      I couldn't believe how fast and easy it was to replace our glass panel that went bad. The tec was a great person to have in our house to complete the work.

      Our service tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our concern was we could not remove our screens on the south and west side of our house as the frame had adjusted due to the heat of *******. The windows still work perfectly and the screens were intact, but they were squeezed so tight, you could not remove them for cleaning the glass. instead of having the windows and frame completely replaced, I offered to accept new screens that were measured to now fit the opening. That was agreed to and within the agreed upon time, he came back and quickly installed the four new screens with no problems. We are most satisfied with the service and professionalism of your representative.

      ****** the service Tech was fantastic but since being acquired by the *****************, Milgard customer service has taken a major turn for the worse. In order to get your windows serviced under warranty the customer is now required to: 1 - measure the windows, 2 - supply the "Sales order number," good luck reading that on inside casement in between the panes of glass, 3- provide a description and location of windows. You must then upload all of this info to their website. After doing so you get an email, (in my case, a rude and unprofessional email,) with instructions to give them them very same information you uploaded to their site. Only then will they schedule a technician to come out and perform the warrantied work. The scheduling **** only read from a script and even after you confirm the appointment they feel entitled to bump you with less than 24 hours notice.

      Though the online process and measuring they wanted me to do to get my windows replaced under warranty was tedious, they DID stand by their warranty when another manufacturer of my other windows I have did not. So thankful for that! The technician that replaced my windows was friendly and efficient and I am very happy.

      Ordered my new window in Sept 2024. It finally got installed Jan 2025. Window was perfect and service was ******************** of new window could have been a little sooner, but that's the way it goes...today.

      Excellent warranty service! The Technician took the time to respectfully explain the cause of problem with me, and he took measures to correct it. I very much appreciate this! He assured me that if the problem occurred again, Milgard would promptly respond!
