    avvo is running A MAJOR SCAM. They take bribes from attorneys for fake reviews. Most of real reviews are not allowed in their site.

    this service is a scam run by idiots or a cheaply made algorithum. avvo is so stupid, they reject legitimate reviews made by actual customers of crappy lawyers. I made a review and they actually waited 2 years to remove it. Hilarious!! too bad it was C/P and scn sht when posted, so it still existed and will be reposted forever. ?? do yourself a favor- DONT TRUST OR USE avvo.scum

    **** is covering attorneys. I was trying to leave a review for ****** ****** 5 times with 1 star, because she stole my money and threatened me. And **** removed all 5 reviews, telling that I didint provide factual details, but I provide everything.

    I sought legal advice on Avvo due to a serious and frightening situation where my life was threatened. Unfortunately, the response I received from an attorney was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of providing legal guidance, the attorney told me to quit playing the damsel in distress and suggested I go to a shooting range to learn how to shoot a gun. This response was not only unhelpful but also inappropriate and insensitive given the gravity of my situation.When I attempted to leave a review on Avvo, it was directed to the attorney himself, who denied it, claiming I was accusing him of criminal behavior. This lack of a proper review system and customer service is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed with Avvos handling of my case and their failure to provide a platform for honest feedback.

    AVVO is not a real advocate for filling complaints against attorney's but, more of an advocacy for attorney's. It's a sham advertisement for attorney's who are willing to poromote themselves.

    This company is a pay to play platform for attorneys. They reject any negative reviews and will not ask for any information that supports your case. Do not trust the reviews listed as they are mostly from fake accounts and are not accurat.

    This company does not offer REAL reviews. Instead, they attack reviewers who give negative reviews of lawyers they have listed. I have tried to leave feedback on 3 different lawyers over the last 8 years. I learned today that even the very first one was denied. I just got taken for a load of money from ************************* of **********, and I left a thorough and honest review as I did on other sites ******* and Yelp accepted the very same review) but they denied me saying I was giving false accusations. Worse, ITS BECAUSE I TRUSTED IN THEIR REVIEWS that I hired some of these scummy lawyers. This site is sketchy. It steals the true voices of consumers trying to warn others about predators they partner with. They have no interest in the truth or your need, so its best to skip them by. I emailed them, I recently resubmitted my reviews, and they still deny them on site, and claim my experience is false.

    Do NOT HIRE A LAWYER FROM HERE. PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE and research the person. I found a really nasty lawyer who has a history of being demeaning on AVVO. I also found misconduct violations for him on the State attorneys office. AVVO is reporting NO VIOLATIONS. This is not only not accurate but highly misleading to people trying to find a Decent lawyer. I asked them to rectify this and provided proof. I think there needs to be a class action against them. Or one lawyer willing to go against them.
