      Absolutely horrible. Scam! Your free month is a year subscription with an almost impossible way to cancel. I am disabled and it is right before Christmas. They're saying there are no exceptions. I cannot afford a $70 subscription.

      I'm just here to ditto all of the previous comments. Getty Images and it's branch-off company, iStock Images are scams. I canceled within the 30 days of my 30-day free trial, and they still charged me $75. Someone needs to hold them accountable.

      I had a very frustrating experience with this company after trying to cancel a free trial, and being told that there is no way to cancel my account or remove my payment method. I was told the only thing I can do is to be charged for the first month and then refunded. The **************** Rep I spoke with refused to escalate my request to a supervisor. This is not the way business should treat customers.

      SCAM!!! This is for their sister company iStock Photos. They trick you into an annual subscription paid monthly. Unlike other subscriptions they do not allow you to cancel at any time and this is NEVER clearly stated in their T&Cs. I tried to cancel my subscription after the second $70 payment only to find out I can't cancel on my account, through chat, or on the phone. All you can do is send a message through their system and they promise to get back to you in 24 hours and NEVER do. I had to just put a stop payment to this company through my bank. DO NOT give them your credit card information...ever!

      Absolute scam tactics to rope customers into a contract they cannot cancel. I was 1 day late, 24 hours, in canceling my free trial. And, consequently, iStock offers no reminder emails or communication whatsoever that the free trial is coming to an end.I work for *************************************** and we have a Getty Images license I learned of recently. The iStock trial was to complete a work assignment, but as I have access to the Getty library, I do not need iStock - will not use it. The practice of not allowing a grace ****** or even a communication that a trial is ending feels like a running scam and I find that unacceptable for a company associated with Getty Images.

      They trick you into believing you will get a month free of charge to try it out and then the fine print actually states that you're signing up for a year. You disable autoreniew believing you're keeping the subscription from renewing monthly, but it isn't until the next yearly cycle that it will have effect. When you contact them they say "sorry, we're gonna keep charging you, nothing we can do..." very poor service. Very upset!!! Time the government shuts down these scams.

      Do not be deceived. This is NOT a monthly subscription service. It is a one year subscription. You cant change your subscription level or cancel your subscription within that time frame. Their customer service is awful. Do yourself a favor and just cancel your card.

      Basically my review is the same as all the others below. They **** you in with the one month free then when you forget to cancel, they charge you for the year. This is unbelievable and seriously hard to believe they can get away with this. This is a crime a scam and should be shut down.

      I unfortunately fell victim to this companys scam. I am now locked for a year after signing up for a free trial. It was not clear that you would be unable to cancel at all after the free trial ends. This is horrible business practice and SO unethical.

      iStock has got to be the worst company on the planet. They lure you in with a free 30 day trial. It's definitely NOT clear that you will be locked in for a year if you fail to cancel. I am now locked in for $75/month for the next year. This ***** SO bad. I am a very small business owner, not a designer. I will never use this.When you reach out to 'customer service', you are only repeatedly told, this is our policy and we won't cancel. Basically they give you the middle finger and laugh all the way to the bank.I will forever think of iStock in the worst negative way for as long as I live.
