      Not a good app at all. Once I reached a certain level of play the hits stopped coming. The more money I spent in chips ( and i am talking thousands of dollars btw thousands and thousands) the less I hit. Really nothing in return for all of the purchases and time spent leveling up. I only give it 1 star It is a pathetic waste of time

      This game does nothing but **** your money. I havent spent over $2,000. I know this is on me as a buyer but then have a way of sucking your chips and offering promotions that have slim chance to none which I feel is false advertising. They also have not offered protection or help for someone seeing help on gambling. This should be illegal.

      My mother has been buying and playing these games for many years. They have helped her mind stay active and sharp. She now lives with my family . I have reached out multiple times to resolve the logon issue. I get the same response everytime and it does not work. I wanted to file a complaint with BBB and find another site but she insist I give them one more chance. Their system seems to be working fine to take her money out every month. We will wait 10 days to see if they will respond to this review and then will will stop payment and file a complaint.

      Since "improving" their site, I've had nothing but issues. Errors, not recognizing my drives, refusing to download games, not activating games, games disappearing from my purchase history, form-answers in email that don't address the issue, and Now, i can't login, can't get to my games. I filed a detailed BBB complaint after getting absolutely no resolution from customer service. Now, i just want to be able to play the games i bought, without using their interface.game manager, but can't get an answer about that. So I'm forced to continue paying my membership, until I know that. I have purchased over a hundred games, and if i have to join a different gaming platform, i don't want to lose that investment, nor the ability to enjoy those games. Big Fish has made it impossible to solve this problem. But they are certainly okay with taking my money and the games i paid for.

      bfg changed their entire platform. without adequate testing before implementation. Nothing but bugs and issues. try to buy a game and it just sits there and tells me the item is being added to the cart but it never happens. this is unacceptable.

      I'm not receiving all my coins I win when I hit any fish big or small and and I'm having to shoot multiple times at the small fish before it hits them and when it does I only get half the coins I won. I keep showing video proof using my screen recorder and screen shots of previous complaints about the some problem. They won't let me talk to management and they won't add what's rightfully mine to my account and they won't reimburse me and I have been showing them proof.

      I was double charged $19.99 for a fun chip play package I had purchased in July 2022. I have purchased this same fun play package many, many times over the 8 years I was a responsible player on the Big Fish platform. When I contacted Big ************* Service Agent to inquire why they charged me twice (or did I accidentally purchase in error) for the same single package I have always purchased previously with monies taken from my very real bank account- I was not given a reason, asked any questions nor afforded any type of DUE PROCESS and Big Fish promptly REMOVED and denied me access to my account without ever receiving an explanation nor a refund. I still do not know WHY they promptly denied me access after only a few hours of my $19.99 fun chips purchase inquiry/question submitted via email to them. I had a host of virtual fun chips left -on my now deleted account- that I had purchased along with a monthly bonus that I was due on August 1, 2022 for said purchases during the month of July 2022. I was denied to be made whole in any way. All over a $19.99 inquiry that I was confused if they had double charged me or if I made an error! They never asked me questions nor allowed Due Process before they denied and removed me from my Big Fish account (avatar). I had many online friends that I became close to in my club over the last 5 years and I was even denied any chance to say goodbye to and will never have a chance to explain to them. The $19.99 is minor compared to being treated like a piece of discarded trash after having fun and interacting with my friends over the years. So Beware - I know $19.99 is not a lot of money but if they can do this to a loyal paying customer such as myself after EIGHT years of playing responsibly every single day on their platform, it makes me wonder how many people they are really scamming besides myself? I have never been treated so badly by a company in my life. Beware.
