done what they told me to do and I'm still on the third page of ****** Search I have not moved and I have not got anything for my money except the bare minimum and now I still owe 3 months of $250 a month I want my money back please do not go through these people they're terrible

  A cunning sales person called me and talk me into buying their service. I didn't quite understand what it was for I never used it and it never worked for me in my business. Yes. Tried calling? This. Company back? Several. Times emailing them texting them to call me regarding my concerns. They never called me. I wanted to cancel my subscription and they never had the courtesy the reputation the call me back. I do not recommend them to any person using them for business.

  Buyer beware. Do not use this if you are a Realtor or Business Owner. They have hurt my online reputation and lied about their ability to grow my business. Short and sweet run do not sign their contract. When they failed to do their part of what they promised, I fired them, and they sent me to collections.

  I originally signed up about a year ago, the sales pre was very pushy, he told me over&over they'd handle all my my plat form&SEO presents. After several calls I explained to the sales rep I would do this but I expressed over&over again I was not **mputer or social media educated. He expressed not to worry about it they would take care of everything. I was **nnect to a ac**unt rep whom talked very fast, did not let me ask questions and was not help in walking me through anything. When I told him he needed to slow down "I didn't understand" now shorter with our **nversation & finished the meeting. I emailed the ** stating I needed help & this person was not a good match. They matched me with a another ac**unt rep whom was slower and more helpful although still not understanding what Oggvo was expecting of me, I expressed my **ncerns in the beginning of not being **mputer savvy several time to both rep. I was promised my SOE rating (which at the time I didn't know what this was) would be on top of the list and my phone would not stop ringing. That never happened. Furthermore my husband was diagnosed with stomach cancer earlier that year then laid off in 6/22. I was trying to deal with my husbands new health **ndition, keeping a roof over our heads, juggling limited funds & learning Oggvos platform I reached out to Oggvo several times telling them I **uldn't keep their svcs & deal w/my personal issues. today I recv'd legal **llection letter that state they will levy my bank accts (nothing ****** *********** my neighbors. If I don't pay this. My husband is now cancer free ( Thank you ) and has gotten a job. We're scheduled to get off the mortgage deferment 5/23. I tried to understand what was being asked of me and follow along the with my ac**unt rep I did try to delay my service with them because I was trying to honor my obligation even if they did not with their original sales prep stating they will take care of everything. Im not sure what to do now !!!

  I signed up with oggvo 5 months back and the employee who signed me up said our SEO team would work to get you on top 3 of the list in your area in 3 months and your name would appear on top in generic search and would not have to pay to ****** ads which would be a lot of savings.Then some people used to call every month saying you have to do these steps and follow everything so that it helps.Finally today I got a call today from someone called ****** who then again explains me about social media and all. At this point I told him very clearly that there is no company who does not do social media, so rather than that can we talk on SEO ranking for us and he was like it takes time. I told him to get the guy on line who signed me up saying that in 3 months your account is going to make on top of the list. He then goes that he doesn't work for us anymore and you have to talk to him. How the h*** is that my problem if he doesn't work for you anymore. You just trying to get it off your shoulder, and then when I said that if you cannot do what was promised, I need my money refunded back to me as I was not there for their crazy software that they promise to be the best but doesn't even open up or can login on the mobile phone.So indirectly, what you guys doing I can get it done from anywhere in the time promised in less than $100 a month.I am waiting for someone from billing to give me a call and ****** just told me about this and says billing will call and was not interested even in convincing.I want my every ***** back as they made my ****** profile worse than it was which I can even prove.I have to do $30 advertisements on ****** everyday to be somewhere at top 3. They pushed my generic ranking more down.Worse. Worse . Worse

  I signed up and paid for a while year because I trusted them. I saw them at a conference and thought I could trust the owner/speaker of that conference. They promised that their system only takes an hour a month or 15 minutes per week. **************** *****. Account reps are lazy. They told me to post through their site to my ****** page. Now I have broken graphics on my website and ****** won't give me a way to fix it. Like others, I wish I had read these reviews first. It's been a bad experience all the way around. ******* down the drain. My rankings have not increased. I have put in the time. They have put in ZERO time! They are selling a micky mouse computer software for thousands and promising they do most of the work. I'm getting less calls now than I did before. www stampmydocument. com. check out the way they have messed up my page!I've asked for a refund and I have started looking for other dissatisfied customers. I'm going to write the federal trade commission next.This company promises to help us ask for reviews in a non invasive way. It's supposed to make leaning reviews easy. Ironic that their reviews are so bad.

  Not a great experience. Sales guy promised great reviews and more exposure on social media with minimum involvement. I trusted the sales person. I explained that I was not tech savvy. He said don't worry we got great help. I paid $300.00 a month since April 2022. They were teaching me how to use their system for the first few months. I did not enjoy being told that I needed to post more often for their system to work. Plus, I was pay $50.00 more a month than other users. I tried to cancel on 09/26/22 they emailed me that I will be deactivated when the contract ends in 12 months. I put a stop on my card. When I explained my dissatisfaction with the service to the customer service **** **************************** he said in his email that I need to bring the account current and reiterated that I was in a signed contract for a year. It was a Docusign form and no one pointed out that it would be a year contract. They have refused to cancel my account and stop billing me. I wish I read these reviews before I signed up with Oggvo. You can do everything they are promised on your own. Please help me get a refund and closed account.

  This company is shady, no one is held accountable. They don't return phone calls answer emails properly. The only emails they send is to collect monies due.In the beginning the process is a Too Good to Be True and once you don't want to be a part of it they start playing ******************** people very aggressive, account managers are inept.Don't do it!!
