      These mother ******* are one of the most predatory s*** a** companies i have ever come across. they charge you a MINIMUM of a dollar a f****** hour (which is a lot of hours when you liVE SOMEWHERE) and they ticket you for over $40 off the back. I have genuinely spent more on parking and tickets than I have on rent and it is the first month of living in the building i do.

      I recently parked at one of Diamond Parkings downtown *************** during a short visit. When I entered, there was no signage or notice indicating any sort of "special event" pricing. I was parked for about an hour.When I exited, the employee at the gate took my card and, without saying a word, charged me $80. I immediately questioned the charge since the posted rates were far lower, and there had been nothing stating special pricing. The attendant simply said there was nothing he could do.I contacted Diamond Parkings customer ********************** and, after nearly 20 emails and multiple phone calls, Ive received no resolution. I even asked what the special event was and when it occurredno one will answer that. Theyve now stopped replying *********** not disputing paying for parking, but $80 for an hour when no special rates were posted feels like a scam. The lack of transparency and refusal to engage with basic questions is incredibly disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone against using Diamond Parking.

      ****** in a lot managed by this company in *****************. This is a medical building. They have no parking spaces alloted for longer than 2 hours. And yet medical offices/procedures and treatments often take (as in my personal experience) longer than this. I recieved a parking ticket for either $90 or $130. Where else was I supposed to park? How am I supposed to move my vehicle with and IV pole attached to me? This is absolutely horrific that this company preys on vulnerable people like this.

      Diamond Parking Services tagged my vehicle while I was shopping at the adjoining mall; furthermore, when I attempted to pay on their website, I discovered that they had issued me an additional ticket with a back date from my previous visit to the mall shortly thereafter, though I never received a paper ticket for it. I wish I had the time to file a lawsuit for their unprofessional behaviour.

      They did not cancel a ticket after I proved that I had business within the building and it is a non paid parking lot for building with many businesses within it. The signage was poor, and the ticket is preditory in nature and not ethical.

      Clearly there's an issue regarding their signage that's around the ********* area. I parked my car and paid for parking as there was a pay for parking sign in front of the lot. I've parked there multiple times and paid for parking at that same sign multiple times as well (including a time where a parking attendant was there and saw me). I parked my car one night for an event, paid for parking, and I was only in there for 2 hours and got a ticket for $61. When I sent an email to dispute it they said it's because it wasn't the right sign to pay? Even though their sign is hidden somewhere? And the only of in front of their lot is that pay for parking sign. They waived the fee for $16 but said this was the only time they'll do it. How about you guys make your signs a lot clearer where to pay for parking instead of having them far away and blocked from people's views. That's misleading and greedy to trick people that way!

      Your signs are misleading. I parked for a few minutes where there was no sign, thinking it was for the area customers and got my mother's urostomy bags at ****. You're making profit by misleading people. You have no mercy.

      Misleading signage leading to a ticket. I paid at a meter that looked to be theirs and was bordering their lot, 15 meters from an identical meter that apparently is theirs. Lodged a complaint with the city and will be diving in further, maybe *** go public. Diamond Parking denied any culpability and refused to remove the ticket - call attendant accused me of threatening her when I said I would need to go lodge a complain with the municipality if they weren't going to rectify the issue. Alarmist and predatory are the two words I would use to represent this business.

      April 8, 2025 Dear Diamond Parking My friend and I were visiting ******** this past week and we were invited to ********* restaurant in *********. We parked across the street in a lot and my friend tried 5-10 times to log onto the parking app in order to pay for our time in the lot. At no time was she allowed to access or download the app. We asked the restaurant and they said that seemed to be a pattern. When we returned there was a $50 parking citation on our windshield. If we had been asked to pay for an hour of parking, like a normal lot, we would have gladly paid, but a $50 citation without any opportunity to engage the app is very objectionable. We strongly object to the way this was orchestrated. Together with the restaurants description, it feels exactly like a scam. If the parking situation is a meter, we put money in, and no problem. But after multiple attempts to access the parking app with no possibility of being able to pay for the parking, no ticket should be issued. I have also forwarded this complaint to Thrifty Rentals, The Better Business Bureau and my lawyer.Thank you for your consideration.
