      The products are really very good but what makes Milgard stand out is their excellent post installation service. I have had over 20 Milgard windows installed over the past 12 years and only had problems with a few on three separate occasions. Each time the MIlgard customer service team and installers did a terrific job in providing replacements. The performance of the windows, the general lack of problems with them and the outstanding warranty service provided if there is a problem sets this company apart from the rest.

      We just had some warranty work done today, replacing 3 window panes that had gone bad and I can't say enough about how professional and thorough the 2 young men ( ***** and Chase) were. I was very impressed with both of them and how well they worked together. One window was very hard to get at and they were so careful, I never felt like I had to watch them. They even replaced some of our slider tracks and rollers and what a difference that made. Everything turned out great and I will definitely refer anyone looking for windows to call Milgard. Great Service and Great Product! Thanks!

      The first service person was great! He was professional and courteous. Unfortunately, one of the windows was damaged and the stationary slider window was the wrong size so a 2nd installer had to do an install when the new windows arrived. The 2nd service person (****) who performed the window install left a huge mess with broke glass shards. He was also supposed to order a new screen, but have not heard from him.

      Had a cracked window TCM told me the window is not covered but as a courtesy they would come out and replace it. Service tech came out was very nice and professional I have recommended ******* windows to both family and friends. Very pleased with windows and service.
