the worst automated system in the world terrible to navigate and find payment options i believed I was doing the maximum amount then received notice time was going to expire half way thru event soo looked for option to extend time and pay as not option to leave venue and walk to parking lot to add time and there was none. disputed ticket for no time as i did and explained nowhere to extend time of course they rejected my dispute will NEVER use any of there lots again THE WORSTDiamond Parking Services, LLC

If I could rate this company negative 5 stars I would.This company preys on people by sending out fake parking tickets and threatening you with late fees if you don't pay.First of all it's illegal.Second of all, don't even pay it, they can't collect.Third of all, 99% chance their "time of notice" doesn't match the times you parked there.We paid for a parking permit, and they still gave us a ticket.I will be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I received a parking ticket at *******, supposedly because I wasnt a customer, even though I have receipts to prove otherwise. My correspondence with Diamond Parking led nowhere, and now they've forwarded the ticket to some collection agency. I am sorry to hear about your frustrations. Our goal with any customer, is to provide the reason the notice was issued to prevent it from happening again in the future.
This location is private property, and all parking rules have been created by the property owners. Diamond Parking has been hired to enforce these parking rules as posted on the property due to the unauthorized use on the facility. One of the signs posted specifically states:
IMPORTANT NOTICE: This parking lot is reserved exclusively for ******* customers while shopping in the store. Leaving this property without your vehicle will subject it to being ticketed and/or towed a vehicle owners sole risk and expense
You can park for free only while conducting business on the property. Once you leave the lot you are in violation. Specifically in your case, you were witnessed by our patroller leaving the lot which put you in violation, as stated on signage, and the patroller is contracted to immediately issue a notice. You did submit a receipt for a single item 33 min after you were witnessed leaving the lot which is why the notice was not initially accepted. As this is your second notice with Diamond Parking, we will reduce it as a one-time courtesy. To receive this courtesy, you can log on to our website, enter your reference number and plate. This reduced amount will hold on the notice until the end of day May 20, 2025.

Mixed feelings. I received a ticket for parking in a lot for a mall, even though I was shopping at the mall. I appealed the ticket, with proof (mall receipt), and they accepted the appeal and dismissed the ticket - BUT - the dismissal email included a threat that if my license plate was ever ticketed again that it would not be voided or dismissed for any reason! Imagine that, wrongfully ticket someone, who then proves their innocence, but then refuse any form of appeal in the future even if you have proof? ********. Hypothetically their patrollers could target my vehicle and ticket it until they run out of paper and refuse any appeal even if I have proof. That is where my experience feels like a scam. If my review ended at 'I proved my innocence and they promptly dismissed the ticket', this could have been a 5 star review. That is how is should work.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

Unscrupulous and extreme targeting of individuals for the sole purpose of making money from issuing parking tickets. Ticket was issued 8 minutes after the time expired. Targeted and creeepy violation of privacy. This is a large parking lot where there are some spots that are 2 hour parking and a random few are 30 minutes with NO parking in the individual stalls to indicate 30 minute parking. Will not speak to customers on the phone to dispute ********************** tickets but are forced to submit an appeal online which is automatically denied. You are not given any opportunity to plead your case again after the initial denied appeal. People should be given an opportunity to explain. Our goal with any customer, is to provide the reason the notice was issued, find a mutual resolution and to prevent it from happening again in the future.
This location is private property and is to be monitored at the request of the property manage. Diamond Parking is provided a list of specific rules and is under contract to enforce these rules by ticketing and/or towing based on the challenges the location faces due to unauthorized use. The area in which they were ticketed is strictly reserved for 30 min or less parking and the notice was issued for exceeding this allotted time. Our patroller has no way of discerning how long the vehicle would remain parked past the expired time. We have however, reviewed this case/appeal and voided this notice as a one-time courtesy.

Zero stars Rude. Predatory. Sitting in my car preparing to leave and pay for parking I had the app open. As there were no signs of pricing. An unidentified person came up to my car taking photos. No uniform, never announced who he was etc. all he yelled at us was you want ticket ticketdidnt even speak English. Tried to explain that Im In process of leaving my car and I havent parked officially. And he put a ticket on my car and charged it double. I disputed to customer ********************** and all they did was say I need to pay ***** which is absolutely ridiculous as I ended up not even parking there as the agent was rude!! I told customer ********************** they can just send it to collections and the customer ********************** response was unprofessional, unproductive and ridiculous.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

They posted signage in their parking lot that the first two hours of parking are free only to give my wife a $75 ticket for not registering the car on a phone app. At no point was apparent that you had to register on a phone app to park for free. Parking SCAM -- ********************************************************* False and deceptive practices. QR code on parking sign directed me to a website that was a scam. In addition to my parking fee payment, the website was advertising a media subscription for $99.00 that website claimed "would not be charged to my credit card." I did not trust submitting my credit card information knowing that I might very well be charged for this *************** good faith, I stood at parking lot for 10+ minutes trying to make my payment. Why does your company willingly confuse, deceive, and extort money from people who want to do the right thing? To this end, I have filed a complaint with the City of Boise and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for the above-mentioned practices. Interestingly, Diamond Parking is not accredited with the BBB. Your corporate website touts the following mission statement: Looking ahead, we celebrate our past and welcome a new future of innovation and excellence. We understand that the shift to geo-targeting, mobile marketing and online reputation management becomes a strategic imperative to increase revenues, build market share and maintain brand loyalty.I give your reputation an F for greed and lack of innovation. If you wanted to improve your reputation, to the likes of **********, you would provide accuracy and transparency for online payment for your all of your parking locations.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

This company uses misleading signage practices. I believe they do this to make money through issuing predatory tickets. These misleading tactics should not be allowed.
