      ************** have been trying to get my games Library back correctly about a year as purchased many years back. On the Real Crimes: **** the Ripper , the file ended with . Tar.gz and could not get that unzip file to load or save it, and now it says File does not have an app associated with if for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create and associate in this Default app setting page. I am listing the problems of what is wrong with my Library. They have refused to fix my library. Only Big Fish can do so, not me. It is their file on their computer and the club members can only access the file, not repair it.1.] Syberia-Part 1 has 2 entries, Also, Syberia has one listed as Plane (Syberia), also 1 entry as (Syberia II). 2.] Syberia-Part 2 has 2 entries, 3.] Syberia-Part 3 has 2 entries, 4] Syberia II has one entry which is the same as item 2. I printed out my Library of ***** listing by Big Fish and found these additional errors.A.]1912: Titanic Mysteries has 2 entries both with the same information.B.]Hidden Expeditions: The Crown of ************************** has 2 entries Both with the same Information.C.]*********: A Queens Destiny has 2 entries, D.]Dark Tales: ************************** **************************** has 2 entries both with the same Order # and dates. I can send you a copy of all this explaining more plainly of what Big Fish has done to my Library if you wish by email with order numbers and dates of purchase.

      I have been playing Big Fish Casino for a very long time and am currently a VIP tier 16, which means I have spent thousands on this app for virtual chips and gold bars, which gold could be gifted as chips. A few days ago, I received a message from BF saying that my gold "privilege" had been revoked with no explanation whatsoever. First and foremost how can it be a privilege if purchased? I have had numerous conversations with a customer service rep to only tell me that I have violated their terms and conditions and I need to reach the conditions. They have also advised me that their decision is irreversible and final. So without any further explanation, I lost 292K gold bars which equals to $584K, however, I am still able to purchase gold but can't use it. Plus I was told any further communication relating to this subject will be automatically closed out. Secondly, I am not able to spin in a private or friends room, because their Trust and Safety Team said so, I asked if they could put me in contact with somebody on this team and they said no. They have to trust what their teams says. Again, with no explanation at all except for we said so. And thirdly, as I mentioned earlier I am a tier 16, and I receive fewer chips for purchase than the other tier 16 players, they state is because of location, ***************. SO basically, we are all treated differently even though on the same tier, even though we are in the same country and state. I am asking that you look into this nonsense and let me know how I "violated the terms". Not just ask me to read the terms and conditions. If you are taking away somebody's ability to do something on the app then you should explain. If you have no evidence, which you don't. Then I would expect to be able to use my gold and play in private/friend rooms.

      BF use to be a great game sight! What the heck happened?? For over a year now I have been trying to resolve technical issues and get the same run around. I have cleaned out my cookies, uninstalled and reinstalled. I can't even purchase any games if I wanted to! But they have no trouble taking my subscription fee! You can't speak with a human. Its all the same run around. I can't tell you how many times I have done what they suggest and still nothing. I tried several times to cancel my subscription and now they won't even let me into my account! I called my CC company and there isn't much they can do, except dispute the charge. Has anyone actually spoken to a real person? This company needs to be investigated. I think this game site should be taken down and there should be a class action law suit. I'm fed up. I'm in my 70's and I enjoy all the games I have purchased. Mostly hidden object, match three and jigsaw puzzles. Of which one or two don't work or the color is off on a few of the jigsaw puzzle games.

      As I see many others have noted about the lack of response from Big Fish Games, I too have reached out to them by their means of contact email, to which they have a hard time responding. I can't login to the site anymore. It redirects me to their homepage with no sign in. I finally got the number which is on the BBB site and it is no good. I called it and got a medic alert business, not Big Fish. So BBB may want to update their contact information. I have purchased many games from BFG and did so without a membership, although several years ago they signed me up for a subscription, but I contacted them and the membership was canceled. I don't buy enough games to warrant a membership. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income and I buy games when there is a good sale. I think BBB needs to do a better review to account for the rating they have given BFG.

      This company sells computer games, takes your money, then you can't activate the game. No customer service, no phone number to call. They are rip-off artists of the worst kind.

      I loved one of their games as a child and was so excited to find out I could still play the game. I subscribed and bought the game almost two years ago, but it became incompatible with my device after a month and I tried to cancel. All of a sudden, I was unable to cancel my subscription, and all of my attempts to contact them went unanswered. Some of my emails prompted a return to sender message. I was completely scammed out of a monthly membership fee for about a year and a half before I was finally able to cancel. Big Fish Games is a bunch of scammers with horrible customer service!

      Big Fish is taking everyone's money as fast as possible and doing zero customer service. They've charged twice, I've had technical issues that have gone unaddressed, and the complaint I bring know is from an unaddressed issue in August. I had spent hundreds one day for chip packages (with a reduced chip amount because of the boos) that included boosts every half hour. I spent so much I had 2 days of boosts. The game went down with no explanation during most of my boost time. I am owed either 50 million chips or fifty dollars. I will not let this go. I have been wronged by this company too many times and they are practicing poor gambling practices for which they've already had to pay millions in lawsuits. I believe they are NOT upholding parts of their settlement agreement. They will do anything to get your money but will not fix any problems or resolve any issues. This game has gone from a business to a scam run by crooks.

      Totally has gone down hill! For months now it takes two weeks to get acknowledgment! Weekly bonus now come every two weeks ! Its like pulling teeth! I purchase through pay pal and Bf double dipped me three time when I tell them I get no acknowledgment! Its so sad ** they used to be so fun! Customer support doesnt care one bit about us players! The more money I spent the worse the play is so Im over it !

      Worst scamming app with horrible customer service! *** had legitimate technical issues and have been completely ignored. They claim to have a policy where Big Fish can put you on a do not answer list without warning. Also the wins are few and far between for it being nothing but fake chips. I used to enjoy this game! Now between the zeros, horrible customer service and technical issues its a game thats deeply frustrating to play. Something needs to be done about them
