      My window replacement was great! The servicemen were very pleasant, knowledgable and efficient!! Highly recommend this Milgard Company!!!!

      While the technician was great who came out to repair the many issues with my new windows and sliding patio doors, the company's customer service department was sluggish and difficult in resolving these issues...repairs to my new windows were scheduled months out, on top of having to wait 5+ months for my windows to be delivered. The product itself was full of frame shavings wedged into areas that were impossible to clean, and the company left adhesive all over the panes that took many cleanings to remove. Very disappointed with Milgard.

      Screen door arrived damaged. Called up Milgard and was scheduled for a replacement. Technician arrived on time and installed new screen door. Excellent service

      These windows have been serving our house for an amazing 25 years in November. Sadly one popped but with the lifetime warranty back in business for zero dollar cost. Well worth working with Milgard.

      The men who installed my replacement window today were very professional and courteous. I was very impressed with the installer. He was polite and did a fabulous job. I am so happy with my milgard windows. Thank you for standing behind your warranty. And these installer were complete gentlemen.
