    I love Northwest Frame repair. With minimal discussion they identified the problem and went out of their way to track down a used frame that met my needs for damaged safety glasses and procure them for me. A much better product than had they simply repaired the original frame. Thanks so much.

    Was so happy to find Northwest Frame Repair. They repaired a broken 'Optyl' temple for my sunglasses. Having worked in this industry myself I can tell you that this company is first rate and they do amazing work! I was so impressed with this repair and I would highly recommend them. My AO sunglasses were repaired to perfection one day after they got to the shop. I was 2 clicks from buying a whole new pair ($200+) and instead got them like new from Northwest Frame Repair for less than half that! Great service.     They did an excellent job repairing my glasses. My wife and I can't even see where the repair was made and they fit as well or better than the day I picked them up new. The only minor issue is that the glasses have to be shipped. That adds another $15 or $20 to the cost. But, even with that I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

    Northwest Repair made repairing my glasses a quick and not difficult experience. They respond quickly by email or telephone, and the staff always tells you several options. Even if I move out of the area, I will continue to use Northwest Repair, and recommend them without reservation.

    I like that they where able to do the work, but the lack of communication from them was a bit of a bummer, they had a power outage and where out of touch for a while. I must point out that the delay was not a big deal but please be prepared to wait if you have special needs
