  This company is terrible and caused me extreme damage.They did not fill out the paperwork correctly and when I called to adjust it they put me into severe emotional distress instead of just saying we will update to clarify what occured on the service. Instead I was put into sever emotional distress. ***** is the key person who caused all the damage and should not be allowed to hurt people the way she highly highly injured me, I would have paid 1k gladly to avoid the distress alone she caused and another $500 to actually of had it served correctly. They left me in a really really bad position which could have been solved with a little consideration of saying we will fill in the paper correctly we apologize instead she saw it was distressing me and antagonisticlh and intentionally further caused my distress

  Terrible communication, took my money and ran without serving notice. I had let them know that the people moved before paying them and they said that shouldn't be a problem. Then AFTER I paid they said I needed a new address and ghosted me when I requested a refund.

  Terrible, terrible, terrible company to either give or receive work from. They do not provide client instructions while simultaneously restricting communication between servers and clients so they can spew whatever BS they want to at clients. Servers will be expected to perform 7 attempts for due diligence. Anyone that does work like this knows that is absolutely insane for a max ******* of $50. Craziest part is, ive seen the affidavits that show how much theyre paid, and most of the time its over $200 meaning the actual contractor is getting 25% or less of the actual profit while a person who literally did nothing besides draw up an affidavit with some basic PDF uploader collects a bigger share. MAKES SENSE. This industry is dying, and its because companies like this do a half a*** job and the courts can no longer rely on them to actually get things served to people. They provide bad pay resulting in servers doing whatever they want. Youve been warned

  A process server showed up at my door yesterday with documents for a person unfamiliar to **. My husband told the server that the person did not live at this address. Today I opened my door to find court documents for a person that I do not know, lying in my plant, in the rain. The documents were not even in an envelope. Evidently, the process server wanted to get paid by lying and saying that he served the person. I'm a witness that this person was not served. Horrible company to handle someone's court documents and business like this. It appears that this person must appear in court in 14 days but has no idea. The server could have returned the document to the sender but instead, he chose to come back the next day and drop them at my door in the rain.

  This company customer service is horrible, they took my ********* ask for a status update due to the time sensitive nature of the situation. And no one ever responded to my request & my refund request. I definitely recommend using another service other than this company.

  What an absolutely horrible company. The day before thanksgiving, they sent over 500 process servers emails stating they were terminating their contacts with them, myself included. In their email, they stated not to ask why. How unprofessional. I would highly recommend any thinking about being a contractor for them, not to. If youre thinking of doing business with them, rethink that. Not only are they not personable, but they are highly unprofessional. The app was having an issue with the camera feature, and I was working with 3 different employees to get it figured out, the same day this email was sent. Talk about courtesy. It appears that this company has a backwards idea of business. Theyd rather burn bridges than address issues and take responsibility. To add this all of this, they have unpaid invoices. Do not do business with *** Legal. You will absolutely regret it. If youre needing a process server, use NAPPS and they will yield much more professional server companies.

  Horrendous. This must be a scam. I paid for service of a defendant in a lawsuit in July 2022 and in September 2022 tried to get the status. I was hung up on four times. Total scam.
