    Goodbill is the REAL DEAL! They reduced my ER bill from $7K after insurance to $0. Yes, $0, 100% savings. The letter was well written and logical. The fee from goodbill was more than fair ($1K fee) and happy to pay it. Big load off my shoulders. They answered all my questions promptly and really did a great job of taking care of the issue. Don't hesitate, get in touch with them if you need help with your medical bill. I will be recommending them to everyone!

    This is an incredible company! They will fight tooth and nail for you, keeping you updated along the way. Getting trapped in the healthcare system is scary, stressful and REALLY difficult to navigate on your own. Letting Goodbill take the wheel on this was the best decision I could have made. They saved me 50%, a little over $2,600. Absolutely wonderful company, I could not be happier right now after getting out from under that ****!

    Proceed with extreme caution if you're considering Goodbill's services. While the concept of negotiating medical bills seems appealing, there are significant blind spots in their process that could lead to serious issues, as it nearly did for **** submitted an ER bill to Goodbill for negotiation in January 2025. They confirmed I had completed all necessary steps on my end and assured me they'd provide an update soon. However, months passed with their only communication being a vague "the hospital received our letter and are currently reviewing" status.During this time, the hospital continued to send me increasingly urgent notices about the overdue bill. This eventually culminated in a letter explicitly stating the name of the collections agency they would send my bill to if payment wasn't received within 30 ******* my specific situation, Goodbill proved to be entirely useless. I absolutely cannot recommend their service.

    I cant thank Goodbill enough for their help with my emergency room bill. They were able to significantly reduce the total amount I owed, which was a huge relief. The entire process was smooth, and their communication was excellent every step of the way. They kept me informed, answered all my questions promptly, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me. Highly recommend their service to anyone facing a stressful medical bill.

    I have used GoodBill twice now and will use them anytime I have to visit a hospital and pay a bill. I believe they saved me 10% last time and 20% this time. Definitely worth it.

    My experience with Goodbill was flawless and exceeded my expectations. I was sent a bill for $3,000 after insurance and Goodbill helped me navigate the financial assistance process with ease and reduced my bill by 100%. As a student with part-time income, I am so grateful for their expertise and patience with me in navigating the daunting process of medical bills, especially during times of financial stress. The customer service is also incredible. My case advisor *** responded to any questions I had usually within a few hours and I received daily or weekly updates from Goodbill regarding the status of my case. Besides having to upload necessary documentation, they do 100% of the work for you which takes all the anxiety away. I highly recommend using this company any time you have a medical bill.
