These people are ********************* They give official looking tickets with no legal authority, and threaten to send you to collections if you dont pay. Thus, knowing its easier to pay a bogus $50 ticket then risk credit damage, is their scam. They have a special place in h*** for people like this.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

I did call them, and was disrespected, talked down to, threatened, and hung up on. Its unconscionable that this business works with impunity to threaten law abiding citizens, and veterans like me with frivolous threats.Review fromE. E.

On August 9, 2022 I parked at a lot in ******* owned by Diamond parking (big mistake). There was a sign indicating several options to prepay for parking, among them a ** code. I chose to use the ** code (second big mistake), put in my license plate and state (which was optional, according to the form), clicked the credit card button to pay and got a screen with a check **** (I have a screen shot) indicating that it was paid and I was on my way. About an hour and a half later, I went back to my car and saw that there was a ticket on it from Diamond parking. Apparently the state field was faulty and after approving the payment, it rejected it. When I called to complain about the ticket, Diamond parking reduced the fine by half which is still 3 times the original parking fee. While that amount of money isnt huge, their practice of penalizing a customer for their faulty payment system seems egregious and aggressive. I also made a call and sent an email to the payment system (Parkwhiz) to let them know that their system is faulty. Since they never received payment, they said there was nothing they could do.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

Thank you ***** for your response. The final appeal decision was to collect the amount that would have been paid when you parked. I'm sorry to hear you had issues with the ParkWhiz application. There are multiple payment options on our locations if you with to park in the future.E. E.

If that was the goal, then you failed. I would have paid $10 which was what was on the screenshot I sent you, not $32.Review fromMano M

Parking meter was out of order but Diamond Parking issued ticket for $126.50. We had a video to prove that the machine was not working and yet the company refused to waive the charges. Company representatives answering calls are so rude and unapproachable.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

This company is nothing but fraud. I parked at **** farmers market and then scanned the ** code to pay. But their application/website returned me a "sorry we are having technical difficulties. Please try later"...so I tried 3 more times for next 15 - 20 mins and every time I got the error. To cover my base, I took screenshot of the error and I still have the screenshot. Then I called the 800 number listed for customer ********************** and guess what no one picked up. 30 minutes later I came back and see a $50 plus parking ticket on my dash. WTH !! This seem intentional so they can make money on these tickets. I am filing a complaint with HI state department of commerce https://cca.******.gov/consumer-complaints/ . This is nothing but day light robbery. If they still refuse to cancel my ticket I will be filing a police report for harrassment.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

Dear *******************,We appreciate you contacting us regarding your parking experience, and we apologize that there were issues while attempting to make a payment on your mobile device. While ****** has experienced communication issues within this past several weeks as fiber optics were down and left everyone with no communication service on their mobile devices. We have a machine on property near the *** stalls that could have assisted with your transaction on that day you parked. We also have a 24 Hour customer ********************** line that could have assisted you with a solution. You can still attempt to make your payment as its still rightly owed by using the mobile app that was not working at the time and we will void the parking notice. We will need the parking notice reference number to further assist. *********************************** Crusat, (R)S, ****, CPP Diamond Parking Service-******M N.

Jasmine ****** for quick reply. Appreciate it. The parking ticket reference number is #**SSN** dated 7/24/22 for license plate ******. I had parked at **** PM. I remember this as wife was in a hurry to buy pineapples before the Kona Farmers market closes at 4 PM. She rushed to the stall while I spend 10 - 12 minutes trying to pay for parking on your app. I do have screenshots of the errors from your end in case you need. I then joined her for a few minutes and we came back around **** PM and found the parking ticket on windshield. So looks like we were ticketed within that 18 minute window which seems really suspicious and frustrating. Like I mentioned I am still ready to pay for parking for the 18 minutes we parked there but please do void the parking ticket. ****** and appreciate your co-operation.Review fromC. R.

Twice in two different locations in *******, Diamond Parking lot didnt see my parking app payment and issued me a ticket (on 3/17/22 and on 3/25/22). Reference numbers are available on request.I paid for parking by phone ($15.08 and $18.77), I got a parking violation (both $55.50 + $6.50 handling fee + $30.00 for additional late charges for a total of $92.00 a piece), I disputed the violation with photo evidence and Diamond rejected my evidence. ?????? This amounts to a total of $217.85 if youre counting at home. There appears to be no legal remedy. I contacted a lawyer who shared that its difficult to take Diamond Parking to court and win. He suggests that the best strategy is a class action lawsuit. Im furious at the level of impunity Diamond Parking is able to enjoy at the expense of ordinary citizens who are collectively being cheated out of their hard earned money. How long has this been going on? How long will it continue?! Asking for a friend.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

******,The license plate that you used on the payment application does not match the plate that was issued the notice. When your receipt shows a purchase for a different license plate we need you to provide additional information which was requested and not received.C. R.

Parked in the ******* parking lot- paid for the service- returned to find that we had a ***** ticket on the car. EVERY car in the lot had a ticket on it. I emailed the company and sent them a screen shot of my receipt. Now they want a copy of my bank statement showing I paid. I was not the driver so I do not have access to someone else's bank account- WHY cant Diamond parking look in their records to prove payment. Their records should be able to match up payment. We paid--It has taken Diamond over 30 days to respond to my request of proof of payment.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

Thank you for reaching out. The reason we would request a redacted bank statement is because the payment session your provided shows a different license plate than the notice. With the information you provided you have not show proof of payment for the vehicle that received the notice. Please submit your information to **************************************** so that we can assist you further or provide a copy of the receipt that shows the same plate as the one receiving the notice.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

We and others friends attended a birthday party and had to park in their lot for the event. The kiosk at the lot was broken, they PayByPhone app was a way we could pay. We used the app, put 6 hrs, and it kept saying that it expired after 3 hrs despite putting 6 hrs into the app. The pricing listed by PayByPhone however matched the signage. We and our friends got a parking ticket, we (and our friends) disputed saying that there was something wrong with the app and sent pictures of everything. Our friends tickets were voided and ours wasnt. I dont feel they are reviewing my facts for whatever reason despite multiple emails and calls. They are unrelenting in pursuing this charge and threatened to send to collections. As a law abiding citizen that cares about rules and fairness and respects paying for all parking and overpaying for parking, I feel that they are a fraudulent business.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

1 starBuggy app caused me to get a parking ticket. Customer ********************** didn't respond for a month. I used their website to pay for my $2 parking. I enter all of my information and am even shown a confirmation screen that says my payment is successful. When I get back to my car 30 minutes later, I notice that there's a parking ticket on my window. I go back to the mobile pay screen and immediately the site refreshes and says that it cannot finish the transaction. I would have never known that the payment didn't go through unless I checked my bank statement (which still could take time to show up) or check my email (at this point, I'm not even certain if I would have gotten an email from the website) in the 30 minutes that I was parked. First frustration is that I was told that the transaction was successful in the first place. Second frustration comes with trying to contact customer support to appeal the ticket. I explain the situation and provide all of the necessary information that was requested. I did not receive a response for 30 days. Keep in mind that the ticket has a 10-day late fee attached to it. I think this lack of response is highly unfair and unprofessional. I feel incredibly scummy about how this company operates and hope they improve their process somehow, but I don't have high hopes.
