I'm not sure about this company. Ordered 1 bottle, they included shipping and I called to cancel immediately. We'll see if I can easily cancel. Ordered Sunday 11/13, charge has not posted but I'll call them right away on Monday 11/14. After you order they take you through numerous options to buy other things. You need to continually say no thanks or you could end up with more charges. Terrible system for what could be a scam? As I stated I'll try to cancel tomorrow and see what happens. Hopefully they don't keep charging my card for other things. This review is only for the ordering process. We'll see what their response is going forward.

I heard back from them immediately and they did give me a refund that day. Very good. I did recommend they add a confirmation section before order is placed as that would eliminate the negative complaints and surprises. Their ordering system doesn't give you an opportunity to see what they will charge before they actually charge. Seems like a responsive company but they really need to fix their website ordering process. I might try their product but I would CALL them in lieu of online ordering. I would give them 4 stars based on this quick response.
