      ****** ****** was fantastic! I needed to form a **** instead of an LLC and other places I tried weren't able to do so. The website made me worry it wasn't an option with Northwest either, but she walked me through every step and made it easy as pie!

      scammers!! I used them last year for my start up business and they renewed my subscription without my consent. I called them yesterday and customer ********************** told me I had set up auto payments and I told them I didn't authorize auto payments with my credit card as I wasn't sure how this business would take off if at all. they refused to refund me my $125 for another yr subscription. they said unless I show them proof that I went with a different company or show my business dissolved they wouldn't refund me. I told them my business was dissolved and the point here is I didn't authorize auto pay. I have disputed this as fraud with my credit card bank to get my money back. this is not good customer ********************** telling me that I did when I did not authorize auto payments to my credit card. what a way to get peoples money!! next I will be filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau.

We apologize if there was some sort of miscommunication on our part regarding your auto-payments. We always try to be as transparent and communicative as possible with our clients.

The original customer support ******************** was following our policies for refunds but these are sometimes not cut and dry and exceptions should be made.

      Exceptional service. I got my *** filed and completed in 24 hours. Price is reasonable , no hidden fees and absolutely transparent. I was pleased by the agent ***** ******. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient. For sure he is a great asset for Northwest.

      ****** ****** went above and beyond helping me establish my LLC. She answered all my questions and was able to make the experience as easy as possible. We were on the phone for 45 minutes while she patiently walked me through every step of the process. I was going to be my own RA, but after this experience with ****** and Northwest, I will only be using them in the future.
