Well. If I could rate this any lower it would be a big fat negative! Tried the so called "free" trial that apparently you CANNOT cancel. When you try to call them, you are put on terminal hold!! Save yourself the headache & pass on Whitepages!!!

1 starYour company has shown no regard for my safety by publicly sharing my contact information online just for a few dollars. I am a stalking victim and you have placed my address and contact number out in the open for anyone to find. You have published a number that is not mine and that someone was kind enough to let me use. I am getting threats, ********* calls and other lewd communications multiple times daily because of your publication. The fear and anguish that your company is causing me is beyond cruel. Obviously, your company doesn't care that you make it easy for abusers and stalkers to find their victims or new prey. I was sent information that my account was expired and there was new information regarding the criminal activity of the one person I was following. The person had done unscrupulous things to a relative who is elderly. However, after paying over $60.00 total I found the quote NEW information wasnt new and I was already contained in a prior subscription that had ALL the supposedly,NEW information! I want my money back and if I dont get it, I will INFORM the public of the practices WhitePages is using to lure customers into not only Re subscribing but then they tell you the criminal information is going to cost you more! I will NEVER even look at an email from your company again, if you dont refund my credit card for the latest subscription and criminal activity subscription upgrade! ******************Whitepages Inc
