      I just called to get an issue resolved. A month or so ago I started a account to find someone, I was not satisfied & I did not find who I was looking for I called to get a refund & have my account cancelled. I was told I would be refunded & my account or subscription would be cancelled. A month or so later I was charged again. I called today about it & what wad suppose to be taken care of to begin with. I spoke with a female respresentative who had a bad attitude & then a supervisor by the name of ******* who did not give me refund for both the initial purchase & the months I was charged for my account still being active when it shouldve been closed. I was suppose to get a refund for to begin with that I was told by a representitive a month ago I was suppose to recieve. I do not recommend using whitepages to anyone. My whole family used them over 100 *********** will be telling them to cancel their accounts & do not give them any of their money take it somewhere else. It is false advertising & a lawsuit to say you would refund the customer for not being satisfied & to falsely assume they found the information they was looking for if they had not found it just so you dont have to refund them when it is your responsibility. I cant wait until enough customers go through what I just did & go together to go to court to sue ***** It isnt my banks responsibility to get my money back it is yalls responsibility as a company! I have been in customer service for over 12 years & have 2 certifications for customer ************ still ************************ in customer service! I hope both the supervisor & the lady agent lose their jobs they dont need to be in that position not properly handling customers issues that need fixed especially money wise!

      I started a Whitepages 5-day Trial membership on May 23rd. Upon Canceling my membership on May 25th, I was promptly denied access to my Whitepages premium benefits for the remainder of my trial period. I reached out to Whitepages via email regarding my inability to access my premium membership during the trial period and did not receive a response until after the trial had ended. At which point I was told the membership was canceled. I reached out to the phone number provided. I asked for the three days of service I was denied access to or to provide me with the information from my searches that I should have had access to for three more days. Customer support was hostile, refused to help, and refused to connect me with a manager. I was told to contact my bank for a refund. I asked them to look into the problem further, to which i was told it was not an issue because I was the first to report it. Horrendous customer service.

      The information on me is incorrect and not complete. I believe they say people may have a criminal record in order to sell a full report in addition to their regular fees, what a scam!!! I dont have a criminal background at all and when I brought that to their attention they refused to change it. I would NOT recommend this service. Its not reliable and also opens you up to hackers. It should not be allowed to give certain personal information on people because of the high number of scams out there also giving false information as well. I cancelled and better not get charged again, I want my money back!!!

      Beware of *************************. He is a bully and he will rip you off. Do not buy life insurance from him. He works at transamerican life insurance.

      My hacked info is available. My father's information is incorrect and it is exposing data that has caused data breaches. I work in cybersecurity and this is a huge issue. I have lost multiple emails, and information due to addresses they listed. I can easily attach screenshots.

      I never received the report I paid for, it's 2 months later. And there's no way to speak to anyone at the company. I had to file a report with the online Support, but still, no response reached me!I finally looked up the phone number for WhitePages.com HQ, it's in *******, **. I will write it out since this review won't let me write out a phone number in here: Eight hundred, nine nine one, three thousand and seventy-seven is their **************** phone number.The woman I spoke to was able to immediately get me the report information that I paid for, so my question to WhitePages is WHY don't you post the **************** phone number instead of the completely ineffectual online Support reporting system you presently force customers to rely on? It was HORRIBLE service, while your **************** phone line worked quickly and beautifully.I have wasted hours and hours trying to resolve this problem. And your company's failure to get this info to me timely cost my next door neighbor their sweet old dog! I had a phone number for the woman who had him, but she wouldn't give me her address, so we tried a Reverse Lookup.Now we can get the police to go pick up the dog! The woman who found him was refusing to give him back! Our whole neighborhood was heartsick about this sweet old dog being stolen!
