  I was desperate for help with a bill that was worth $4k and theres no way I could afford that on top of my other bills. With ******** help and the team at Goodbill, they were able to get the bill reduced to $300! I was shocked and just overwhelmed with their help, kindness and results! I never wouldve been able to get my bills reduced to $300 alone. Im extremely thankful for them!

  I tried negotiating myself for months and the hospital never budged, and were really rude to me. I got Goodbills help and they got my bill down in no time. I recommend them to so many of my family and friends already!

  Very impressed with the process was very easy and effective to work with GoodBill and *************************. They reviewed the Hospital bill and information and sent in a request to the hospital and saved me 15% on the bill which I would have had to pay if I had not contacted GoodBill. Would recommend to anyone any discount is better than nothing and there no risk involved and minimal time to gather and provide the information.

  I had a procedure done which I was told was approved. After the procedure it was denied. I then received a huge 30k hospital bill. Goodbill helped me negotiate this bill down to 13k. I don't believe I alone could have negotiated this bill this low. Just having goodbill involved in the negotiation process made all the difference. Thanks to ******* for his professionalism.

  thank you to Goodbill. Hospital practices for ER bills in the ** have some of the most over-inflated prices on the planet. Thanks to the coders and technical experts at Goodbill, we were able to find specifically what components of services provided were not proportionate to comparable providers, and Goodbill on my behalf was able to negotiate with the hospital armed with very solid reasoning on why the bill should be reduced. Overall the discount was not as much as we had hoped, but I am very happy that thanks to Goodbill's efforts we were still able to substantially lower the bill.

  Amazing service. They negotiated my emergency bill by preparing a letter and following up diligently with the hospital. Mt. ***** is notorious for upcoding and overcharging and the emergency bill was a total mess with insurance. Goodbill saved me $800+. Will totally use their service again and absolutely recommend.

  Thank you Goodbill. I have four bills from the hospital. All of them the same visit. The smallest amount was $90. Now it's $22. 76% discount. Let's see the other three. The highest bill is $8000. I hope they can save me more money. I absolutely satisfied. They handle all of my bills, receipts, medical records. Good job Goodbill.

  Goodbill is amazing! I really did not have the time or energy to deal with a hospital bill I got 2 years after an emergency procedure, and they took care of everything flawlessly. Its tragic a service like this has to exist in one of the richest countries in the world but given the situation, but they really do a wonderful job. Effort on my end was super minimal, just uploading a couple of documents here and there. They took care of getting an itemised bill from the hospital for me and negotiated the total on my behalf. It was also a super transparent process. Could not recommend more!!

  I couldn't be more impressed with ******* and the team at Goodbill. They did an amazing job. They did a deep analysis and found that I was way overcharged for many things during my 4 night stay in the hospital with Covid. They saved me over $9,000. I would highly recommend using Goodbill.   Had an ankle MRI billed for $1500 of which I owed ~$1050 after insurance paid their share once my deductible was met.The same hospitals self pay MRI rate was 300 so I found that I was blatantly overcharged. Goodbill helped me get a 20% discount with the hospital. While I still had to pay what I believe was a premium, the 200 dollars they saved for me will go a long way. I also appreciated their honest and quick communication along the way!
