Ive been a member of Big Fish games for many many years. Somehow my game club got canceled & I did not do it. Plus I had a lot of game credits built up & theyve taken them all away. This is the 2nd time this has happened to ******** lost over 20 game credit that I had built up. When I went & logged in tonight, it said I was no longer a ********** would have to restart my game club membership but the website wouldnt give me the option to restart my membership. The website does show most of the games that I have bought over the years but my game credits are still gone & Ive spent hundreds of dollars on this website. I just want my membership back plus all of the credits they keep taking away. It would be different if I cancelled my membership but this is twice that its been cancelled without my **************** delete my credits. trying to buy a game using the big fish points and it won't let me place an order at checkout because the place order button is grayed out, i have tried everything including uninstalling the program and game manager app, also i have tried to buy the game without using the points still, i cant place the order, i am a club member but if i cant buy games then i will cancel the membership, and not buy from big fish no more i have been a member for a long time this has never happen beforeBusiness Response

Ive been trying since oct 2 to get fire Kirin to cash me out and they will not respond to me in any way. This is the 2nd defective game from Big Fish: Vacation Paradise: California Collector's Edition I previously submitted a complaint to BBB for another defective game to which I am still awaiting a reply from Big Fish. Both games are from Point 8 Games. BF gives you a "standard' procedure to fix the problem but the problem is their solutions do not fix the problem!!!My complaint for this game is that I cannot advance beyond Round 29.I paid extra for the Collector's Edition Pls fix the **** problems or give me a credit!!!Business Response

I purchased the game Adventure Trip: Amazing World 2 Collector's Edition that is defective. In order to advance into the collector's edition, you need to collect X amounts of the peace symbol and the 8 *****. In one scene: ********, there are no peace symbols and because there are no peace symbols I did not collect enough to advance into the collector's edition which I paid extra. I filed a complaint with Big Fish and they came back with possible solutions which I tried; however, the solutions did not correct the problem and I am still stuck with a defective game. Because I cannot advance into the Collector's Edition, which I paid extra for, I feel I should receive a compensation.Business Response

On August 8th & September 6th Big Fish games took out my regular subscription. I have been a member since 2007 & have purchased over 450 games from this company. They made a recent platform change from dollars to points. Members were told to do nothing when the new platform was installed it would be automatically rolled over. It was finally done on August 1, 2022. When they made the change my membership did not exist nor did they recognize that they had taken money out of my bank account. I tried to contact them immediately. It took until August 12th to get an acknowledgement email from BF. After a couple of weeks, they said they gave me **** points but no membership. It never showed up on my account. After more requests to fix I received an email again saying it was fixed & here was **** points for my trouble. It still did not work. Two more weeks he sent **** points but nothing worked. Two hours later, I received an email saying they were sorry I cancelled my membership!!!!! I still heard back from Big Fish that they were trying to fix the problem. Finally, someone named **** N emailed. He said all I had to do was clear my Browser cache. I emailed back and told him I just got an error message and attached a copy. I did contest the charges as it is now close to 60 days with no resolution and no progress on what should have been something easy to fix. My first choice is to have my membership restored. They must restore my account and my ability to play the games I have paid for. I will contact my bank and stop the hold on Big Fish but only when they restore my membership. They also owe me for an earned game which expired on September 14th because I was not recognized as a member. They have not returned my money as of this date. I have all the endless emails that I sent them and the ones they sent me promising points and restoration with no results. I literally have pages of promises in emails with no results from Big Fish.Customer Answer

Purchase history shows I have been a paid member since 2012. Problem is security key issue. Contacting customer service has not helped. I have credits and games waiting to be installed and some previously installed games now require a security key latest download was stopped with message about contacting help and reporting Error 3. Do not want to cancel and lose credits but my $6.99 + tax monthly payment is providing me nothing. **************** responds with automatic reply about receiving complaint but no follow-up to provide me a security key or help that solves the issue. Before filing with BBB I uninstalled Big Fish games manager and reinstalled. I get the same messages. The activation for a clutter game causes a message that includes: Hardware fingerprint: 5C83-332E Another download/activation reported Error 3. I can download games but not activate them. Further, many of my paid for games require a security key. The Big Fish Games, Inc. telephone number on this website - ************** - is a non-working number! I MUCH prefer solution and use of membership rather than canceling my membership which I will have no choice but to do with reluctance if this issue is not resolved.
