    This company called me today to collect a bill I belive I do not owe and they are claiming false information and giving out bad phone numbers to call to address the issue and are doing so in an angry threatening *****. How can anything be resolved if I can't understand them because they are rasing their voice at me and giving bad information on how to resolve it

    Thank you for giving PMT Solutions, LLC. the opportunity to respond to **************** complaint.   Our records indicate that we received an account from our client ************ Light for collections for ************ on 07/07/2021.  We have made several attempts to contact ************ regarding the outstanding balance owed.  Our records indicate with spoke with ************ on 02/21/2022 and claimed the account was paid in full.  We reached out to our client to confirmed they received payment and to validate **************** statement that the account was paid in full.   ************ Light had no record of payment.  We continued to reach out to ************ however was unable to reach him until 05/04/2023.  We have taken the opportunity to review the call with the representative as we value the feedback we receive from all consumers as an opportunity to enhance the quality of the customers experience with our office. It is our goal to treat every customer with dignity and respect.  We have attached proof of the outstanding debt owed to ************ Light should he like to resolve the account.  He can contact our Operation's Manager ********************************* at *********************

    These are just few of my Consumer Protection Rights that have been violated so far.PMT solutions HAS NO AUTHORITY TO HAVE ANY INFLUENCE ON *************** PRIVILEGES. PERIOD.They follow the same rules as every other collection agency in ****************. They recieve no special privileges whatsoever.1) I was told a few weeks ago that in order to make a payment, my only option was to drive to the ******* office and pay with cash. That was the only tender they were willing to accept.ILLEGAL 2) I have the recording of one of your employees telling me that I was not sent out a Dishoner payment notice in November, that you were legally required to provide,with proof of service by mail, because, and this is verbatim what was said when I asked about it, " we didn't want to spend money on that because it is expensive and we like to save money here and we figured you wouldn't pay anyway so we didn't send you anything "....ILLEGAL 3) 9 out of 10 calls I have received have not identified themselves as PMT Solutions, they have claimed they are, "The **** or " With the ******************* ". They ARE JUST A COLLECTION AGENCY.ILLEGAL

    Thank you for allowing PMT to respond to Ms. ****** complaint. Our records indicate that we received two accounts in our office for Collection for ************** from our client ********************* of ********* for Dishonored Payments ACH.    We have enclosed the proof of the debts.  Our records also indicate that the first account DOL #L0154432429/ PMT account ******* was received in our office on 01/28/2022.   Our records indicate ************** paid the account with a credit card on 09-29-22.  However, in November 2022 we were notified that ************** had chargeback the transaction, proof attached of the chargeback.  It is our goal to assist all customers in resolving their outstanding accounts.  ************** mentioned that we required her to come to our office and pay cash.  This is not accurate.  The customer has proved with both the client and with our office that her transactions will be returned.  We have asked the customer to pay with guaranteed funds which can simply be resolved with a Cashier's Check or Money Order by mail.  We accept all forms of payments; however, due to the historical nature of the debts we are asking customer to resolve with guaranteed funds at this time.

    We look forward to working with ************** should she decide to resolve her outstanding accounts in our office.  As it is our goal to also treat every customer with dignity and respect.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have attached the email sent to PMT, prior to me contacting the BBB. In this email you will also find the penal codes from the Revised Code Of Washington that I provided PMT with in order to bring the laws they have broken to their attention,  including among several others, the laws regarding what type of tender they are required to accept. 

    This company is not on compliance with any **************** debt collection practices.

    My friend ***************** co-signed my old lease on my car. For some reason I never once received an EZ Pass notificiation of unpaid tolls nor did anyone ever reach out to me directly. I have been driving the car WITH AN ACTIVE EZ-PASS and suddenly he's receiving collection agency notes from PMT solutions. Not only that, but because the notes were going directly to him, I never received notice that ez-pass was attempting to bill even though I have an active ez-pass. WORSE, I chose to buy out my lease A WEEK BEFORE MY WEDDING in order to attempt to direct any further communication to myself so that I could dispute or pay any further letters from ez-pass. I have no problem paying or disputing bills that I rightfully owe. I have an EZ Pass and it works. I have paid bills in the past when EZ Pass for some reason did not pick up on my transponder when driving through the ez-pass. But I do not feel that PMT Solutions is being fair by billing all of these additional fees. How was I supposed to know that they were sending notices to me if they weren't even sending them to my correct address? No email correspondence?

    Thank you for allowing PMT Solutions the opportunity to respond to ****************** complaint.  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide specific information and or change the liability on the account placed in our office as he is not on the account.  To do so would be in violation of Fair Debt Credit Practice Act (FDCPA) third party disclosure.  Please know that the fees associated with **** ************** are not access by PMT.  These fees are access by the **** **************.  I have attached a sample letter of **** ************** sends to the customer regarding Tolls and Fees as well as the disclaimer for ****************** review.   Additionally, ************** can have the account holder contact our office and give permission to speak with him regarding the account.

    This company has been calling me over and over asking for someone I have never heard of. There are so many calls it borders on harassment. I have tried calling PMT back to tell them they have the wrong number but they never answer the phone. I just hear a robo-message and get put on hold. I would like my number removed from their list immediately.

    Pmt- solutions was rude and didn't handle my account professionally. I made an online purchase and received 2 online confirmations for my payment (I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND SHOULDN'T HAVE A COLLECTION FOR IT). After talking to the merchant, they apologized and explained, due to the pandemic they were short-staffed and had MANY issues with doing online bank transfers and they were also having system problems in May 2021 (when I made my payment). They told me they didn't process my order, so it was canceled and my account was suspended. They suggested I dispute pmt-solutions since it was their fault. I called my banker and they confirmed, there is no record of this merchant attempting to transfer any fund with my name or account in all of 2021. Emailed pmt- solutions a dispute that merchant failed to process order- GOT NO RESPONSE. I called ******* at PMT and he confirmed he got my dispute and would work on fixing it asap. For 9 months ******* didn't reply to any of my emails or voicemail's. Yesterday June 23, 2022, I called ******* and he finally answered his phone. He was being rude asking me questions then talking over me not allowing me to finish answering them, he told me if agreed to pay online, then I need to agree to pay. I replied I made an honorable payment online in exchange for AN ORDER I NEVER RECEIVED and this shouldn't have went to collections because the merchant told me they didn't process my order... He tried to get me to agree that I should pay even if I didn't get my order, he admitted it was canceled May 2021 and is still on hold, and my account will remain on hold unless I pay. I didn't agree with him at all. I did make a honorable payment online and merchant failed to process it per merchant and bank, and still haven't receiving my order and its been 13 months now. He replied so your not going to pay? I replied for what, I didn't receive anything it was canceled. I have talked to many people about this, and we all agree- it is a scam.

    I made an online payment to DOL on May 11, 2021 doing everything correct on my end- in exchange for my vehicles registration. I was emailed an Order Summary then an Order Receipt Conf # 0-042-828-725... Waiting for my registration (THAT I NEVER DID GET), I received a letter in the mail from PMT-Solutions for dishonered payment... Merchant selected "********************," apologized and stated they failed to process my order and canceled my registration, due to the pandemic they were short-staffed in May and MANY of their online bank transfers didn't get processed, They recommended disputing it with PMT, so I could get my registration from them with no penalties... Per WA DOL, my bank refused transfer and sent it back, WA DOL also stated they sent out a letter. (I NEVER received that letter- I asked DOL to email me a copy- it was illegible). Per my banker, no attempt of any transfer was sent with my name or my account to them from this merchant or DOL- they would've notified me if there was a mistake (there is nothing in my bank records that shows DOL attempted any transfer in 2021)...I emailed PMT-Solutions a dispute for L0136817922/ **** ID #********* stating, merchant failed to process online transfers, and I called ******* a few days later, he stated he got my dispute and would work on it asap... I have be sending emails regarding this dispute and leaving voicemail's to *******, its been 9 months with no response... Today I called ******* at PMT, he rudly explained, that I agreed to pay DOL online and even though my order was canceled and I was never sent my registration. I would still have to pay it to receive future registrations. He asked does that make sense. I replied, NO, I agreed to pay in exchange for my registration/tabs which I never received because the merchant failed to process my bank order and canceled my order. It makes NO SENSE to pay for something I never got, for the last 13 months I've been walking my unhealthy kid to his doctor.
