      If I could select negative stars, I would. This company is so poorly ran. It's just a bad business. The company as a whole. They lack communication and customer service. They think they can just continue to treat customers rudely. We, the customer, pretty much have no choice but to use them. Their managers are rude and unreasonable, offering no rectification for their bad business mistakes. They literally sold my appliance out from under me after I had already paid them for it. Their delivery crew refused to setup the appliance or put them where I wanted them. They had the audacity to tell me to move my appliances out of their way instead of offering to move it out of the way for me. They didn't plug in the power cord or even offer. If I didn't have the specialty tools to install the power cord I would have been burnt. I will never buy from them again and recommend no one to ever use them ever again.

      I purchased a Kitchen Aid stove on April 11, picked it up on April 12 and installed it on April 13. We found that the oven did not work. We immediately called in and reported it. They sent a tech out, who said it was the igniter. The tech was just here (April 30) and the oven STILL does not work. I paid $1000 for a stove that is not 100% functional. I called **************** and all they did was read the disclaimer at the bottom of my receipt which basically states they don't return/replace anything (this seems like a sketchy policy to me? don't you want happy/satisfied customers?) Anyways, I would like a stove that is FULLY functional! And according to their "return policy" my only option is to go elsewhere and purchase one! Or wait around for numerous tech calls and replacement of parts, for how long? I believe a NEW appliance should be FULLY functional!

      If I could select negative stars, I would. This company is so poorly ran. It's just bad business. This may not be the fault of the ********* staff specifically. But the company as a whole. Their repair/service center is run out of **************** - and this is the section of business I have a problem with.****'s Appliance lacks communication and customer service. Their service department speaks with the attitude that they know they are one of the ************ around, so they can just continue to treat customers this way. We, the customer, pretty much have no choice but to use them. Their managers are rude and unreasonable, offering no rectification for their bad business mistakes.See ****** reviews for the full review. As of right now - ****'s has scammed us out of $100.00. I will be disputing the charge until services are rendered.

      I am unable to give them any stars at this point. I bought a fridge from them and it quit working and I called for repair and they put it out for 2 weeks! Then said they would call me back with a sooner date and no word. My husband thank heavens messed with it after two days and it is working. Not the first time dealing with their repair ***** washer leaked on my on my front loader and they are saying it is now due to my dog hair. Funny thing is I had the dog when I first bought it and had no problems for over a year. So still leaking and they keep kicking down the road to not deal with it. This company is the worse of worse.

      Bought appliances from them as they were the builders supplier. Was over charged $200. Never received a refund, and asked for service which was blown off as well. Would never purchase from them again.

      Our refrigerator died so we went to Freds on Monroe. It was a specialty size making it difficult to find. Our salesman Chase not only did the research to find the correct size and color, but arranged to have it installed immediately. We will never buy an appliance from anywhere else. What a great experience!!

      We purchased all our appliances from Freds in September 2022. Freds has been out to Repair our washing machine at least four times. Since the last failed repair we have been without our washing machine for over a month. Freds is a total joke, do not ever buy any product from them. They could give a c*** less about you once they have your money.

      ****************** is horrible. Why sell warranties if you don't send people out to repair for 3 months than you have to wait for parts. Minimum 5 months to get anything fixed. Don't buy from ****'s. We bought specifically for their in store warranties. So disappointing

      0/ 5stars AVOID repair work AT ALL COSTS!!!!! My 3 yr new Bosch oven/microwave combo quit on Christmas. It was wrongly diagnosed, parts then arrived dented & thus reordered, their employees cancelled & rescheduled & each time I was put out a full month for parts AND service. I was given a morning window **** each time that was confirmed the day before & each time they showed up in afternoon! I took5 days off work for this & its still not fixed. After 6 months of this they show up with a part for $600 without telling me beforehand.The service manager, ***, doesnt call you back, recognize how bad theyve messed this up or fix the situation. He tells you you can go elsewhere. Life is too short to be repeatedly treated so badly. I purchased a high end appliance from Freds & will ever ever again.

      DO NOT BUY from Freds Appliance. They have 1 repair person to service the ******* area. I have been waiting 3 months for repair on my washer and was told it would be at least another month for the part to come in. I could have bought a new washer for what its costing me to do laundry every week.
