    I placed an order for a canvas print for the amount of $55.99, I never received my order, I tried to call, no answer, I wrote them a couple times, no response. I just want my money back and to close this site, so no one else gets scammed.

    Have purchased from Designed by Memories in the past. This order has been a horrible experience. Placed order on April 18th. They took my money and no product. When I reached out was asked if I had been receiving the updates by email. I said no updates. The person who has been responding is *************************** Designed By Memories **************** She has been no help. When I told her I feel like I have been scammed, she got very upset. I would really like to have my product, but if that is not possible, would like my money back.

    Ordered 26/02/2024 Shipped out 04/01/2024 After being advised of delay and me emailing them endlessly with update requests and being given extremely rude responses (including this gem: "Calm down wtf. We tell you we respond in 24 - 48 hours, so WAIT THE FULL TIME BEFORE EMAILING US AGAIN.We already told you the tracking will be sent this week, so chill out." by ***************************)Told them I was returning the product and it was received back by them on 04/08.I have emailed three times waiting for my refund.     Incredibly disappointed in the lack of response from Designed By Memories. Placed order and paid on March 26 for birthday present in late April. On March 28, I okd the preview and was sent an email on March 30 to watch for a shipping email. April 11 - emailed asking about shipping, company responded on April 13 asking when I needed the gift, I responded on April 14 and again on April 17 before receiving email from *************************** on April 18 saying I ordered too late to receive the gift on time. On April 21, I received an email saying they were expecting to receive the tracking number and inquiring if Id like to cancel. On April 22, I replied with the directive to cancel the order with a second request on April 27 which a response from the company that I should receive my refund in 2-3 business days.Beyond disappointed with the business tactics of Designed by Memories. Its one thing to not refund my money but it was another to upset my mother by not fulfilling the order of her dog that crossed the rainbow bridge. You really should be ashamed of yourselves for marketing to people grieving the loss of theirs beloved pets.

    On Jan. 16, 2024, sent a photo that was to be enhanced to look like a painting. Paid $95.99 for the product (they deducted it from my bank account). After numerous emails to them, trying to get delivery information, I have not received the painting. I have asked for a refund and have not received that either. They are not responding to my emails. Im just want my money back.

    I ordered on March 4, 2024 a portrait of my husbands father who recently passed away. I was sent a confirm it would be shipped in 7-14 days. Nothing. I then reached out to ask about the order and got the rudest emails back from "***************************" that said "it will be shipped when its done", nothing regarding the time frame I asked about as it was late. I dont ever want to deal with this company again. I tried to order last Christmas with the same exact issues. Never received my order. I cancelled then and they did return my money. I assumed it was due to the Holidays and decided to try and order again. My huge mistake. Do not deal with this company!

    Ordered and paid for a water color portrait. Never received it. I sent an email asking where my order was and didnt receive a reply. A month later, I received an email stating that the company had a problem receiving my product from another source and to have patience and that I would receive my product soon. I still havent received my order!

    On 12/10/23, I placed 3 orders with Designed By Memories for portraits to be made. Although I had to send several emails to get information on the order status, I finally received the items on January 6th. I was very pleased with 2 of the portraits, the 3rd was something I had made as a memorial for my Daughter, who's Dog was put to rest last year. Unfortunately, the portrait did not come out great, so I reached out to the company on 1/9 to ask if they could fix it. The issue was the ears looked as though they were missing, so I asked if anything could be done. I received a reply to confirm it was just the ears that needed to be fixed, and I responded yes. I also asked if they could change the color of the background, as they used a color that made everything blend in. Waited for a week, and then inquired again about what could be done to fix the problem. No answer for two more weeks, so I sent another email. This has gone on now for almost 2 months. The customer service person who is identified as ********* sent an email stating that they had sent several emails, that I had ignored. This is not true, and I asked for a solution or a refund for the last portrait. I did not want to file a complaint, or waste time writing bad reviews online, was hoping they would be professional. This morning, they threatened me with their legal team.Please help me to get this resolved. I would rather have the portrait fixed, or replaced, but if they will not comply, I want a refund.

    On Friday, Jan. 12, 2024, I placed an order with Designed by Memories (DBM) (reference Supporting Document "SD 1").On Thursday, Jan 25, 2025, I reached out to DBM requesting a status update for my order (reference Supporting Document "SD 2"). I received a reply from DBM that they would get back to me in ***** hours (reference Supporting Document "SD 3").On Saturday, Jan.27, 2024, I received a response from DBM Customer Support Agent ****************** that my package had already been shipped and they were waiting for a tracking number to be provided by their fulfillment partner and would provide it to me via email once they received it (reference Supporting Document "SD 4").On Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2024, I requested an update on the tracking number and when I could expect delivery (reference Supporting Document "SD 5"). I received a reply from DBM Customer Support Agent ****************** that she would "ping" their team to see what was going on with the tracking number (reference Supporting Document "SD 6").On Thursday, Feb. 1, 2024, I reached out to ****************** for an update (reference Supporting Document "SD 7"). No reply.On Friday, Feb. 2, 2024, I reached out to ****************** again (reference Supporting Document "SD 8").On Monday, Feb. 5, 2024, I received a response from DBM Customer Support Team Manager ************************************* stating that they were behind on orders and asking if I wanted to cancel my order (reference Supporting Document "SD 9"). I replied No I didn't want to cancel as it had allegedly already been shipped, but if this was not correct then Yes cancel and issue an immediate refund (reference Supporting Document "SD 10"). No reply.On Thursday, Feb 8, 2024, I requested the order to be canceled and an immediate refund issued (reference Supporting Document "SD 11").     I have bought several photos from designed by memories. I have tried to call them, the phone number that you have does not work. I have also emailed them last week since these were Christmas presents. There are a total of 4 pictures that had the background washed out (white) even though the pictures sent had colors around the subject. There was also some items missing as well as inconsistencies in the picture hangers, large prints could have very small sawtooth hangers and little prints had large ones, others had hangers missing. I have noted this to them starting on December 21, I contacted them again on the 26 then again on December 28, whereby they finally got back to me on the 29th. I sent photos of the pictures and have not heard anything since. I sent another email on January 3rd. I spent $100s on these pictures and the supposedly have a lifetime warranty.

    I have gotten one response from them after I asked them that Id like to email a supervisor. They responded telling me that they answered the issue which was not true. I have not received an answer to this last email for over a week. They give you a lifetime warranty for your pictures. Ive given up which is just what they want. *** contacted other agencies who have said that they are sorry but no great answers.
