I placed an order on 21 May 2024 for a canvas watercolor print made using my photo. Order #******* and paid $74.99. I have sent multiple inquiries regarding my order as I have not received it yet. I have received 2 responses from the company, last one from ******* ****** Customer Support Team Manager on 19 June 2024. She wrote "It is being processed now!" The most recent inquiry I sent was 26 September 2024 with no response received. For a resolution, I would like contact from the company and to either receive the product I had ordered within one week or a full refund of my money. Thank you.Initial Complaint

Date I ordered the portrait was 4/16/2024. The company was paid ******. To give a painted rendering of the photo I sent. I never received my portrait & have been unable to get any response from the ********** addition I am now being charged ***** by a company called Canva who I suspect was hired by Designed by Memories . Not sure why this is happening but ***** can find no record of a subscription for me ion their data. VInitial Complaint

I ordered two canvas prints by Designed by Memories and just saw the print for approval attempted numerous times to email company customer service and my email was blocked.I cant get my money refunded or the photos done if I cant reach them. I ordered one 18x24 watercolor painting portrait on 07 May 2024 for $119.00.I emailed ********************************** 3 weeks later requesting an update and I received an automated email response that my purchase was in the air and to be ********** patience has run out it 11 September 2024 and no refund or response to emails requesting a refund.All of my emails are undeliverable it's as if they blocked my email account or have gone out of business.I tried calling the business phone number listed on the BBB page but that number belongs to someone else now.I've read all of the horrible one star reviews and I am only looking for a full REFUND.Initial Complaint

An order was place in March 2024. Never received. Email back and forth with them by email and I was told that the order the week after June 17. They stopped communicating with me after this although I kept inquiring about the status of delivery. I had to contact ******* ****** was able to reimburse the amount paid $119 to my bank account. I placed an order for Father's day on June 8th. I used the service before and received my product and good turn around time so I thought I would use them again. I ordered two canvas portraits totally around $115.00. I never received my products now 2 months later. I have emailed on numerous occasions with no response. last email I sent it came back saying they blocked my email. I have not tried calling yet to get a refund so I will do that. I've ordered several times, over the years, from Designed By Memories. However, my most recent order was placed in March of 2024. I've tried emailing multiple times today and get it returned, tried calling the number on this website and was sent to another company. I just want a full refund after waiting over 4 months. This has never happened before. They took my money immediately and now I can't reach anyone for my refund. I purchased a copy of a photograph for a bereavement gift on 5-24-2024. I have gotten one message after I contacted them, and it stated the order was delayed. No response as to when the photograph would be delivered or if additional info was required. I have ordered from this company 2 previous times and had a minor delay with only one that was sent. It cost right at $50, maybe a little more. I can get the exact amount if needed. I would like a refund of the monies paid.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from this company on April 2nd 2024. The product was never delivered. After many email exchanges of excuses why this product had not yet been received, I requested a full refund on June 7th 2024. The company replied they would refund my money on June 13th 2024. Ive yet to receive a refund. I have all messages saved, as well as my credit card bills. I believe this company to be a fraud. I ordered a watercolor portrait in early April for my stepdaughter for a Mothers Day gift. At the beginning of May, I got a email saying due to issues with their fulfillment partner that we wouldnt get our order on time so I suggested a partial refund for our trouble, they refunded me $20 so I would still receive my portrait another month went by and still never received my portrait so I asked for a full refund for the rest of my money to this day which is July *********************************************************** my portrait.
