      We have Milgard Windows and one Door, best investment we made on warranty products for are home and the cold weather. Service Techs have been to our address 4 times and tried to make it right as professional as possible. Two replacements on the door and weather stripping as well several on the southside of the house. Always made the schedule time that they said they would! You need to fix your web page so I can save my work I'm slow at typing. Thanks,

      Customer Service/Warranty Claims is outstanding. Each staff/team member was very friendly, courteous and thorough in explaining the process. They sent full instruction/video on where to find the window serial number, and maintained excellent communication from filing a claim to completed work. The technician who came out today was of the best. He was very knowlegeable about the products he used, and was very courteous/personable. Yes, Milgard DEFINITELY stands behind their products, and cares about their customers. Thank you **********************. With much appreciation

      I love how Milgard stands behind their products! Service tech are friendly and professional. We've had a few issues with our windows over the years and Milgard warranty replacement has always resolved them to our complete satisfaction. Way to do Milgard!

      `Barring a couple of scheduling bumps, the customer service was outstanding. The teams were out three times, replacing 5 windows and two sliding doors. Each time the installers were professional and informative. Excellent service each time. We highly recommend Milgard Windows.

      The warranty took care of my broken window, called the Sales **** he submitted the replacement request, company sent the email to me in couple of days, then the repair was scheduled.On the day, the technician came early & did the great job.I would recommend to people for Milgard products & services.

      Once I found the model and serial number information on the frame, one phone call was enough to get everything repaired under warranty. The dual panes of the sliding portion of our kitchen window, installed in 2003, were beginning to discolor and streak on the inside. The tech from Milgard repaired the sliding window quickly, then noticed that the glass on the stationary portion of the same window was also beginning to deteriorate. He asked if we saw this - we did - and he said he should probably order the replacement for that, as well. We were impressed. He showed up two weeks later and again, quickly completed the repair. We give Milgard two thumbs up! One for no-hassle warranty replacement, and secondly for the quality of their repair techs. *****!

      My window glass needed to be replaced on 7 vinyl windows. The technicain ***** was excellent. Arrived on time and did a stellar job replacing the glass. My views of the **************** have never been better. I appreicate Milgard's support of their products and would recommend them for new or replacement windows.
