I have hired the services of senske for lawn care and pest control. I was charged ****** on 9/6 for a service that was not performed. I called several times and was finally able to reach the person able to make a decision. She said they would come out to perform service. They never did and I was charged another ****** to my account. I have reached out again and was told it would be escalated and I habe not heard back. I have a ring and have went back to both of these dates of service and nothing is on my camera. I have am au pair who is home all day who states no one has been here. In addition there was never any plugs in my yard. *********** did not happen. The first date 9/6 I got a call stating they could not do services as my lawn cutters were here. They never rescheduled or returned. I want the charges reversed on my account however I am unable to get in touch with anyone other than a customer service representative who say they will escalate and then nothing happens. I have a large bill that is erroneous that I cannot pay the legitimate balance until this is resolved.Business Response

*** called and tried to talk to management dozens of times throughout the year and never is there a manager in the office, and not once has anyone called me back. You get to deal with office staff and their false notes.Last year Senske did a root injection for aphids on my maple tree. They said once this tree is controlled from aphids then the rest of my garden plants and fruit trees will be easier to manage. I set up a lawn service because it worked last year. Early this year they came out and did the root injection and when the tree bloomed it was infested with aphids and they had already spread all over my property. So, I set up a lawn service to spray my 4 fruit trees for aphids and they only sprayed 2 out of the 4 trees. Still, all 4 trees remained infested with aphids. Senskes products are not effective. At the same time I set up the lawn service, I set up a rodent control service that cost $220. They set out 4 bait boxes. Months go by and I still have mice. I called Senske and they informed me that Im supposed to call and set up an appointment when they need to come out and rebait these boxes. I scheduled for them to come out the next day and no one showed up! We opened one of the boxes and there is a mouse nest inside the box! I called Senske and now they say they didnt come out because of an outstanding bill (that should not exist, but they sent it to a collection agency anyway). Then five minutes later she said someone did come out and we turned them away??? No one ever showed up to bait the boxes, I have security cameras, and I sure as heck wouldnt turn them away. I ended up paying the collection agency for the mysterious bill because no one ever called me back. Then, a couple of weeks goes by and Senske sent me another bill!Business Response

We hired FitTurf for lawn care and weed mitigation. On Fri, 6/10, a tech arrived at our home for bed/border weed control. Over the weekend, we noticed that our Sage plants (apprx 60) looked like they had been sprayed. On Mon, 6/13, I called the ***************** to express our concerns. I was told a supervisor would contact me. *****************************, a supervisory manager, called and left me a message on 6/13 to say he would be to our home the am of 6/14 to look at the sage. He did not show that day, but after I called the office on the 6/15, he came out that morning. He admitted that the plants were sprayed, stating he could understand how the tech mistook the sage for weeds, but that was no excuse. He stated the company would replace any damaged plants. ******************** said he would come out and trim the plants, in an effort to curtail the herbicide action and promote growth, again stating that damaged plants would be replaced. We informed him that would have the trimming taken care ourselves. I left ******************** a vm on 7/3 stating our plants were not improving. He sent email on 7/6 stating he was working with companies to get bids for replanting. I sent him an email 7/11, again requesting a refund of the $110.00 we paid for the treatment and to be directly compensated for the cost of the plants and the replanting, as a long scheduled landscaping project was starting and we did not want another company on our property. He never responded to that email. On 7/15, my husband called the ***************** and asked to speak with the Branch Manager. He was told he was not available and his call would be returned. On 7/18, ******************** left a vm he had the plants and wanted to schedule a time to come out. I called him the morning of the 7/19, informing him our project had started and AGAIN we wanted a $110 refund and to be directly compensated for their mistake. We have not heard from anyone from the company since I left that message.Business Response

I called the ****** at ************ twice on Friday, August 19 (once at 9:41 a.m. and again at 1:41 p.m.).
In both cases, I left a detailed voice message:
Apologizing for harming/killing their plants
Explaining that FitTurf will refund the $110 for the application
Adding that FitTurf will be sending a check on Monday, August 22 for the $5,360 for the replacement of the plants
I also indicated that I did not learn of the BBB complaint until late Thursday, August 18.
A ******* from the BBB left me a voice message that the ****** BBB notification was being sent to previous ownership of FitTurf.
The following day on Friday, August 19, I called the BBB phone number provided to me by ******* and visited with BBB representative *****, who provided me with the opportunity to send this reply
Thank you.

Unfinished work and inflated invoice Review by Anonymous User Asked ********************** for an estimate to repair our irrigation system after some driveway and sidewalk work performed. Paid them $125 for the estimate. Came to an agreement as to the work and cost and signed the agreement with their salesman. Less than 1/2 the work was completed. Received the invoice that is $100 over the agreed estimate. Contacted the manager and was advised that I would have to pay more for them to finish the work. Im a 100% disabled ******* veteran and I live on a fixed income. I feel that Senske is trying to take advantage of me.Business Response
