In mid August of this year I received a flyer from Senske Services (Landscape and Tree) concerning lawn aeration. I called them and spoke several times to ******** *************). I contracted with them for the service of only a lawn aeration. I told them that I wanted the service done between mid September and mid October. The fee was $85.44 which I agreed to have charged to my **** card on August 22, 2023. I called ******** several times in September attempting to get a date for the service. I was told they would get back to me. On September 12th I was told that there would be workers in my area that week and that I would be notified. Nothing. I called on September 19, again speaking to ******** and told her to cancel the service. I explained that I was now very uncomfortable with not having a date for the service and had done some investigating and was now not feeling they were trustworthy. ******** told me that the service was cancelled and that my **** card would be reimbursed in **** days. Moments later her manager called me and asked that I reconsider. I declined. She also assured me that my service was cancelled and that I would be reimbursed in **** days.On September 28 I called my bank the provider for my **** card and was told that they had not received anything concerning a reimbursement. I again called Senske Services and was told by someone named, *****, that I would not see anything for 7 -10 WEEKS. I told him this was not acceptable. I then called my **** representative and filed a dispute.Not receiving a reimbursment for **** weeks is really unreasonable. This firm is holding my money for a service that they DID NOT perform. I had to pay the amount to my **** or be charged a late fee, dinging my credit rating.My hope in resolving this dispute is to have my **** account reimbursed immediately. Paid $384.07 on June ******* for the lawn ***************** control, bug and rodent control, vegetation management, *************** killer. Was given a sales pitch, results did not match. Promised results on gnats when product doesnt even kill gnats (we paid extra for this service). Poor communication between office and application team, missed several areas of treatmentMULTIPLE TIMES. Instead of discussing with customer did an unfavorable treatment, excluding weed killer due to weather, instead of rescheduling, which resulted in MORE WEEDS. Avoided my texts and calls, and did services I did not authorize and then charged me. On 5/5/2023, Senske came out and ruined my gate and chipped my concrete edgers when they did some aeration services. I submitted a complaint and got in touch with a supervisor who asked me to send him pictures of the damage. So I did. He promised me a $100 credit to my account for the damages they caused. But I have yet to see this credit. I have sent several emails (they have only replied to two) and made several calls. They all promise to return my calls with a supervisor but never do. I last talked to them on 7/7/2023 and asked them to cancel my services because I was tired of trying to fight for a credit on my account for MY property that THEY damaged. They never canceled it. And they also promised me a supervisor callback. They were supposedly looking into if it showed up as a credit on my account but I never get calls back (supposedly they have to research). I let a month go by and no calls, no emails, no credits. I have had to physically hit my post to get the gate to close. This is ridiculous. Why is it so hard to get my promised credit? I asked for my services to be canceled because I dont trust Senske anymore with my property. I dont want to go through this again with them. I want the rest of the year refunded to my credit card as well. I want it canceled immediately. I prepaid for the year.Business Response

They emailed me to confirm they have been canceled but now I am struggling to get the refund I was promised. I spoke to him last on 9/5/2023. Contracted with Senske Services, Tacoma, to spray natural bug repellant on 17 fruit trees, over an area of approximately over 1 Acre for the 2021 year. We previously had Washington Tree (Whom Senske purchased) for 4 years prior. This is what occured: We passed the Senske truck on the road in our community, as we were running a tool to our son-in-law at *************************, dropped it off,and came right back home. We passed the Senske truck leaving our community. We thought, That can't be our sprayer, it takes 45 minutes for TWO men to do all the spraying. We got home, saw a Senske Bill hanging on our fence. We went around and smelled ALL our fruit trees, no spray. They spray a pungent strong smelling fish/manure natural spray. We then looked at our RING videos of the Senske truck in our driveway. We believe he jammed the "RING" camera at some point when entering our community, as we have no video of him hanging the bill. I called them, they said the guy "forgot" a few trees, he did not know where they were. I told them, They were not sprayed. This guy did not believe our tree were not sprayed. I later emailed the main office of Senske about this. NO reply to us, along with our RING videos. Never a return email, a letter, a *************** We figured they realized with the RING videos, the sprayer guy did not do the spraying. Last friday, we have received a letter from ************************** ***** for non-payment of $164.46. I called them. They said they are looking into it. This whole thing from Senske is just plain wrong, ignoring emails and then sending this to us ? We also issued a complaint to the Attorney General of Washington.I have the RING videos. June 6, 2023 I was to have a lawn service performed by a business I thought was "Fitturf". No technician ever came so I called, and I did find an e mailed invoice in the amount of $89.00 less senior discount, stating what service was performed, and instructions for aftercare. I disputed the fact the tech was ever here as I was home and watched all day. Eventually I was told that ***************************** id not, in fact, do any service, and had told the company that my gate was locked. I don't have a lock, but I DO have several gates and, A PHONE! I have e mailed, called and texted and I give up on these people who have nerve to e mail invoices KNOWING they had never done any service.I had been working with a management person there ( *** ) to try and iron out the issues they had of scheduling and no shows, and it seemed we might have been getting somewhere, but this is ( could have been) theft. On a many other days, I would have assumed the service was done and paid on line, but I knew no one had shown up. I chose to not pay in advance this year, and boy, am I glad. As it was, I knew no one had been in the yard because I was, and there was no ticket OR pesticide stick. Guess I am done with them, but they do not deserve to be swindling folks.Business Response

Started using FitTurf in the Spring of '21 to do my lawn care. When I try to cancel because my lawn got worse with their service they send out a Rep (many times) to help "fix" the issues. Each had a different answer for the issue and none fixed it. I've been told the cause was mold, rabbits, improperly watered lawn, then not enough or too much sunlight. Their services have damaged and worsened my lawn. When I called to cancel on June 1st they insisted on having someone out to talk again, even though I told them that I was done with their service. ********************* came to talk. I had multiple areas to show him and my girlfriend took him to the first spot under our tree and started to explain what was going on. He was very rude, cut her off mid sentence and told her it was the tree, that the blue grass they put down, (they did not put down the seed I did), doesn't do well in the shade. She let him know that the other spots are not shaded. He told her that the tree is the issue and that I needed to have it thinned out. When asked if it might be grubs, I had another company look at our lawn and test the soil, he became agitated and asked her exactly what they did to come to that conclusion then started to grab handfuls of grass tugging sporadically exclaiming that there are no grubs. She let him know that we did grub treatment already with advice from a different company. When I came out, he explained that its the tree and not grubs. Then started to peel back big chunks of our grass saying that there is no grubs and that everyone gets grub treatment (which we've never had). When asked to stop peeling up our grass because we didn't want the damage, he sharply said "Oh my, I can get sod and put it here if I damage it." He ripped out entire sections of the sod leaving a large damaged area. we have this on video recording. When asked why all the reps have vastly different answers, he said that he had nothing to do with what was told to us in the past by other FitTurf reps.Business Response

FitTurf General Manager *********************** called **************** at 2:25 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6, but there was no answer.
***** motive was to apologize to ****************, and to work towards a resolve.
Per Mr. ******* request when he spoke with a ************************ Representative earlier in the week, FitTurf has canceled his lawn care services.
FitTurf has also refunded all money that **************** paid FitTurf for the 2023 season (a total of $202.05 for Lawn Application #1, Lawn Application #2 and for the Liquid Lawn Application).
Again, FitTurf apologizes for not meeting Mr. ******* landscape expectations, and wishes him the best in the future.

Senske services came to our house bi-monthly for pest control for moles, and spiders. We used their services for about 6months and we were still killing spiders and our yard still looks like a land mine, so I told them I didnt want their services but they asked if they could come one more time and it would be free. I told them if its free then go ahead and after that I didnt want them to come again. Then we get a bill for $269.85 so I called them and they said they would look into it and call me back. That didnt happen, and I received another bill. So I call them again and she said she sees the cancellation, and shes not sure whats going on that she had to talk to her supervisor and call back, so I asked if I could just talk to a supervisor and she said no They are out in the field. Also she says that when I told them they could come one last time that that means to them that we still want them to keep coming, even after being clearly told the free was fine but then I Dont want these services again.Initial Complaint

In summer 2022 my sprinkler system was leaking and I called Senske to inquire about having them assess the issue. They told me that someone would call me within the week to schedule an appointment. When that did not happen, I contacted another contractor, who completed the work. After the work was completed, I got a call from a Senske technician alerting me that they were on their way to my house. I explained that the work had already been completed and I had never gotten a call back to schedule an appointment with them. The technician apologized and commented that their scheduling had been a mess. I later received a bill in the mail for the consultation fee. I called their office to discuss the charge and clarify that no one had ever been to my house. They took a message and said their service manager would call me back to work it out. They never called me back, and then I began to receive notices from a collection agency about the charge.Business Response

I had a new lawn put in years ago and had paid the entire balance for lawn care for the year up front with Senske Services. I never renewed the service and never received service for the second year and was never told it renews automatically. I have never requested services from this company. But their agents presumed, wrongly, that because Senske apparently (so they say; I've seen nothing in writing) bought the business of our previous pest control company, they were authorized to enter our yard, do services, and bill me. I told the agent at the time that I did NOT give that permission or consent, but he went ahead anyway and then billed me. I wrote to the company to protest, but got no reply. I ignored the bill. This week, they came out again and billed me again for $99. When I called to complain, the person on the phone hung up on me.Business Response
