  The service technician, ****, was pleasant, fast and efficient. What a pleasant surprise. Not all servicemen are as nice as **** was. He changed out two windows quickly, cleaned the glass and was on his way. The overall time from contacting Milgard and having the windows replaced was four months, but well worth the wait.

  Ordered service call in May gave size and window order number. First available date June 1month later.June service call window wrong size glass had to reschedule for another month. August. 3 months to get the correct install. However the service tech's were great. Professional,answered any concerns, and polite, Milgard needs to do a better job with servicing the customer in a more timely manner.

  The service gentleman was awesome. He showed me how to take the screens out and fixed a window that kept coming part way down when you opened the window. He also did a window replacement which looks so much better than the scratched one. Thank you for the great service tech.

  This company is a total joke. We have been dealing with them since December last year on a defective fixed glass window where their supposedly fabulous self-sealing technology failed allowing moisture between the double panes, thereby making the window completely obscured. During our first round with them, which took months to get on their schedule, they showed up with the wrong glass. Back in line again, with them ordering new glass and back on their schedule months later. This time they had the right glass and installed the window. I asked the installer if the window needed to be sealed around it with window caulk -- oh no, ma'ame, these are self-sealing windows. Within a week, two at most, there was moisture back between the panes again to which I was told that the seal was defective and they would have to order the glass again and I would have to get back on the merry go round on their schedule months later. I complained, loudly this time, and they were able to move the date up by two week but that was it. Today, they were finally scheduled to come again, only for them to call to say the window was cracked when they were loading it on the truck this morning. REALLY? Again, I complained since I was told their first available date was mid-October and they moved me up to mid-September. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism and customer service, and trust me the bar is pretty low these days. This company should be avoided. Whatever money you may be saving by getting their windows, trust me, is not worth the headache and ridiculousness that ensures when their window seal fails due to defects. Do yourself a big favor and look elsewhere. And, by the way, if I could leave them a 0 star rating I would but that was not an option.

  The technician called within twenty minutes of arrival. Very professional and experienced, been with Milgard eighteen years. Immediately went to work, replaced four glass panels, services rollers, and was done in thirty-five minutes. Milgard? ***************** and solid guarantee. ????

  My Milgard doors light in so much light the rooms feel like outside living inside. They are easy to lock and open. With the shutters between the class, it is a very clean, modern look. The young men that came to adjust the closure were so polite and courteous. Thank you very much.

  Wow I am impressed with the punctuality of the young man that came and how efficient they were got right to work no problems what so ever replaced all 3 windows. ????????
