      November 6, 2024 Purchased my house in 2006.Discovering that I was protected by a "Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty" seemed unbelievable, and I approached the service request for my sliding door repairs with a lot of skepticism.The procedure for service request was streamlined, fast and very efficient. I was contacted almost immediately and provided with an appointment date that was about a month later.I was contacted again three days before the date promised and provided with an "Install Window" of about two hours.The install crew (2 people) arrived on time. In a few minutes the removal of the existing glass panel was completed. It took less than one-half hour to complete the entire process. The sliding door looks again incredible!Milgard Windows and Doors, THANK YOU! You people are INCREDIBLE! You have restored my lost hope that perhaps businesses still care about their customers!You do have my full support and admiration.       We chose custom Milgard windows and doors for our home remodeling. We could not be happier. Not only are the windows and doors beautiful but they are sturdy and functional as well. Recently a locking k*** broke off one of our doors, and Milgard honored their warranty by replacing the part as promised. Great company and great service. Thanks to all the customer service staff and especially ****, who did a great job replacing the part. I'm a Milgard customer for life!
