SANE "guarantees customer satisfaction" offering an unconditional money back guarantee. WRONG!If you purchase anything be prepared to eat the cost 'cuz you're getting NOTHING back. They're making up the rules as they go along. If you don't have empty bottles to return you might get $25 back. If it's over 90 days you might get a $25 credit voucher to buy more of their products. (If it didn't work and asked for a refund, why in godsname would you want more, even with a $25 credit??) At the time of ordering, also NONE of these special conditions were readable or mentioned. Not very "unconditional" is it!! SANE also seems to have a location at *******************************************************************. NOTE: in both addresses, the "suite" numbers are just post office boxes in a rental ************ location. And if you email for return authorization chances are pretty good you won't be answered!SANESolution LLC

As stated in our policy, returns must be received in our fulfillment center within one year from the billing date to be eligible for a refund. We also require adequate time to consume the product as directed on the label before returning used or empty containers. This is to ensure that the product was used in conjunction with a SANE diet and exercise program, as we strive to provide a comprehensive approach to health and wellness.
If the conditions mentioned above are not met, we offer prorated refunds based on the amount of unused product returned. We aim to be fair to both our customers and our company by implementing these guidelines. However, we understand that our policy may not have met your expectations, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Regarding returns received more than 90 days after the date of purchase, we provide a refund in the form of a SANE Store gift card, valid for 90 days. We recognize that this may not be the ideal solution for everyone, but it allows us to offer some form of compensation for products purchased a considerable time ago. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you beforehand.
We are also concerned to hear about your difficulties in reaching our customer support team. We strive to provide timely and responsive service to all our customers, and we apologize if we fell short in this regard. The SANE approach to healthy eating has been a life changer for me. Their Garden in a Glass, green smoothie powder makes it so easy to get plenty of veggies/nutrients into my daily diet. The green smoothie recipes are delicious. I add the Clean Whey Protein for an extra boost on busy days. The staff are easy to talk to: helpful not judgmental. They also have a number of supplements to add in healthy gut, calm cravings without stimulants, and anti -aging just to name a few. And no review would be complete without mentioning Jonathan Bailor. His videos are so informative. His warm human approach gave me hope and I trust him.SANESolution LLC

I have used several of Sane products and like what they do and how I feel. I have Ulcerative colitis and Sane Vicera 3 has helped me for over 2 years. I have used Luminae and ***** too and had good results. A very good product and I recommend it heartily!SANESolution LLC

Great company with great products. I use Viscera 3 for good gut biome. It works wonders. I have regular BMs with normal movements. I have been using their products for almost a year. No problem with shipping and their customer service is to notch.SANESolution LLC

I didn't even order this product! I had put my charge information in and then read the reviews and proceeded to take my credit card information out and I had NOT hit send or anything else. I was totally surprised when the product showed up and they had proceeded to charge my **************** Card not 1, not 2 but 3times!!! I sent the product back without opening it because as I said I did not order it anyway! They put two of the payments back on my card but the biggest charge they have yet to send me and as I said I didn't even order it!! Be careful this is a scam!!!!! I still have yet to receive the $197.00 back that they owe me...I don't want to have to get **************** involved but I will; I've been an Excellent **************** Cardholder for over three decades and **************** does not play; they take good care of their cardholders.SANESolution LLC

I am sorry that you have been disappointed with your purchase from SANE.When placing your order with us for the 6 Bottle Viscera-3 - $197, you were offered an upsell to get 6 additional bottles of Viscera for $174, which you selected twice. ************************************* When you received your order confirmation, you reached out to our customer service team stating that you only ordered 6 bottles for $174.**************************************** We advised that your order has already been corrected and the two 6 bottle upsells for $174 were removed since upsells are not available for purchase on their own and that you would be shipped the original purchase of 6 for $197 on the shipment.*************************************** You then reached out via online chat stating that you wanted to cancel the order because your budget had gotten smaller because of your personal business. ************************************** Our team advised that once an order is created in our system it is immediately sent to our Warehouse for processing and fulfillment and we are unable to make any changes to it but that you could return it for a refund once you received it and that as soon as we received your order back at our warehouse, we would issue you a full refund of your products that are returned in their original condition and prorated refunds where applicable. We also provided return instructions so that you may do so.***************************************** You then let our team know that if the order had already been shipped that you would return it once it was received. ************************************** Again, I am sorry you were not satisfied with your purchase and would be happy to help resolve this upon receiving the unused portion of your product back at our fulfillment center.Review fromCarol M

5 starsI thought I might have a problem with a purchase of almost $200.00 worth of product from SANE solutions when it didn't agree with me. I couldn't get anyone from the company to call me or return my text messages. I finally got hold of someone on the day I started a complaint with the BBB. They sent me a return authorization label. I returned the product and received a credit to my charge card in a very timely manner. Thanks for the BBB which looks out for people like me.
