  My 20+ year old frames were cracking around the stem at the ear. Northwest did a wonderful job repairing and restoring the stems to their ***************. Very pleased with their work.

  I am genuinely impressed with their craftsmanship. They modified my frame, and the result was fantastic. Their customer service was excellent. They answered all the questions I had so quickly. Everything was so smooth. Highly recommend!

  I recently had the pleasure of using Northwest Frame Repair services, and I am thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional!!!The service was truly amazing. They not only repaired the eyewear flawlessly but also did so with a level of care and attention to detail that exceeded my expectations. I could tell that their workmanship was of the highest quality, ensuring the longevity of the eyewear. I thought these glasses were beyond repair. They saved us!What pleasantly surprised me was the speedy shipping. I expected to wait much longer, but the repaired glasses arrived sooner than I anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise.I can't recommend this business enough. The staff members I interacted with were not only professional but also incredibly kind, friendly and helpful.   Horrible Service, Damaged a patient's frame and did not call us to advise of the damage due to welding. they painted over the damage with a sharpie and sent it to us. When we called and complained about the incompetence, we got our account closed. this isn't the first time the service is mediocre, I have to refund a patient's order due to incompetence and negligence. Who wouldn't've called with emotion over losing money and a lack of quality, not to mention they apparently can just turn away anyone they want over speaking the truth and wanting better service. that's not how business should be conducted, Check out ****** or Gabe's Frame repair, even Express Eyeglass Repair offers better quality and great service. *******, the owner takes pride in her business but also takes pride in the fact that they don't make mistakes and can't understand constructive criticism. what she said to me over the phone is unbelievable, in our shop the customer is always right and we go above and beyond to make any situation better, without pride or malice.

  I sent out a single pair of high end reading glasses to Northwest Frame Repair for repair and the service, cost, detail and craftsmanship, was way beyond what I expected. I immediately gathered all my pairs of *********** (Prada, ****** and *****, Ic! Berlins) that I been piling up over the years. Some needed cleaning, missing a hinge or nose pad or an issue with a lens. I sent them to Northwest Frame Repair and I got (almost) new frames that I thought were a lost cause. You cats rock!

  I highly recommend Northwest Frame repair. This was my first experience with them and will not be my last.I was very skeptical, at first, at sending my prescription specs to get them "re-painted" to a matte black. I thought, worst case scenario, I'd just get my glasses back. However, I was so happy with *******'s patience with me in getting it just right and going over multiple color options. She helped guide me throughout and ensured the quality herself. Payment is easy, well-packaged on the return trip, and shipping is quick as well.
