      I have an unauthorized charge on my bank account for **********************. I have never signed up for any of their services. I haven't even been on their website. I'm not sure how this happened but the charge is fraudulent and I demand my money back.

      Whitepages knows how frustrating it can be to see an unexpected charge, so we'll make every effort to address this. I was not able to locate any accounts or fraudulent payments with the information provided. To assist with this further, please contact our ************* team.       Please have your credit card available during this call. Our agents will be able to locate accounts associated with the payment by collecting the partial card number.       Whitepages has my personal name on their website (***** R *****). When someone searches my personal cell phone number on ******, my name appears on Whitepages in the search results and on their webpage. I have made multiple requests to have it removed, however they keep saying that they already removed it and ****** needs to clear it's cache which takes several weeks. I have given the matter several months and it is still displaying on ******. They have left my information on Whitepages and it needs to be completely removed.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Ive had other personal information deleted, and it disappears from ****** within a matter of a week or two. This has been going on with white pages now for several months. They have not removed my name from their website and thats why my name is pulling up and displayed on their website when my phone number is entered into ****** they keep giving me the same excuse They need to go into their servers and permanently delete my name and my information which they have not.

      June 23, 2025. I paid $11.99 for a one-time report on a phone number +1-202-257-9287x Rather than give me the information after charging my credit card, they offered a one-time report for $19.99, increasing the price. Not good. I want what they initially charged me for, whose number is it, or a refund. Account based on email address.

      I, **** ***********, canceled my White Pages subscription on 6/21/2025, but they keep attempting daily unauthorized charges. Their password reset fails, blocking accessmirroring 13+ complaints, including BBB cases: 04/02/2025 (canceled multiple times, still charged), 03/31/2025 (charges persisted), 12/30/2024 ($5.99 unauthorized), 09/15/2024 ($170 overdraft), 12/26/2024 (trial ignored). This violates M.G.L. c. 93A, FTC Act, ROSCA, and Negative Option Rule.Desired Resolution:1. Stop all charge attempts now.2. Send a password reset to ******************** within 24 hours.3.       The account associated with ******************** has been immediately canceled since June 26, 2025. This means no automatic can be deducted unless you manually sign in and make a purchase.

      If it is that you are being billed this would mean that you have another Whitepages account.

      I have enclosed of statements from whitepages I ordered for court runner reports nothing was found which is untrue I have been court proceedings in each county listed.I asked for a refund which was declined.

      When a Court Runner report is requested for a specific county court, we will send someone to the court and make a request for any criminal records related to the person you are trying to research. The courts will return records related to felony and misdemeanor charges from the past 7 years that resulted in a conviction.

      If your Court Runner report came back with no records, it means that the person you are researching was not convicted of any felonies or misdemeanors in that county for the last 7 years, which is usually good news.

      If you think that the person you are researching may have records in a different county, you can always order a new Court Runner report from a different county by opening their listing and selecting the option that says "Request more counties."

      I paid 1.05 to have a free trial for five days. I cancelled before the five days period was up last year. Then I discovered that I was being charged again this year for over 6 months at a rate of *****. If I did not check my spam folder I would never have discovered what was happening and the charges would have continued. They completely disregarded my request to cancel and renewed charging my card without my permission a whole year later.

      I've taken a look at your account and confirmed that the auto-renewal of your Whitepages Premium membership has been cancelled. Going forward, you should expect no further charges unless you decide to make additional purchases.

      Our standard policy for refunds is to refund the previous two months of payment. The responsibility of monitoring a credit card statement and its purchases is on the cardholder, and two months provides cardholders with two chances to see the charges on their credit statements and notify us to have the matter resolved. As a courtesy, in this instance we have already issued refunds in excess of this policy.

      Going forward, further refunds will not be issued. The account will remain inactive, and you should see no further billing associated with this account unless you decide to make additional purchases.

      Please note; 

      Whitepages did honor your request to cancel when you requested same in March of 2024. The new charge started February of 2025 when you re-subscribe in order to use the service. No other request to cancel was received nor an attempt to cancel was recorded.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did not renew after I cancelled. There is a fraudulent scheme occuring or I was the victim of identity fraud but something is not correct. Once cancelled, I never renewed and if I do not receive a full refund of all purchases made from March 2025, I will have no choice but to contact the authorities.

Personal information about me can still be easily found on the website by using a search engine or by searching the website itself.
