They're frauds. They somehow got my name& address, then sent me a threatening letter demanding that I pay an overdue parking ticket of 126.50.They didn't have my licence plate number, but made up a phony number which I noticed. I don't even live in the same city that the alleged infraction took place. When parking tickets are given out, they id the owner and address by vehicle plate number. Since they didn't have mine.It proves that, my vehicle was not involved and that they get your info a different way. Their licence should be revoked and this criminality should be checked

Absolutely horrendous company. Horrible customer **********************. On Dec *********, my fiance and I parked at a spot in downtown **************, we paid for the spot and went about our evening. Came back within our timeframe, and conveniently we had a ticket from Diamond Parking Services. We immediately appealed the decision by supplying them with screenshots from the park whiz showing that the spot was purchased, that the spot was active at the time issuance of their 'ticket' and we sent the email and after Christmas passed we finally got a response. Their response was as follows: "A redacted bank statement or a screenshot of the transaction showing that payment has posted; it must list processed not processing. If a payment is pending we cannot accept it and will ask that you send the an additional screenshot once the payment has posted. You can black out any other sensitive and vital account information, as long as what shows is Diamond Parking." they did not acknowledge the screenshots of the park whiz app, but it doesn't constitute a void since park whiz did not list the license plate". So they pretty much said "Screenshot your bank statement and show us with some redactions." On Dec 29th, my fiance called Diamond and spoke with person with the company who acknowledged the receipt of the screenshots, but as the park whiz is a system they use they cannot accept it as proof. Yes you read that right, the proof that shows the active nature of the spot you rented is NOT PROOF, after a couple minutes of trying to get through to him, he said along the lines of "if you don't show financial statement, I cannot void this ticket and hung up on him. I agree with everyone else, BBB needs to investigate this company for shading business dealings and I caution everyone where you see "Diamond Parking Services" run don't walk away from their service. Currently in their appeal stages at the moment, and will update you.

Parked and paid using the park whiz code in their lot. Got a receipt emailed to me showing I paid for 2 hours, came back to my car an hour later and found a $100 plus ticket on my window. These lots are a bs scam now I have to take the time to argue and fight this BS. Will never use a diamond lot again.

I parked in the empty Rite Aid lot (E790 *****, ******) on Oct. 27th, went across the street to the bike shop - gone for 10 minutes. When I came back there was a ticket on my windshield. There are signs on one row that say permit parking, but not in the area I was parked. Obviously, there was a person just sitting there watching me and my car - which is very creepy. Courtesy would have been to tell me I couldn't park there, instead of stalking me. There is no parking in downtown Salem. I was not taking up customer **********************. And I was gone for less than 10 minutes. However, the stalking park is what really bothers me. Trust me, I will never park there, or use your services, when you employ a creep people who stalk women!

We regret to hear that the customer, Review ID ****** was dissatisfied with the experience at one of Diamond Parking Services, LLCs (Diamond) parking facilities E790 Rite Aid ***** ******. We hope that this letter addresses any questions they have and adequately responds to their concerns. While the parking notice number and the vehicle license plate number of the vehicle involved was not included in the complaint, Diamond would need this provided to further investigate the matter.Diamond is the oldest parking company worldwide. Headquartered in *******, **********, Josef Diamond established Diamond in ****. Today, Diamond manages and operates parking facilities throughout the Western United States and Western Canada at more than ***** diverse locations. From our first employee in **** to the attendant who cheerfully greets our parking customer every morning, our people know the value of outstanding customer **********************. We understand that our interactions reflect directly upon the experience and impression left with our tenants, guests and parking visitors.Throughout our more than 90 years of continuous operation, we have measured the quality of our service by listening to our customers, landlords and property managers. As a result our management philosophy has remained unchanged put good people in the right positions and they will get the job done right. To our parking public, we measure the quality of our service by listening to their needs. We empower all our employees to be Diamond ambassadors and demonstrate personal accountability to all our parking clients. Diamond takes pride in the fact that we treat every customer complaint seriously. Our mission is to resolve any customer issues in a way that enhances their experience with Diamond. To that end, our parking notices provide customers with Diamonds contact information for the purpose of contacting Diamond with any questions, concerns or disputes. As a matter of policy and practice, Diamond evaluates the validity of every parking notice upon request by a parking lot patron and has the option to uphold the parking notice, void the parking notice, or reduce fees due. It appears, however, that customer, Review ID ****** elected to file a review with the Better Business Bureau after receiving the parking notice. Therefore, Diamond did not have the opportunity to address the concerns directly to resolve the concern first. The complaint states: I parked in the empty Rite Aid lot (E790 *****, ******) on Oct. Trust me, I will never park there, or use your services, when you employ a creep people who stalk women! The terms and conditions of this parking lot were violated by parking in the facility and going to a business not affiliated with this parking facility. In this case the bike shop across the street. The lot is specifically signed at all entrances, customer ********************** for Rite Aid and the ****************** signage supporting the lot rules. This parking lot is operated by Diamond. This parking lot provides free 2-hour parking for patrons of the Rite Aid store. Diamond Parking also sells monthly permits on Rite Aid behalf to the public. There is simply no evidence that Diamond committed an unfair business practice in issuing the notice. However, as noted above, Diamond is committed to resolving any customer issues in a way that enhances their experience with Diamond. We will now consider this matter closed.Sincerely,*********************** Operation Manager Diamond Parking Services ******, ******************* OR

My wife and I went to ******** exhibition on 10/15 with some out of town relatives at 10am. When we arrived, there was a parking attendant who told us which spot to park and then informed us that it is free. We wanted to pay but he reiterated that it was free for the event. We were a bit uncomfortable as there was a Mariner's game and every other lot was charging special event price. When we came out of the exhibit around noon, we were horrified to see tickets issued to our cars. We confronted the lady issuing tickets (most of the cars were issued tickets as everyone received the same guidance from the attendant) and she said there is now an event parking. We noticed that a new event parking sign was placed at the entrance to the lot, which wasn't there before. The previous parking attendant tried to explain to the lady but she would not listen to our explanation and asked us to dispute our tickets. This is really outrageous and an outright daylight robbery. My wife contacted Diamond Service through their online site and they responded that this decision is final. I am not surprised by the reviews I'm seeing on this site - BBB should look into their business practice and launch an investigation into all of these complaints.

Last night I parked at the old *********** on *********************** in *********, now run by Diamond Parking. 1) As one can see from the photo, I paid $27.09 for a parking ticket at the kiosk at 6:55 pm October 1st and my parking was valid until 6:55 am October 2nd. I received a parking ticket at 6:54 pm (one minute earlier). During the time it took for me to walk from my vehicle to the ticket kiosk, I received a ticket (are the patrollers waiting in the wings for customers to leave their vehicle so they can issue a ticket? This is unethical). 2) As well, as one can see the license plate number punched in by the patroller is incorrect; my plate begins with CB0 and the ticket says CB8. 3) As other reviewers state, this parkade is unkempt, smells like urine and feels unsafe as there are down-and-out folks hanging out in the parkade. I will avoid Diamond Parking in the future.

Diamond Parking has a practice of citing cars who have PAID for parking at their lots. Their employees do this regularly. I was sitting in my car, on the *** and the employee went and took a picture of my license plate and started the process of writing me a ticket. He was very surprised when I opened my door and asked him what he was doing. This is not the first time. I have received two other tickets in downtown ******** to which I had already paid for four hours of parking. When I called Diamond I was told to dispute the ticket online. However again today I received yet another ticket in ******** after paying to park. They obviously don't even check to see if people have already paid. Get your act together Diamond parking or get out of the parking business and stop harassing legitimate shoppers. I will be asking the city to remove your license.

*****DO NOT PAY ONE OF THEIR FRAUDULENT TICKETS!!!!*****My girlfriend was cited one of these official-looking tickets and was stressing out because of how expensive it was and we are just college students we aren't made of money! I was absolutely infuriated so I called the number on the back of the ticket and asked if these scammer a**holes actually have any legal authority to take anyone to collections and the moron on the phone was extremely disrespectful. "family-owned" my a** After a screaming match with the extremely unprofessional rep on the phone I finally got him to admit *****THEY CAN NOT LEGALLY TAKE YOU TO COLLECTIONS**** SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY AND MONEY THEY ARE JUST SCAMMERS USING OFFICIAL LOOKING TICKETS TO GET HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS OUT OF LAW ABIDING CITIZENS THIS IS A JOKE I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS REAL. Especially in a college town like *********, it's disgusting how many kids they're probably taking advantage of. DISGUSTING THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN HOW IS THE ACTUAL POLICE NOT INVOLVED YET??

I sent an email to *************************** at the Anchorage Parking Service about a $46.50 parking ticket we received. We were not familiar with their parking system and didn't know how to do it correctly, since we are from out of state. He immediatley sent an email back, lowering the ticket to $10.00. That was pretty good service, even thought their rating is very low.
