    Well, my story is very similar to *******. I, too, ordered a paining in April 2024 for Mother's Day 2024. A few weeks before, I even received a preview of the painting - and it looked like it was going to be pretty awesome. Then, I got the email in early May saying there was some problem with their logistics provider - and that deliveries would be delayed. I exchanged a few emails - but no painting. Now, they've stopped returning emails. Naturally, there is no phone number. It is now August 2024 - and still nothing, except a line item entry in my credit card statement for what I paid...Now, I can't even find their website - only FB and Instagram.. The phone number listed here, by the BBB is for some library - and not the Designed by Memories office. I guess I've lost that money - and the heartfelt gift I had planned for my wife will never come.

    Ditto on every one of the negative reviews! Never did receive my "painting" even though I emailed them several times... I guess I have lost my $79. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

    I ordered a gift for my wife back on April 23, 2024, and prepaid for the item (******). It is now June 17, 2024, and I still have not received the painting. I have emailed trying to get help and was lectured in a return email stating the following -- May 10, 2024 Did you receive our email regarding the delays? It's expected to be sent out early next week.Also, it would have been IMPOSSIBLE to get this to you by the date you needed it when you ordered this just 7 days before the date.We tell you on our website that the artwork alone takes up to 7 business days to complete (and even longer before a major holiday like Mother's Day). So even without delays, it wouldn't have even shipped by that date. This is a custom product that takes TIME to make. Please keep that in mind from here on out.*************************** Designed By Memories Customer Support Team Manager I am also in business and would never respond to one of my customers this way. It is now June 17, 2024, and still nothing. I think that their paintings are nice at times, although I doubt that they are real paintings - more of a picture enhancement with some paint splashes around the photo you send into them - but nice at times. But, their customer service needs a lot of work. And, in some cases like mine, it looks like orders get lost and never sent out. I wish them wellI know it can be difficult for any business at times. But at this point, I would not recommend Designed by Memories. I hope I get my wife's May 1st birthday present sometime soon.

    A minus star if available. Disgusting customer service and poor products. Lies about delivery.After more than a month with no product received, yes, it was paid for at the time of order and uploading of photo, a response such as this..."what the f... lady, calm down."Product arrived several weeks later, nothing special at all. Do not waste your time or money on these ignorant, rude, customer service people.

    Before ordering, I never read any reviews because my first experience with them was excellent. I became a return customer and ordered a gift for my daughter's first Mother's Day which went poorly to day the least. And now I am experiencing the exact same horrible, rude, unprofessional customer service from this company as the others who have submitted reviews to BBB and Trust Pilot. *************************** has responded with that same threat of her "legal team" because I have asked for a response instead of being ignored. Even though they did credit me my money back, their promise to deliver wasn't kept. Companies should not guarantee or promise a delivery, especially if items are gifted to others. The reason they gave for the delay was third party issues. Then they promised the item was going out early in the week, which never happened. That is when I asked for refund and received it. BUT, I felt and stated that it would be nice if they sent the item out anyway, free of charge. I couldn't be more saddened that this gift was never received for my daughter's 1st Mother's Day. I had ordered it with plenty of time for them to have gotten it right. In today's online world, customer service needs training especially at Designed my Memories LLC.

    This company is C*** I ordered a watercolor painting in March for my grandsons graduation June 1. AM STILL WAITING. customer no service responded with didnt you get our email about delay? NO, IVE GOTTEN NOTHING OF THE SORT.Please try and get this fraudulent company out of business.Am so mad and disappointed

    I ordered a painting on April 2nd. No product has been received, and Designed by Memories has not responded. Based on the other reviews, this is a scam and should be investigated.

    Very similar experience as some of the latest reviews posted by other customers. *************************** from this company is rude. This business is now a scam and they hardly respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

    This company is a joke. I placed an order, and then after waiting over a month, sent an inquiry requesting a status update. No one responded. It was not until I submitted a dispute with my credit card company that someone from support responded to my "Still no response. Ridiculous" email. This is what they said:You know what's ridiculous? The fact that we clearly sent you an email regarding the delays and gave you an estimate on when it would be sent.What's really ridiculous is you completely ignoring that email then telling us that you're going to dispute the charge. Thanks for that, we are now getting our legal team involved because of this.--*************************** Designed By Memories Customer Support Team Manager I have NO communication from them other than the confirmation of the order, and this email. Do not do business - clearly if this is the "customer support manager" there is no quality level of service that will be delivered and they do not deliver products that are ordered.

    I ordered a painting and when I waited and didnt receive a delivery I wrote and I got no explaination but a refund (?) I foolishly ordered again - this time including a frame - no delivery and when I inquired was told STOP ORDERING - (!!!) that was 2/28 - no refund no reply .. so I wrote again and gave proof of the charges ( over $200) and ask please reply in 4 days or I will have to elevate this - I got a reply are you threatening? We will refer you to legal my reply is GOOD - please do
