Signed up for free trial, was unable to navigate website sufficiently due to difficulty moving arms. Tried to cancel, they do not allow that without contacting their representatives. Unable to do that in time.Contacted them later, they refused reasonable accommodation of extension of time to cancel. They trap people by making it difficult to cancel and impossible for people with certain disabilities. They are aware that reason for signing up was to find photo for disability fundraiser and no photo was used. Therefore, website did not benefit disabled person and $840 requirement will be detrimental to medical situation.

They take advantage of the fact that most people just click through without reading fine print when signing up for a free trial. If you do not cancel your free trial period, you're on the hook to pay for a YEAR's worth of services.I think while yes the contract is the contract, this is very misleading because most other companies who provide monthly payment options allow you to cancel at least after the first months payment. And I wouldn't be surprised if the way it's set up with istock was intentional.I'm disputing with them, but they won't budge and continue to reiterate that I'm liable for the monthly payments for the next 12 months.

This company is engaging in sleazy business practices. While trying to find an image to use for a flyer for community fundraiser, apparently I inadvertently signed up for a 'free trial' . Now this company is charging me as an annual member at $70/mo ( $840.00!) and they wont let me cancel. I had no idea about the $70/month. As soon as I saw this charge on my credit card statement, I immediately tried to cancel the subscription. After several emails back and forth, I was informed of their refund policy which is that there are no cancelations, no exceptions and that I have no recourse. I never even used the image because the site caused my computer to freeze up. This is appalling.

So I see others have the same issue with billing. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR A FREE TRIAL. I paid $229.00 for a one time charge for credits that could be used which ended up not even using but $229 all good ill live. I have a recorded call (I record all of my calls because my business is very busy and customers call with urgent matters and sometimes I can miss their info) However, ****** directed me step by step so I would not be signing up for a subscription. I found out today they charged me another $229.00 and when I called they told me to send over a form and give them 3 days.. what a joke. Its insane to me I have a small but great business and I literally cater to any customer and drop anything for them but these companies could care less. At the end of the day I just dispute it with Amex and its all good. BBB Needs to do something about these people because its horrible what they are doing and how they push you over and prolong till the charges actually post on the account.

I had a similar experience with their 'free trial' as a lot of other people who have posted reviews. They're charging me for an annual member at $70/mo and there's no ability to cancel. 2 days of back and forth with customer service telling me that there are 'no exceptions' before I did a ****** search about their complaints. It's apparent this is their business model - draw people into free trials and bury the disclosures in the sign up process so you don't see them. And the refuse to cancel. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

My review is the same as the previous three reviews. Do NOT sign up for a free trial. They do not notify you when it will end (clearly because they want the money), and lock you into a year billing cycle. I contacted customer support the day it was renewed to cancel and they will not cancel it. They want to be "fair and consistent" for all of their customers, yet they have endless negative reviews on how they operate. They only want money, and don't care about the customer.

Buyer BEWARE! Do NOT sign up for the one month free trial! Life happens and sometimes people forget to cancel in time and if that happens, you are on the hook for $70/month for an ENTIRE year. You cannot cancel early, no exceptions. Your credit card will be billed automatically and there is no way to delete the credit card from your account. The customer service rep informed me that they changed their policy on November 1, 2023 that makes it impossible for the one month free trial users to cancel their account if they miss the one month deadline.

ONE STAR IS GENEROUS since I can't leave anything less. I would stay far away from this company! I signed up for a "free trial" blindly. It was never mentioned that this trial would be turned into a $700.00 subscription. If I would of been notified of this pricing, I would have never even continued with the free trial. During the "free trial", I downloaded ONE image. After this trial was over, and never reminded of either about it ending, I was charged *****. 1 out of 10 monthly payments. Within minutes of seeing the charge, I reached out to customer service. This back and forth with them has been going on for 2 days with NO resolution. I was sent the policy which stated refunds can be made with an exception, and that is certainly not the case. Silly me for not reviewing the company before signing up. I am now reading countless of reviews, 133 reviews to be exact, of what a scam iStock through Getty Images is. Poor customer service is also an understatement. The customer service associate was very rude and said to be "fair and consistent" a refund could not issued and that the matter was resolved. I asked to speak to management, and never heard back. It's no wonder how this company is still in business since they have such cutthroat services and fees. NEVER USE THEM!!! DON'T BE FOOLED LIKE ME! I am a single mother of 3 children and $***** is like finding gold during these times we are having. I felt like I needed to reach out to someone or something bigger to let people know to not use this company. There is no other way to leave a review for them on their website and now that totally makes sense. What customer service ARGUES with the customer? I have been in customer service for decades and am baffled to how this situation was handled so poorly. I would really like too get my money back but if that doesn't happen, I need to do what I can to make sure other people don't get SCAMMED into their services. Never again will I sign up for a "free trial" without research

I wish I could give them negative stars. I signed up for the free trial but after a family emergency, decided it wouldn't be in my budget to continue and decided to cancel. I didn't realize that there was some sort of technical error and it was never cancelled and then, without any warning or heads up, they took $70 out of my bank account. I first contacted them via email and was told there's a no-exception policy and then without discussing any options, they cancelled my subscription. When I logged into my account, all of my credits were gone as well and I was told that I was refused access to them because my subscription was cancelled. When I called the helpline, I was pretty much told they get to keep the money and I'm literally left with nothing and that they will not refund me nor provide what I was charged for and that's how it works. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I cannot stress enough how rude and greedy this company is.
