      A rep from the ******* office just came to my house. I said no thank you. He disregarded that and got aggressive. When I told him this was the third sales pitch Ive heard from his company this summer, he called me a liar and stormed off. At least the two previous representatives were polite. I recorded this interaction, but upon review I found he didnt give his name. Either way, I will never do business with such an unprofessional company. In fact, Im going to tell anyone that will listen about how negative this experience was.

      I asked the young man who was selling the service if I could terminate the contract at any time. He said yes, as long as I had paid for all services rendered.I asked the young man if there were any early termination fees. He said no. I could cancel at any time for any reason, as long as I was paid up for all services rendered.I had two sprays done on my lawn. I paid for both services, in full and on time. Immediately after payment of the second application I sent an email to the company telling them I wanted to cancel all further service. A week later I received a phone call telling me that I owed an early termination fee of $176.00. I told the lady on the phone that I was informed of no early termination fee, furthermore I had asked if there was a fee and was told no. She said that it was in the contract.So I reread the contract. I did see a penalty fee for non-payment, which did not apply to me. No where in any documentation did it mention an early termination fee. I called back and said as much. I was offered a $50.00 deduction and half service (3 more services in place of 6). I politely said no thank you, cancel my service. She put me on hold and after a while came back on the line and told me that she would send my account out for collection. I requested any and all documentation stating a $176.00 early termination fee. Two days later, in my email, I received copies of the contract that I already had. Again, nowhere in the documents was an early termination fee mentioned. I have since learned of a class action suit against this company in the state of ******** for collection fees. The case was settled out of court, with prejudice. This tells me that they are scamming for payment and confirms my belief that money is all they are after as the treatment applied to my lawn did not even get rid of the ant problem that their salesman pointed out.

      We canceled their service on 17.May.2022 for cause. Specifically to rid the house of ants. They failed to do so. We paid for that visit. They are trying to **** us for a July cancellation of an appointment which was never agreed to by us.

      I have enjoyed my pest control. The serviceman that came to my house (Peyton) was very professional. I had a lot of questions and he explained everything in detail to me. So far everything has been exactly as described. I have enjoyed not having pests all over.

      The sales tactics of this company are horrible. Despite having a no soliciting sign posted , I kindly let their first pitch go before explaining no thank you. Weeks go by and they show up again trying to sell their services and I pointed to the no soliciting sign and the sales person explained they are not soliciting. I asked what are you here for then, and they explained they were at our neighbors and went right into another sales pitch.
