    I writing to ask your help on a transaction between a company called "Sassy Grace" which I found on ********* I thought I was helping a small boutique when I ordered a striped shirt from them on June 27. On June 29 I was informed that the shipment would be delayed. I asked to cancel the order since it wouldn't be here in time for my trip. On July 5, I received word that it was shipping out. I received the shirt with the incorrect size Late July. I again contacted them to ask for a refund of my money. They wanted to exchange the shirt for the correct size. I told them I just wanted my money back because I did not have any trust in them. I contacted them again August 7 and August 26 and I still have not heard back from them. II have saved e-mails for these exchanges. Would you PLEASE be able to help me out? I still see **************** on ******** and I would hate to have anyone else have the same problems that I am facing. Thank you so much. *************************** ************

    I ordered a blouse from the Sassy Grace Boutique. It took quite awhile to receive it, but I wasnt in a hurry, so that didnt bother me. What I did notice though immediately when I opened it was the material felt crazy thin, then I held it up to look at it and the front of the blouse is only tacked together in one place! The top literally gaps open. There is no way a person could wear this top as it is, the way I paid to wear it. After being very disappointed with the quality, and the lack of thread used to hold it together, I went to look the company back up, so I could send it back for a refund, only to stumble across complaints of other ladies, mad at the same company because of the cheap quality of the clothes. Many said they have either still not received their orders after months, or the horrible quality of the material. Another, saying she has emailed and called this company to see about a refund, and gets no response from anyone. One lady said that the Washington address they give is actually an apartment complex.I found an email and did send an email to them letting them know what a mess this shirt is, and that I would like a refund, and they can have this back. This company needs to be shut down. They are ripping people off that are just trying to buy clothes for work.

    On June 14th, I placed an order for clothing at ***********************************************************. My order number was #SG1897477, and the total was $393.43. Before placing my order, I checked the return policy, which states that items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the products for a full refund (***********************************************************policies/refund-policy). Sale items were not eligible for a return, but I checked and the items I was ordering were not on sale.I received the items on July 13th, tried them on, and unfortunately they did not fit. I contacted Sassy Grace Boutique via their contact form on July 17th asking for the address to send the items back to. I also stated that I would be paying the postage. They responded, but offered a discount and tried to convince me to keep the items. They did not provide a return address to send the products to. There was no address on the website listed for the return, it stated I should contact them to get the address.I responded that I would like to return the items for a refund, not keep them. I again asked for the address, and they failed to respond to the two follow up emails I sent.

    6.14.23 ordered from Website. 6.25.23 received email shipping... did not received until sometime July when I was out of town (between July ****). Once opened, one item was missing (Solid Linen Wide-Leg Pant 1). I've sent 4 emails trying to get someone to acknowledge that I did not receive by sending pictures of packages, items, etc. I received one email asking for pictures, however still no response. After trying on clothes, two tops did not fit which I inquired about returning in one of the 4 emails. Still no response. Not only would I like a refund for the pants I did not receive, I would like to return the two tops that do not fit and get a refund for those but cannot get anyone to respond to my emails with directions to do so. Quality is poor and sizing is inaccurate on their website.

    Sassy Grace Boutique refunded the amount for the linen pants never received today, 08.10.23.  Unfortunately, it's not worth the hassle to return any items at this point that did not fit.  However, I have found this company to be fraudulent in the way they do business.

    Ordered from this website: *************************************************************************** They are using a fake ** address and pretending to be a ** company. I never got an email confirmation of my order, nor did I receive the order. The phone number on the website does not work. When I used their contact us form, all I got back was an generic "we will get back to you" email from *****.
